Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of budget efficiency and an online attendance system on the performance of civil servants (ASN) at the Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantation Service in Sungai Banyak City, with motivation as an intervening variable. Data collection methods included a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of budget efficiency on motivation. There was a significant effect of the online attendance system on motivation. There was a significant effect of budget efficiency on performance. There was a significant effect of the online attendance system on performance. There was a significant effect of motivation on performance. Motivation mediates the effect of budget efficiency on performance. Motivation mediated the effect of the online attendance system on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on financial management, with personality as an intervening variable among BRI microcredit customers at the Khatib Sulaiman Branch in Padang City. Data collection was conducted through a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 95 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant influence of financial literacy on personality. There was a significant influence of financial attitudes on personality. There was a significant influence of financial literacy on financial management. There was a significant influence of financial attitudes on financial management. There was a significant influence of personality on financial management. Personality mediated the influence of financial literacy on personality. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of mobile banking usage and transaction security on customer investment decisions, with financial behavior as an intervening variable at Bank BNI in Bukittinggi City. Data collection was conducted through a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant influence of mobile banking on financial behavior. Transaction security significantly impacted financial behavior. M-banking significantly impacted investment decisions. Transaction security significantly impacted investment decisions. Financial behavior significantly impacted investment decisions. Financial behavior mediated the influence of mobile banking on investment decisions. Financial behavior mediated the influence of transaction security on investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of industry-based training programs and Indonesian national work competency standards on the performance of productive teachers at vocational high schools (SMK) under the Ministry of Industry, using motivation as an intervening variable. Data collection methods included a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of training on work motivation. There was a significant effect of competence on work motivation. There was a significant effect of training on teacher performance. There was a significant effect of competence on teacher performance. There was a significant effect of work motivation on teacher performance. There was a significant effect of training on teacher performance through work motivation. There was a significant effect of competence on teacher performance through work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and communication on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by distributing a questionnaire to 51 respondents to Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees, 51 respondents returned the questionnaire. The results obtained show that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on work motivation of Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. There is a positive and insignificant effect of communication on work motivation of Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. There is a positive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance for Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. There is a positive and insignificant effect of communication on employee performance for Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance among Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. Work motivation is able to mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance for Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. Work motivation has not been able to mediate the influence of communication on employee performance for Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat employees. Finally, the author suggests to Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Sumatera Barat to further improve leadership because it has the most dominant influence on employee performance so it is hoped that employee performance can increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021–2025 period. This quantitative study uses secondary data obtained from published financial statements. The population consisted of all food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the study period. Samples were selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 23 companies observed over five years. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 26. The results show that capital structure has no significant effect on dividend policy, while profitability has a significant effect on dividend policy. Capital structure and profitability have significant effects on firm value, and dividend policy has a significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy does not mediate the effect of capital structure or profitability on firm value

Abstract

This case study examines capacity constraints at Dr Laundry, a small-scale service business established in 2021. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with field observations and interviews, the study reveals that despite a theoretical washing capacity of 975 kg/day and drying capacity of 325 kg/day, operational bottlenecks emerge when daily demand reaches 100 kg. The primary constraint does not arise from equipment limits or ironing speed (5–10 kg/hour/worker), but from process interruptions caused by overlapping cashier and washing responsibilities. Mitigation strategies including overtime extension, workforce allocation control, and load sequencing are evaluated. The findings demonstrate that task fragmentation and uncoordinated multi-role assignment degrade theoretical throughput in SME service lines, contributing to service operations management literature by highlighting that optimizing capacity does not necessarily require capital expansion, but rather targeted job redesign and process scheduling

Abstract

Inventory control is a key to operational success in minimarket retail. This study examines the effectiveness of the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) method adapted from manufacturing to retail inventory systems. Through quantitative simulation, the Master Production Schedule was adjusted into a Master Procurement Schedule based on Point of Sale data. MRP computation proved effective in balancing shelf inventory on a Just-in-Time basis. Results indicate a reduction in stockouts to below 2%, an increase in inventory turnover, and holding cost efficiencies of up to 35%. This implementation successfully optimizes minimarket working capital turnover efficiently.

Abstract

UMKM karangan bunga merupakan salah satu sektor usaha kreatif yang berkembang di Kota Solok dan memiliki peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap produk dekorasi pada berbagai acara. Namun demikian, sebagian besar pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi kendala berupa proses produksi yang belum terstandarisasi serta tata letak fasilitas kerja yang kurang efisien. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan meningkatnya waktu produksi, perpindahan material yang tidak perlu, kelelahan pekerja, serta rendahnya produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan seleksi proses dan perancangan tata letak fasilitas dalam meningkatkan produktivitas UMKM karangan bunga di Kota Solok. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara kepada pemilik usaha, serta dokumentasi proses produksi. Analisis dilakukan terhadap alur proses produksi, pola perpindahan material, dan efektivitas penggunaan ruang kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan seleksi proses yang sesuai dengan karakteristik produk serta perancangan ulang tata letak fasilitas berdasarkan urutan proses produksi mampu mengurangi waktu perpindahan material, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, memperlancar aliran proses produksi, serta meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pelaku UMKM untuk menerapkan tata letak berbasis aliran proses (product layout sederhana) sehingga mampu meningkatkan daya saing usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan kualitas layanan di Transmart Padang. Dengan meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri ritel, kualitas layanan menjadi faktor kunci dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada pelanggan Transmart Padang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode SmartPLS untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan pengaruh variabel terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas layanan seperti keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dari lima indikator kualitas layanan, empat di antaranya memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan satu indikator tidak valid dalam model penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa perusahaan ritel perlu meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan mempertahankan daya saing di pasar.
