Abstract

Background: Pre-anesthesia preparation is very important to minimize risks during surgery. This is because the outcome of surgery depends on the assessment of the patient's condition and the preoperative preparation performed on the pre-anesthetized patient. Music has many benefits for human health and can provide good mental strength for listeners. Purpose: Analyzing anxiety before and after music therapy intervention in pre-anesthesia in the operating room and health education with music therapy for anxiety in pre-anesthesia in the operating room. Methods: The research design was quasi-experimental with a pre and post-approach. The population of all patients who underwent surgery under spinal anesthesia. The samples taken in this study were 15 samples of patients who underwent surgery under spinal anesthesia. The independent variable is music therapy. The independent variable is music therapy. The dependent variable is anxiety. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate. Results: Based on the results of data collection conducted by researchers, there are six subject that represent the results of the study, age, gender , marital status, last education, profession, type of surgery. Conclusion: This study concludes that music therapy can reduce the patient's level of anxiety so that it will divert attention to anxiety (distraction) and provide a sense of relaxation before the patient undergoes spinal anesthesia.

Abstract

The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, also known as the Scoring Method or Weighted Sum Method, is a simple yet effective multi-criteria decision-making technique. SAW works by calculating the total sum of weighted scores for each alternative. However, this method is sensitive to weights, so subjective weight selection can affect the final results. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of combining two decision support methods to be implemented in comparing fuel-efficient LSUV (Low Sport Utility Vehicle) vehicles. The methods used are ROC (Rank Order Centroid) for weighting criteria and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) applied to multi-criteria decisions in determining the performance ranking of each vehicle. After in-depth analysis, this study shows that the combination of the ROC and SAW methods can provide a clear picture of the advantages of each vehicle and is effective for assessing the fuel efficiency of LSUVs in Indonesia based on the established criteria. The conclusion of this study provides recommendations on the use of a combination of these two methods for more accurate and effective analysis in supporting decision making.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to design an Hybrid Solar Power Plant (PLTS) system specifically designed to meet the daily load requirements at the PT. JPLB SULTRA Building, as well as to reduce the Company's operational costs in energy costs. The research method used is descriptive analysis with numerical calculations based on theoretical foundations and simulations using HOMER Pro and PVSyst software. The planning process begins with a survey and data collection in the field to identify the electricity demand of the building, with a total energy demand estimated at around 30,527 kWh per day The results showed that a 7 kWp PLTS system was designed with 12 units of 580 Wp solar panels and one 10,200 W inverter connected in a hybrid system with PLN Grid. The annual energy production from PLTS is 11,339 kWh based on numerical calculations, while HOMER simulation produces 11,176 kWh per year, and PVSyst produces 10,712 kWh per year. From an economic feasibility perspective, the Net Present Value (NPV) is positive at Rp. 118,913,888, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 13,89% > 7% (discount factor), and the Profitabilty Index (PI) is 1.98 > 1, indicating that this project is feasible to implement.

Abstract

Indonesia, as one of the world’s largest palm oil producers, requires an efficient and environmentally friendly transportation system for fresh fruit bunches (FFB). In many plantations, the transportation process is still carried out manually or using fossil-fuel-based vehicles, which increases operational costs and contributes to carbon emissions. This study aims to design and develop a solar power plant (PLTS)-based electric rail cart prototype for transporting palm oil fresh fruit bunches. The research method consisted of field surveys, system planning and design, prototype fabrication and assembly, and performance testing. The drive system utilizes a 48 V, 500 W DC motor connected through a chain, sprocket, and pulley–V belt transmission with a 1:9 gear ratio. Electrical energy is supplied by a 460 Wp solar photovoltaic system and stored in a 48 V, 120 Ah battery. Performance testing was conducted for five days to evaluate photovoltaic efficiency, DC motor efficiency, and overall system efficiency under different load conditions. The results showed that the maximum photovoltaic efficiency reached 16.23%, while the DC motor efficiency achieved 81.10% at a load of 400 kg. The maximum overall system efficiency was recorded at 68.24% at a load of 150 kg. Under a 400 kg load condition, the system was able to operate for approximately 3 hours until the battery capacity reached the minimum discharge limit of 20%. These results indicate that the implementation of a solar-powered electric rail cart has strong potential as an efficient and environmentally friendly transportation solution for palm oil plantations while supporting the utilization of renewable energy in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of consistency between planning and budgeting of the tourism sector in Yogyakarta City by examining the relationship between vision, mission, programs, and budget allocation in various regional planning documents. Previous studies generally focus on program nomenclature similarity or the relationship between two planning documents, whereas this study evaluates consistency across planning horizons and across regional apparatus. The analysis was carried out through a consolidated approach of RPJPD, RPJMD, RKPD, RENSTRA, and DPA, as well as a comparison of budget values based on variance and percentage change between documents. The results shows that planning consistency at the level of strategic policies and programs, especially between RPJPD-RPJMD and RPJMD-RKPD, is in the very high category. However, in the budgeting aspect, significant deviations were found between the RPJMD, RKPD, and DPA, especially in tourism programs that are cross-sectoral and managed by more than one regional apparatus organization. Despite the numerical budget inconsistency, the performance of the tourism sector in Yogyakarta City showed achievements that exceeded the target, indicating the effectiveness of policy implementation and cross-sectoral support. These findings confirm that the consistency of planning and budgeting in the tourism sector is not solely determined by the nominal suitability of the budget, but by the quality of institutional coordination and policy integration across regional apparatus in the framework of sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

Penanganan sampah yang efektif merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Kabupaten OKU sebagai wilayah dengan berbagai potensi dan tantangan lingkungan, memerlukan upaya khusus dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Salah satu metode yang efektif untuk menyampaikan pesan ini adalah melalui animasi edukasi. Proses pembuatan animasi ini melibatkan beberapa tahap, mulai dari studi literatur, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pihak Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten OKU, hingga pembuatan storyboard dan desain grafis animasi. Animasi yang dihasilkan tidak hanya menyajikan informasi tentang cara membuang sampah yang benar, tetapi juga mengedukasi masyarakat tentang dampak negatif dari pembuangan sampah sembarangan terhadap lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif bagi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten OKU dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan lingkungan kepada masyarakat. Melalui animasi edukasi ini, diharapkan tercipta perubahan perilaku yang positif dalam pengelolaan sampah, sehingga dapat mendukung upaya pembangunan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan di Kabupaten OKU.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang pembelajaran, namun di SD Negeri 4 OKU, sistemnya masih dikelola secara manual, sehingga sering mengalami kendala dalam pencatatan, pencarian, serta transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter 3, dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi yang mempermudah pengelolaan data perpustakaan secara praktis. Sistem ini mencakup fitur input data buku, pengolahan data anggota, pengolahan data pengunjung, pencatatan peminjaman dan pengembalian, serta laporan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, administrasi perpustakaan menjadi lebih terstruktur dan efisien, serta mendukung proses akreditasi perpustakaan.

Abstract

Musyarakah and Mudharabah contracts are the primary instruments in the Islamic financial system, implementing the profit and loss sharing principle as an alternative to interest-based financing. However, the implementation of risk-sharing responsibilities in these contracts continues to face various challenges in Islamic financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the allocation of risk responsibility in Musyarakah and Mudharabah contracts and compare their implementation from the perspective of Islamic economic law. The study employed a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentation studies of the Qur'an, Hadith, DSN-MUI Fatwas, the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES), books, and relevant scientific journals, and were analyzed using the content analysis technique. The findings indicate that, in Musyarakah, losses are borne by the partners in proportion to their respective capital contributions, whereas in Mudharabah, financial losses are borne by the capital owner unless they result from the negligence of the mudharib. This distinction reflects the principle of justice in Islamic economic law. Nevertheless, its implementation still faces challenges, including moral hazard, lack of transparency, and risk transfer practices. Therefore, strengthening the implementation of the risk-sharing principle in accordance with Sharia principles is essential.
