Abstract

This study examines the impact of environmental performance and agency cost on financial performance. The population of this study consists of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018 to 2022. A total of 162 observations from 27 companies were obtained using purposive sampling. The study employs a quantitative approach and uses panel data regression analysis with E-Views 10 software. The results show that environmental performance and agency cost have a simultaneous impact on financial performance. However, environmental performance does not have a significant impact on financial performance, while agency cost does. The study recommends that companies pay attention to agency cost to maintain their financial performance.

Abstract

Hospital financial planning is basically a process of analysis, policy and projection that aims to help organizations achieve financial success. Budgeting is needed to allocate costs to certain activities that have been planned for a predetermined period of time. In addition, estimation is used as a systematic assessment tool for the success and/or failure of a policy or program in achieving the goals and objectives that have been set because estimation is an activity to track business performance whether it is in accordance with expectations or not. However, the lack of employee understanding of financial planning, budgeting and estimation has an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of fund management. In addition, the lack of access to accurate financial data is a challenge in decision making. Therefore, training and socialization are very important for financial employees. With increasing literacy in Planning, Budgeting and Estimation, employees of PT. Medikarya Utama are expected to be able to carry out operational efficiency of the company.

Abstract

The tax socialization activity at PT. Medikarya Utama aimed to enhance employees' understanding and awareness of filing Individual Taxpayer Annual Returns (SPT) through the E-Filing system. E-Filing, an electronic service provided by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), offers convenience and efficiency in tax reporting. This activity was held at PT. Medikarya Utama, Cicurug, Sukabumi, involving all company employees. The results showed improvements in tax literacy, technical understanding of E-Filing, and tax compliance levels. Additionally, the program boosted employees’ confidence in independently filing their taxes. However, some challenges were identified, such as limited digital literacy and technology access among certain employees. To address these issues, the company provided targeted assistance, intensive training, and adequate technological facilities at the workplace. This initiative not only positively impacted the employees but also demonstrated the company’s commitment to tax compliance and contributing to state revenue. By enhancing employees’ capacity to utilize E-Filing, PT. Medikarya Utama supports government efforts to promote digital transformation in taxation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of green accounting as an intervening variable in the influence of corporate governance and environmental performance on financial performance in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2023 period. This research adopts a quantitative and associative approach. The population in this study consists of 83 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 53 companies over three years, yielding 159 data points. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that corporate governance and environmental performance have a direct, positive, and significant impact on green accounting. Additionally, corporate governance, environmental performance, and green accounting positively and significantly affect financial performance. Green accounting serves as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between corporate governance, environmental performance, and financial performance. This study provides managerial implications, emphasizing the importance of strengthening corporate governance, environmental performance, and the implementation of green accounting to enhance financial performance and support sustainability. Furthermore, future research is encouraged to expand the scope to other industrial sectors, integrate external factors such as regulations and organizational culture, and apply a longitudinal approach to understand the long-term impact of green accounting on corporate financial sustainability. These findings advocate for the development of standardized reporting policies and investment in environmentally friendly technologies to reinforce the relationship between sustainability aspects and financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of corporate governance, the size of the board of commissioners and the audit committee on corporate social responsibility disclosure. This type of research is quantitative research and uses secondary data in the form of annual reports & sustainability reports sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this study is the Sri-Kehati index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period, with 25 companies as the population and the sample in 5 years of observation. The data analysis technique in this research uses panel data regression analysis in the Eviews 12 software application. The results of this research simultaneously show that corporate governance, the size of the board of commissioners and the audit committee influence disclosure of corporate social responsibility. And partially, corporate governance and the size of the board of commissioners have a significant influence on the scope of corporate social responsibility, while the audit committee does not have a significant influence on the scope of corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Residual Income (RI), Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Operating Cash Flow (OCF) on Stock Returns. Samples used in the study were 22 of LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, with partial hypothesis test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and coefficient of determination (adjusted R). The results of this research indicate that there is an influence from the variable influence of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Residual Income (RI), Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Operating Cash Flow (OCF) ) towards Stock Return. This is because the company is able to create good performance so that investors can invest in the company.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh social influence, brand image, dan social media marketing Instagram terhadap minat dalam menggunakan layanan telemedicine Halodoc pada generasi zilenial (gen z) di Lampung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi Gen Z di Lampung dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan 100 responden. Data primer dan data sekunder adalah sumber data yang digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa social influence secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan layanan telemedicine Halodoc, sedangkan brand image dan social media marketing Instagram secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan layanan telemedicine Halodoc. Namun, social influence, brand image, dan social media marketing Instagram secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan layanan telemedicine Halodoc. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social influence, brand image, and Instagram social media marketing on interest in using Halodoc telemedicine services in the zillennial generation (gen z) in Lampung. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. This study involved the Gen Z population in Lampung using purposive sampling technique to collect 100 respondents. Primary data and secondary data are the data sources used. Data were collected through questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that social influence partially does not have a significant effect on interest in using Halodoc telemedicine services, while brand image and Instagram social media marketing partially have a significant effect on interest in using Halodoc telemedicine services. However, social influence, brand image, and social media marketing Instagram simultaneously affect the interest in using Halodoc telemedicine services.

Abstract

Counseling to increase productivity in MSMEs Bakpia Eny 523 Yogyakarta aims to increase understanding of the concept of work productivity, time management skills, and employee work motivation. Through training, it is hoped that employees can understand the importance of efficiency in the production process and good time management. The evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire based on the Likert scale to measure the level of understanding and intention of change in increasing productivity. The results show that an understanding of productivity, clear time management, and appreciation of employee contributions play an important role in increasing motivation and commitment to positive changes in the way of working. Most of the respondents felt motivated and committed to implementing more efficient work methods after participating in this counseling, focusing on improving product quality and optimal use of resources.

Abstract

Countries worldwide are making development efforts to improve the welfare of their people. Significant investment is needed to accelerate economic growth. This study examines the impact of institutional, macroeconomic, and social quality on foreign direct investment (FDI). The method used is the two-step Generalized Method of Moments (GMM). The study's subjects include 94 countries worldwide located in America (26 countries), Asia (33 countries), and Europe (35 countries) over the period 2002 – 2021. The secondary data collection used in this study is sourced from the World Development Indicators (WDI) and World Governance Indicators (WGI). The results of the study show that, simultaneously, all independent variables affect FDI in all models. Meanwhile, the results indicate that institutional quality is more effective in Europe than in America and Asia. Additionally, FDI in the previous period significantly impacts FDI in all models. This study also concludes that inflation and labor force have consistent significance in almost all models, indicating that these variables play an important role in FDI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Business Model Canvas pada usaha Sate Taichan Ngab. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan data skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sate Taichan Ngab dalam 9 aspek BMC meliputi Customer Segments, Customer Relationship, Value Proposition, Channels, Revenue Streams, Key Activities, Key Resources, Key Partners dan Cost Structure telah menggambarkan model bisnis dan menggambarkan dasar pemikiran tentang bagaimana Sate Taichan Ngab menciptakan dan memberikan nilai dalam bisnisnya. Sate Taichan Ngab berhasil membangun model bisnis yang kokoh dengan sumber daya fisik, manusia, dan finansial yang seimbang.
