Cooperatives as an institution with member welfare are the main goal through the process of dividing the remaining operating results (SHU). This study will examine the resulting influence on aspects of cooperatives such as the number of members, owner's capital , external capital, and business volume on SHU. Cooperatives throughout West Java Province were selected as research subjects, with data acquisition using Time Series with Cross Sections in 26 cities/districts of West Java Province in 2018-2020. The quantitative method uses a descriptive approach and panel data regression analysis, which succeeded in finding that number of members is partially positively related to the remaining operating results but has no significant effect. Owner’s capital and business volume can positively and significantly affect the remaining operating results. Meanwhile, external capital creates a significant negative impact on SHU. In a simultaneous study, all independent variables significantly positively influenced the SHU.

A bibliometric analysis centered on the internationalization process of small and medium-sized firms (SMEs) with the Uppsala Model is presented in this article. The Uppsala model, which was first published in 1977, explains the process by which companies become internationalized. This model has been the subject of extensive research and development over the years. The literature on SME internationalization is investigated in this analysis, with a specific focus on the keywords "Uppsala model," "SMEs," "internationalization," and "export." This study use of bibliometric techniques, such as network visualization and density visualization, to uncover patterns in research and author collaborations. The findings underline the usefulness of the Uppsala model in the process of comprehending the internationalization of SMEs and bring attention to aspects such as resources, international plans, and dynamic capabilities that affect this procedure. This study contributes to the current body of information on the internationalization of SMEs and lays the groundwork for further investigation in this area.

This article aims to provide a systematic review of the literature on the current state of research on highly diverse and collaborative and internationalization of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We analyze the processes that affect the internationalization of SMEs. Additionally, highlighting the limitations of the literature, especially in terms of theoretical fragmentation; existing theories are deployed and illustrated but are rarely extended in a way that significantly informs subsequent work. With this, we highlight the need for a more rigorous and empirically informed exploration of contextual effects that considers the consequences of development in global economic ecosystems. From the results of a review of several literatures, it shows that there is an internationalization theory that tries to analyze, process, and produce results. Because in the era of globalization, small and medium companies see internationalization activities as a great opportunity to progress and develop.

Micro-culinary enterprises have a strategic role in the urban economy but still face challenges of low productivity due to limited utilization of production factors and operational efficiency. This research aims to analyze the influence of location, labor, and capital values on the productivity of culinary micro-businesses in the city of Surabaya and to examine the role of digitalization in reducing business technical inefficiency. The analysis employed Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) with a Cobb–Douglas production function, using primary survey data from culinary micro-enterprises in Surabaya. The estimation results show that location, labor, and capital each have a positive and significant effect on productivity. Location value is the most dominant factor, followed by capital and labor. The technical efficiency analysis indicates that the average efficiency level of culinary micro businesses is 0.8629, which suggests that business actors have operated quite efficiently but still have the potential to increase productivity by 13.71%. Digitalization has been shown to play a significant role in reducing technical inefficiencies, even though it does not have a direct influence on productivity increases. Digitalization strengthens the utilization of production inputs by increasing the operational efficiency of marketing and business management. Increasing the productivity of culinary micro businesses depends not only on increasing production inputs but also on strengthening business efficiency through the use of digital technology. The micro business development strategy needs to be directed toward improving input quality as well as accelerating digital transformation to foster sustainable business competitiveness.
