Abstract

This study aimed to implement the Cardrat (Carbohydrate) learning media, developed using the “learning by asking” approach and supported by App Inventor, on the biomolecule carbohydrate topic to improve student learning outcomes. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with participants consisting of Science Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Bengkulu, who had completed the Biochemistry course. The instruments used included validation questionnaires, readability tests, and pretest posttest assessments. Validation results indicated that the media was categorized as highly feasible, with scores of 73 and 56 for material and media aspects, respectively. The readability test produced an average score of 83.67, falling into the “very good” category. In terms of learning outcomes, both groups showed improvement. In the control class, the average score increased from 34.52 to 76.54 (N-gain 0.64), while in the experimental class it rose from 35.46 to 80.23 (N-gain 0.69). These findings demonstrate that the Cardrat media, based on a learning-by-asking approach and supported by App Inventor, is more effective in enhancing learning compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelatihan, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan UMKM bandeng presto adik lastri di Sukoharjo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di UMKM bandeng presto adik lastri, beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di UMKM bandeng presto adik lastri, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di UMKM bandeng presto adik lastri. Hasil uji F hitung 18,206 dengan nilai signifikasi (p-value) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya model tepat dalam memprediksi pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu pelatihan kerja(X1), beban kerja(X2), dan lingkungan kerja(X3) terhadap variabel terikat produktivitas karyawan(Y) di UMKM bandeng presto adik lastri. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) untuk model ini adalah sebesar 0,513 atau 51,3% nilai ini > 0,50 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel terhadap variabel dependen kuat(cukup baik). Artinya besarnya sumbangan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 51,3%. sisanya (100%-51,3%) = 48,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar model penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan karyawan di UMKM bandeng presto adik lastri dapat mempelajari dan menerapkan pelatihan yang sudah diberikan, mampu memenuhi target yang diberikan oleh atasan, dan lebih memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan dan juga kebersihan di tempat kerja, sehingga karyawan memiliki dorongan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil kerja yang maksimal dan jarang melakukan kesalahan yang berdampak pada produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting Indonesia’s economy. One of the MSMEs facing employee productivity problems is Batik Lestari Plupuh, Sragen. This study aims to analyze the influence of work skills and work motivation on employee productivity. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of all 40 employees of Batik Lestari, who were entirely taken as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The t-test results showed that work skills (X1) significantly affect employee productivity (Y), and work motivation (X2) also has a significant effect on employee productivity. The F-test resulted in an F-value of 28.496 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the model is feasible. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) was 0.585 or 58.5%, meaning that work skills and motivation contributed 58.5% to employee productivity, while the remaining 41.5% was influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of work skills, work discipline, and work motivation on the work productivity of Gethuk Take Tawangmangu employees. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The population of this study is Gethuk Take Tawangmangu employees. Data collection was carried out using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 35 respondents. The data analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS as a tool for data processing. The results of the study indicate that work skills and work discipline have a significant effect on the work productivity of Gethuk Take Tawangmangu employees while work motivation does not have a significant effect on the work productivity of Gethuk Take Tawangmangu employees. The R2 value of 72.8% means that the work productivity of Gethuk Take Tawangmangu employees can be explained by the variables of work skills, work discipline and work motivation while the remaining 27.2% means that the work productivity of Gethuk Take Tawangmangu employees is explained by other variables such as work environment, compensation, workload and so on which are not examined in this study.

Abstract

Product quality is key to attracting consumers; therefore, it is a crucial concern for companies, given the competitiveness of companies producing similar or similar products. All companies have specific standards for determining product quality, including CV Sakti Abadi Garmindo, a garment company. The purpose of this study was to analyze Total Quality Management and its constraints in improving the quality of defective products in the garment production process at CV Sakti Abadi Garmindo in Wonogiri. This study used a qualitative method through interviews with the Owner, production Leader, and quality control staff. The hypothesis of this study states that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at CV Abadi Garmindo is suboptimal. Inadequate training, a lack of quality planning, and a lack of professional development for employees are obstacles to TQM analysis in improving the quality of defective products in garment production at CV Sakti Abadi Garmindo in Wonogiri. Based on the interviews, it was revealed that TQM implementation is not comprehensive and systematic. This is due to the lack of adequate training for employees, the lack of structured quality planning, and the minimal use of professional development and technology. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that both hypotheses are proven true.

Abstract

This research phenomenon concerns the suboptimal performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar, as evidenced by a decline in the results of the 2024 Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) compared to the previous year. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of work discipline on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar, to analyze the significance of the influence of professional competence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar, and to analyze the significance of the influence of work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. The population of this study was all 58 teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. This study used saturated sampling, taking all members of the population as samples. Data collection used a questionnaire scored on a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that (1) Work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar, as indicated by a p-value (0.000) <0.05, thus confirming Hypothesis 1. (2) Professional competence has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar, as indicated by a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Hypothesis 2 is proven. (3) Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar, as indicated by a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, Hypothesis 3 is proven.

Abstract

Kesehatan menjadi tantangan besar di Indonesia, ditandai dengan masih tingginya angka penyakit infeksi, meningkatnya Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM), serta kembalinya penyakit yang sebelumnya telah teratasi. Data menunjukkan tren peningkatan PTM seperti hipertensi, stroke, obesitas, dan diabetes melitus, yang berkontribusi pada tingginya angka kematian dan beban sosial-ekonomi masyarakat. Sebagai respons, Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS) digalakkan dengan fokus pada peningkatan aktivitas fisik, konsumsi buah dan sayur, serta pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala.Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di RW 15 Kelurahan Sidakaya, Kecamatan Cilacap Selatan, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku warga terhadap Germas. Intervensi mencakup transfer pengetahuan melalui metode ceramah, senam otak, pemeriksaan kesehatan, dan pemberian buah serta sayur. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat pengetahuan warga, dari rata-rata nilai pretest 61 (cukup) menjadi 92 (amat baik) pada posttest. Selain itu, pemeriksaan kesehatan mengungkap bahwa 58% warga mengalami obesitas, menunjukkan perlunya perhatian lebih terhadap pola hidup sehat.Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi dan pendampingan berbasis komunitas efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan masyarakat. Namun, keterbatasan dalam pelaksanaan secara berkelanjutan menjadi tantangan yang perlu ditindaklanjuti melalui program lanjutan. Kata Kunci: Penyakit Tidak Menular , GERMAS , Hipertensi , Obesitas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana perspektif orang tua dan guru tentang nilai bahasa Inggris untuk anak-anak berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif, kualitatif di TK Bustanul Arifin 2 Kab. Pringsewu, itu diadakan. Analisis temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa orang tua dan guru setuju bahwa mengajar bahasa Inggris kepada anak-anak sangat penting. Paparan awal terhadap bahasa juga bermanfaat bagi ingatan dan perkembangan otak anak-anak, dan anak-anak kecil memiliki tingkat keingintahuan yang tinggi yang membuatnya tepat untuk mengajari mereka bahasa Inggris atau bahasa lain. Keingintahuan ini juga terkait dengan perkembangan anak-anak selama "tahun-tahun emas" mereka. Faktor bahasa Inggris pada anak memiliki pengaruh positif yang dapat meningkatkan penguasaan bahasa anak dalam perkembangan bahasa anak, sedangkan faktor bahasa Inggris pada anak juga berdampak negatif seperti rendahnya kemampuan bahasa pertama anak.

Abstract

Human resource management plays a crucial role in achieving organisational goals. This study aims to analyse the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Karanganyar Regency Communication and Informatics Office. This study uses a survey approach to employees of the Karanganyar Regency Communication and Informatics Office by utilising quantitative data. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents selected from the population of all employees of the agency. The data analysis techniques applied include multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. Based on validity and reliability testing, all statement items related to work environment, work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance were confirmed valid with a significance value (p) less than 0.05, and reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value exceeding 0.60.  The results of classical assumption testing indicate that all variables have met the criteria for multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and normality tests, with normal data distribution. Linear regression analysis resulted in the equation: Y = 1.974 + 0.369 ????1 + 0.238 ????2 + 0.310 ????3 + e. The t test shows that the work environment variable (????1), work motivation (????2), and work discipline (????3) have a statistically significant effect on employee performance. The F test confirms that the regression model used in this study is appropriate. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the independent variables contribute 62.3% to the variability of the dependent variable, while the remaining 37.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model tested.
