Abstract

Teachers are a key element in the educational process, to become a teacher you must also fulfill several competencies, one of which is teacher performance assessment , which is a performance management assessment system that focuses on teachers which is designed to assess the level of teacher performance in groups and individually. Teacher performance assessment  is a basis or foundation for madrasas and schools for making development decisions in teacher promotion and careers. Assessment that originates from the elements of a teacher's main activities in carrying out their duties for the purpose of professional development, rank and position is defined as an assessment of teacher performance. Teachers need to have four competencies in forming teachers' personalities so that they behave like professional teachers, namely pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies. The benefit of PKG is to determine the abilities possessed by teachers in carrying out their duties by measuring their mastery of skills and competencies

Abstract

The development of learning and learning patterns is directed to the four pillars as a whole, learning to know, learn to do, learn to be true, and learn to live together. These four pillars in the 21st century should be developed in an integrative way to be able to issue a refused out put. Learning and learning transformation in an effort to improve the quality and quality of education should continue to be pursued as a consequence of the demands of learning in accordance with the development of science and technology, learning styles, the development of learning and learning theories, and the needs and trends that occur in society as part of the development of the times. The transformation of learning and learning is intended to provide a passive atmosphere, character and learning patterns, depending on a single source, minimal and simplified facilities, uniform learning styles and not empowering learners. Furthermore, it should be developed into patterns and attitudes of learning that develop the integrity of learners actively, productively, and proactively. Pengembangan pola belajar dan pembelajaran diarahkan pada empat pilar secara utuh yaitu, belajar untuk mengetahui, belajar untuk berbuat, belajar untuk menjadi jati diri, dan belajar untuk hidup bersama. Keempat pilar ini pada abad 21 harus dikembangkan secara integratif agar mampu mengeluarkan out put yang refresentatif. Tranformasi belajar dan pembelajaran dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan harus terus diupayakan sebagai konsekuensi dari tuntutan belajar yang sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, gaya belajar, perkembangan teori belajar dan pembelajaran, serta kebutuhan dan kecenderungan yang terjadi di masyarakat sebagai bagian perkembangan zaman. Transformasi belajar dan pembelajaran dimaksudkan untuk memberikan suasana, watak, dan pola-pola belajar yang pasif, tergantung dari satu sumber, fasilitas yang minim dan seadanya, gaya belajar yang seragam serta tidak memberdayakan peserta didik. Selanjutnya perlu dikembangkan menjadi pola dan sikap belajar yang mengembangkan keutuhan peserta didik secara aktif, produktif, dan proaktif.

Abstract

The Book Creator application has become one of the most relevant and modern learning media for teaching mahârah qirâ`ah. This study aims to develop a Book Creator-based learning medium and evaluate its effectiveness in nahârah qirâ`ah instruction. This research follows a Research and Development (RnD) approach using the ADDIE design model, developed by Reiser and Mollenda. Through the ADDIE stages—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—this study explores students' learning needs, the implementation of the product, and the evaluation of the Book Creator-based learning tool. The evaluation of mahârah qirâ`ah learning through this application is based on several assessment indicators, including word meaning acquisition, coherence between sentences, general comprehension with appropriate grammatical accuracy (qawâ’id), and understanding of the text’s message. A key indicator of effective learning is students’ ability to analyze reading texts and articulate their understanding in their own words. Moreover, Book Creator serves as a tool that enhances students’ enthusiasm for learning Arabic.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that influence the effectiveness of supervision in education, focusing on various theories of supervision such as clinical, formal, reflective, and transformational supervision. Using a qualitative research design with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis in several schools. Thematic analysis was used to identify the main themes from the data obtained. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of supervision is influenced by the quality of communication between supervisors and teachers, a clear understanding of the purpose of supervision, and the competence of supervisors in providing constructive feedback. A supportive school context and culture are also very important for teacher professional development. A supervision approach that is tailored to the specific needs of schools and teachers has been shown to be effective in improving the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a holistic approach to supervision to achieve overall improvements in the quality of education. Recommendations for further research include longitudinal studies and exploration of the use of technology in supervision to support further teacher professional development.

Abstract

Teknologi pembelajaran semakin berkembang dengan pesat seiring dengan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi. Pembelajaran berbasis mobile saat ini lebih memudahkan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian berikut ini membahas perancangan Mobile Learning dengan tujuan dapat memenuhi peningkatan kualitas kegiatan belajar dan mengajar dilingkungan PTAIN. Metode Blended Learning yang digunakan dalam penelitian berikut ini dapat menghasilkan tingkat kualitas pembelajaran pada PTAIN. Pengembangan desain mobile learning dengan menerapkan perancangan sistem informasi yaitu data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan konsep pemodelan secara logik dan menghasilkan skema database. Pengembangan perancangan Mobile learning menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan skenario sistem dan proses rekayasa kebutuhan. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dalam bentuk generate database dan perancangan mobile learning yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk desain secara logik.

Abstract

Odoo merupakan sebuah aplikasi bisnis open source dan memiliki kemampuan dalam proyek ERP yang mempunyai banyak modul lengkap mulai dari CRM, Sales Management, Purchase Management, Accounting, POS, Project Management dll. Odoo juga dilengkapi oleh website builder yang mana ini dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam membuat website tanpa memiliki skill programming yang tinggi. Salah satu modul odoo adalah project management. Project management adalah cara untuk mengatur diskrit kerja untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu denga n mengelola cara kerja yang tergantung pada faktor yang berkaitan. Metode Accelerated SAP (ASAP) adalah sebuah metode kerangka yang diterapkan ke dalam project management untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penanganan sebuah proyek Pembelajaran berbasis ICT. Pengembangan Metode Accelerated SAP ke dalam modul Project pada odoo ERP dapat di implementasikan dalam proyek perencanaan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT pada sebuah pengembangan perangkat lunak tersebut dapat dilakukan lebih efisien dan menghasilkan kualitas produk yang baik. Hasil akurasi metode Accelerated SAP mencapai 85 % pada implementasi manajemen proyek perangkat lunak.

Abstract

Policy is a crucial element in the management process, including within the context of Islamic education. Islamic education policies are formulated as efforts to provide solutions to the various challenges faced by educational institutions and to achieve educational objectives oriented towards the moral, spiritual, and intellectual development of students. These policies must undergo a research process that involves various constructive suggestions and can be revised in accordance with evolving situations and challenges. In some cases, policies may need to be modified or refined to ensure the effectiveness of their implementation and better understanding by all stakeholders involved. Islamic education policies also have significant implications for educational management, including aspects of curriculum, teaching methods, and the governance of human resources and educational institutions as a whole. This study analyzes the implementation and implications of Islamic education policies on educational management, aiming to provide recommendations for more effective and adaptive policies. The research findings indicate that Islamic education policies should remain focused on goodness, well-being, and orderliness, while also providing relevant and sustainable solutions for the improvement of the education system in the future.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat teknologi telah memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar dibidang pendidikan. Seorang pendidik harus mampu menyesuaikan diri dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Salah satu tantangan terbesar seorang guru dalam menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi adalah bagaimana mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis urgensi dan model pengintegrasian teknologi dalam pembelajaran mulai dari teori hingga prakteknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi Pustaka, yaitu pengumpulan berbagai macam literatur kemudian memahami dan mempelajari berbagai teori dari berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Pada hakekatnya, Pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yaitu pendekatan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara kreatif selama proses belajar dan mengajar. pembelajaran berbasis teknologi juga menjadi salah satu pilar utama di era modern saat ini. Dalam ranah pendidikan mengeksplorasi dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital membawa peluang bagi pendidik untuk menciptakan kesan belajar yang lebih menarik pada pelajaran yang disampaikan. Pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi juga dinilai lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar peserta didik. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran menjadi salah satu pilar utama dalam transformasi pendidikan di era digital. Pengintegrasian teknologi bukan sekadar penggunaan alat bantu, melainkan melibatkan perubahan mendalam dalam metode pengajaran, interaksi siswa-guru, dan pengalaman belajar secara keseluruhan. Dengan mengadopsi teknologi yang terus berkembang, metode pembelajaran konvensional semakin diperkaya dengan inovasi yang memungkinkan proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih interaktif, personal, dan efisien. Pengintegrasian teknologi dalam pembelajaran memiliki banyak manfaat diantaranya adalah akses terhadap materi pembelajaran yang lebih luas Adapun model-model pengintegrasian teknologi dalam pembelajaran antara lain model SAMR, model LoTI, Model Dwyer, Model Raby, Model TIM. dan Model TIP.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe civic values that can be integrated into public relations strategies, efforts to integrate civic values into public relations practices, and obstacles encountered in the process of integrating civic values. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. This study was conducted in several madrasas that actively utilize digital media, with research subjects including public relations managers, teachers, and related parties. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using content analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that civic values integrated into public relations strategies include nationalism, tolerance, responsibility, active participation, and digital ethics. Integration efforts are carried out through the use of digital media as a means of educational communication, digital ethics campaigns, and collaboration with various parties. The integration process still faces obstacles such as limited human digital resource competency, a focus on public relations that tends to be promotional, and suboptimal strategic planning based on civic values.
