Abstract

Rapid economic growth and increased industrial activity have significantly impacted the environment. This issue demands greater responsibility from companies in the energy sector in managing the environmental impact of their business operations. This study aims to examine the application of Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) and Green Accounting on Environmental Performance. The research uses a sample of energy sector companies during the 2022-2023 period. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, resulting in 47 energy sector companies over two years (2022-2023), yielding 94 observational data points. Hypothesis testing in this study employs Panel Data Regression Analysis using E-views software. The results demonstrate that Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) has a positive effect on Environmental Performance, whereas Green Accounting does not significantly influence Environmental Performance.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of inflation, interest rates, and the Nikkei 225 index on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) within the capital markets of nine ASEAN nations over the period from 2019 to 2023. A total of 45 data points were selected using purposive sampling techniques to ensure relevance and alignment with the study objectives. The data analysis was conducted utilizing multiple linear regression methods with a panel data approach, processed through Eviews 12 software. The analytical procedures encompassed a comprehensive range of tests, including descriptive statistical analysis, panel regression estimation, hypothesis testing, and classical assumption diagnostics such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity assessments. The findings from the t-test indicate that both inflation and interest rate variables do not exert a statistically significant influence on the IHSG, whereas the Nikkei 225 index demonstrates a significant and positive effect. Moreover, the results of the F-test reveal that, when evaluated collectively, the three independent variables significantly affect the IHSG across the observed ASEAN countries.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen laba, enterprise risk manajemen, intellectual capital terhadap corporate social responsibility dengan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan dan data observasi sebanyak 75. Teknik analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi data panel melalui Eviews-12. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa variabel manajemen laba, enterprise risk manajemen, intellectual capital secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap corporate social responsibility, manajemen laba berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility. Enterprise risk manajemen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility. Intellectual capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap corporate social responsibility. Lalu dilakukan pengujian dengan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi, umur perusahaan tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan manajemen laba dengan corporate social responsibility, umur perusahaan dapat memoderasi hubungan enterprise risk manajemen dengan corporate social responsibility, umur perusahaan tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan intellectual capital dengan corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Bitcoin Halving on the dynamics of Bitcoin price trends during the period 2012 to 2025. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data is obtained through documentation of Bitcoin's historical price from various reliable sources. The sample was determined by purposive sample in the period before and after the halving in 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024. The analysis was conducted using the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator to observe trend change patterns. The results show that any halving event is generally followed by a significant upward trend in prices, reflecting an imbalance between demand and supply. Additionally, the MACD has proven to be effective in identifying trend change signals related to halvings. External factors such as regulation and market sentiment also strengthen its impact. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the digital financial literature and practical recommendations for crypto investors.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of digital-based archive and document management strategies at Labuhanbatu High School, focusing on their effectiveness, usability, resource readiness, and operational challenges. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research involved surveys, interviews, and observations with 30 participants comprising administrative staff, teachers, and IT personnel. The results revealed a high level of effectiveness (mean score: 4.2) and usability (mean score: 4.0), indicating that the system significantly improved document accuracy, retrieval speed, and user accessibility. However, the readiness of human resources (mean score: 3.8) and infrastructure limitations, such as insufficient storage and unstable internet, were identified as critical areas needing improvement. Organizational barriers, including the absence of formal SOPs and limited budget, also hindered optimal implementation. The findings suggest that comprehensive training, structured policy support, and phased infrastructure development are essential to sustain and scale digital archiving systems in educational institutions.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of intellectual capital, corporate social responsibility and gender diversity on firm value in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data from the company's annual financial reports. This type of research is associative quantitative. The number of samples in this study were 22 companies. For 5 years of observation 2017-2021, so there are 110 observational data. To test the hypothesis of this study using panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital partially has no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, Corporate Social Responsibility and Executive Gender Diversity partially affect firm value. The value of the company will never stop being observed considering the company's development in maintaining the company's sustainability. Stakeholders will observe the overall development of the company's value over time. When the company is able to maximize performance by taking into account the condition of the company, the value generated will be even better. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh intellectual capital corporate social responsibility dan gender diversity, terhadap firm value pada prusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 22 perusahaan. Selama 5 tahun pengamatan 2017-2021. Sehingga terdapat 110 data observasi. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Intellectual capital secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap firm value. Sedangkan Corporate social responsibility dan Gender Diversity Eksekutif secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap firm value. Nilai perusahaan tidak akan pernah berhenti diamati mengingat perkembangan perusahaan dalam mempertahankan keberlangsungan perusahaan. Stakeholder akan mengamati perkembangan nilai perusahaan secara keseluruhan dalam waktu ke waktu. Padasaat perusahaan mampu memaksimalkan kinerja dengan memperhatikan kondisi perusahaan, maka nilai yang dihasilkan akan semakin baik

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how much return variance, stock trading volume, bid-ask spread, and company size affect stock prices in the LQ-45 index from 2016 to 2019. Explanatory research with a quantitative approach is used in this type of study. Companies included in the LQ-45 stock index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2019 period make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was used in this study, with a sample size of 25 . According to the research, trading volume and company size have a partial significant on stock prices, while return variance and bid-ask spread have a negligible significant. Return variance, trading volume, bid-ask spread, and company size all have a positive and significant effect on stock prices at the same time. These findings suggest that the return variance, trading volume, bid-ask spread, and company size all contribute to the stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio, Price Cash Flor Ratio, Price Sales Ratio and Company Size on Stock Returns in Banking Companies listed on the IDX. The data in this study is secondary data which includes stock price data, earnings per share, operating cash flow, number of outstanding shares, cash flow per share, asset sales, total assets and stock prices of 9 banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. . The sample in this study amounted to 47 samples taken using purposive sampling technique. In this study, the data were analyzed using multiple regression with the results showing that simultaneously Price Earning Ratio, Price Cash Flow Ratio, Price Sales Ratio and Company Size had a significant effect on Stock Return with an R Square value of 27.7%. Meanwhile, partially shows that the variable Price Earning Ratio, Price Sales Ratio and Company Size does not have a significant effect and for the variable Price Cash Flow Ratio has a significant effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

There are many things that underlie an investment decision such as the rational and irrational attitude of an investor. This study aims to find out the important role played by psychology factors, risk perception, social media sentiment, and herding behavior in influencing investment decisions in Lampung University student investors. The type of explantory research with a research approach is quantitative. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study is all active students of the University of Lampung for the 2022/2023 period using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The data was obtained from the questionnaire using a likert scale. Data analysis of this study used multiple regression analysis. The results obtained from this study partially show that psychology factors, risk perception, social media sentiment, and herding behavior have a significant effect on investment decisions. The results of simultaneous testing of psychology factors, risk perception, social media sentiment, and herding behavior on investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control have on the investment interest of students of Business Administration Study Program, University of Lampung. The independent variables used in this study are Attitudes (X1), Subjective Norms (X2), Behavioral Control (X3), and Investment Interest as the dependent variable. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were active students of the UNILA Business Administration Study Program starting from the 2018-2022 class. The data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale which was distributed via Google from social media, namely WhatsApp. The sample in this study amounted to 122 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 29.0 tools. The results of this study indicate that the attitude variable partially has no significant effect on the investment interest variable, the subjective norm variable partially has no significant effect on the investment interest variable, the perceived behavior control variable partially has a significant effect on the investment interest variable. However, the three independent variables in this study were tested simultaneously without having a significant effect simultaneously between attitude variables, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control with interest variables.Keywords : Theory Planned Behavior, Attitude, Subjective Norm, Behavior control, Investment Interest
