Abstract

The importance of exchange rate stability in achieving macroeconomic policy objec-tives cannot be ignored by developed or developing countries, including Indonesia. The adaptability of exchange rate management policies in achieving the macroeco-nomic policy goals is a testament to the resilience of the system. However, exchange rate stability cannot occur by itself, it depends on macroeconomic conditions. The research applies the ARDL method to analyze the short and long term influence of macroeconomic variables on exchange rates. The research results show that oil pric-es have a negative and significant impact on the rupiah exchange rate in the long term, while trade openness has no effect in the short and long term. The ARDL model consistently shows the negative influence of business cycle variables on ex-change rates in the short and long term.The implication of the research is that maintaining the stability of domestic macroeconomic conditions through increasing people's purchasing power, encouraging exports and export diversification, especial-ly in the manufacturing sector, which not only has a large multiplier effect in ab-sorbing labor but also can be a significant tool for stabilizing the exchange rate.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education is an important step in creating a high quality human. Data on 2008 show that, 41% children had early childhood education. This paper presents the evaluation of early childhood education based on district and municipality in Gorontalo Province. The analysis tools are DEA-BCC-O model Solver. The results show that four districts and municipality include in efficient category which are Gorontalo Municipality, Gorontalo District, Gorontalo North District and Pohuwato District. Meanwhile, two districts are include in not efficient category which are Bone Bolango District and Boalemo District

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to make Financial Literacy more attractive and can expand the product marketing reach for the people of Gunung Sulah Village. For the problems faced by the people of Mount Sulah, namely How to apply financial literacy in product activities. The long-term target to be achieved in this activity is closely related to the problem of developing financial literacy in the form of financial measurement which has a very wide reach, it is necessary to make efforts that lead to an increase in the amount of production and an increase in profits in terms of products seen from the physical quality, shape, taste. and colors, so that economic value can increase. The steps taken for this business are through fostering and increasing business development by choosing financial literacy to support businesses that can produce large amounts of production, short production time, increase production results and are of good quality. The output of this activity was a scientific article on Shinta 4 Lancang Kuning University, a video of the activity, and a profile of community service results published in a seminar on community service results from the University of Lampung. The method used is discussion, lecture and discussing interesting cases about financial literacy. By holding this training, it is hoped that it will make Financial Literacy more attractive and can expand the product marketing reach for the people of Gunung Sulah Village.

Abstract

Objective; This study aims to determine the impact of online promotions, trust, and website quality on online impulsive purchases, as well as to examine consumers' emotional responses after making online impulsive purchases. Methods; It specifically investigates the influence of online impulsive purchases on both positive and negative emotions. This study used an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. Originality/Value;Furthermore, the samples were 100 consumers of the Shopee Marketplace located in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The data were obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. Findings; The results showed online promotions and website quality had a significant influence on online impulsive purchases, while trust had no significant influence. Also, online impulsive purchases were found to have a significant influence on positive emotions, but no significant influence on negative emotions. Practical/Policy implication: Research shows that engaging online promotions and a high-quality website can encourage impulse buying, which is driven by emotions and situations, not beliefs. Impulse buying also increases positive emotions, so marketing strategies that stimulate it have the potential to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Rapid economic growth and increased industrial activity have significantly impacted the environment. This issue demands greater responsibility from companies in the energy sector in managing the environmental impact of their business operations. This study aims to examine the application of Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) and Green Accounting on Environmental Performance. The research uses a sample of energy sector companies during the 2022-2023 period. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, resulting in 47 energy sector companies over two years (2022-2023), yielding 94 observational data points. Hypothesis testing in this study employs Panel Data Regression Analysis using E-views software. The results demonstrate that Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) has a positive effect on Environmental Performance, whereas Green Accounting does not significantly influence Environmental Performance.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of inflation, interest rates, and the Nikkei 225 index on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) within the capital markets of nine ASEAN nations over the period from 2019 to 2023. A total of 45 data points were selected using purposive sampling techniques to ensure relevance and alignment with the study objectives. The data analysis was conducted utilizing multiple linear regression methods with a panel data approach, processed through Eviews 12 software. The analytical procedures encompassed a comprehensive range of tests, including descriptive statistical analysis, panel regression estimation, hypothesis testing, and classical assumption diagnostics such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity assessments. The findings from the t-test indicate that both inflation and interest rate variables do not exert a statistically significant influence on the IHSG, whereas the Nikkei 225 index demonstrates a significant and positive effect. Moreover, the results of the F-test reveal that, when evaluated collectively, the three independent variables significantly affect the IHSG across the observed ASEAN countries.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen laba, enterprise risk manajemen, intellectual capital terhadap corporate social responsibility dengan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan dan data observasi sebanyak 75. Teknik analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi data panel melalui Eviews-12. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa variabel manajemen laba, enterprise risk manajemen, intellectual capital secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap corporate social responsibility, manajemen laba berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility. Enterprise risk manajemen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility. Intellectual capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap corporate social responsibility. Lalu dilakukan pengujian dengan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi, umur perusahaan tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan manajemen laba dengan corporate social responsibility, umur perusahaan dapat memoderasi hubungan enterprise risk manajemen dengan corporate social responsibility, umur perusahaan tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan intellectual capital dengan corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Bitcoin Halving on the dynamics of Bitcoin price trends during the period 2012 to 2025. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data is obtained through documentation of Bitcoin's historical price from various reliable sources. The sample was determined by purposive sample in the period before and after the halving in 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024. The analysis was conducted using the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator to observe trend change patterns. The results show that any halving event is generally followed by a significant upward trend in prices, reflecting an imbalance between demand and supply. Additionally, the MACD has proven to be effective in identifying trend change signals related to halvings. External factors such as regulation and market sentiment also strengthen its impact. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the digital financial literature and practical recommendations for crypto investors.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of digital-based archive and document management strategies at Labuhanbatu High School, focusing on their effectiveness, usability, resource readiness, and operational challenges. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research involved surveys, interviews, and observations with 30 participants comprising administrative staff, teachers, and IT personnel. The results revealed a high level of effectiveness (mean score: 4.2) and usability (mean score: 4.0), indicating that the system significantly improved document accuracy, retrieval speed, and user accessibility. However, the readiness of human resources (mean score: 3.8) and infrastructure limitations, such as insufficient storage and unstable internet, were identified as critical areas needing improvement. Organizational barriers, including the absence of formal SOPs and limited budget, also hindered optimal implementation. The findings suggest that comprehensive training, structured policy support, and phased infrastructure development are essential to sustain and scale digital archiving systems in educational institutions.

Abstract

Bacterial leaf blight (BLB) is a significant disease of rice plants. It is caused by the Gram-negative bacterium Xanthomonas oryzae and often leads to yield losses. Excessive use of synthetic chemicals to control BLB has raised concerns over resistance and chemical residues. Therefore, natural alternatives are needed, such as Euphorbia hirta, which is traditionally used as a medicinal plant. This study aimed to determine the inhibitory power of E. hirta extracts against X. oryzae and to identify the presence of flavonoids, tannins, and saponins. Plant extracts were prepared by ethanol maceration, hot-water infusion (~90 °C), and fresh squeezing. Antibacterial activity was evaluated by the well diffusion method on Mueller-Hinton Agar with concentrations of 25–100% (v/v), using chloramphenicol as positive control. Inhibition zones were measured after 24–120 h. The results showed that all preparations inhibited X. oryzae, with ethanol extract producing the strongest activity (10.65–15.94 mm), followed by infusion (3.09–6.31 mm) and fresh-juice (1.50–4.85 mm), compared to chloramphenicol (21.40 mm). Phytochemical tests confirmed flavonoids, tannins, and saponins in all extracts. In conclusion, E. hirta demonstrates antibacterial potential against  , with ethanol extract being the most effective.
