Abstract

Mental health is an important component that is closely related to social life, productivity, peace and stability in the environment, contributing to sosial life and economic development in Indonesian society. Mental health literacy is knowledge and beliefs about mental disorders that help to recognize, manage and prevent a person’s mental disorder. Mental helath literacy is also knowledge related to actions to provide mental helath benefits to individuals and others. Mental helath literacy is the ability to gain knowledge or information about mental health for adolescents, understand and can maintain good mental health. Mental health literacy includes the ability to recognize specific mental health disorders, knowing how to seek mental health information, knowledge of risks and causes of health disorders. The aim of this study is to improve mental health literacy in students and meet the criteria for eligibility aspects. This study used Reeves Design Based Research model. The subjects in this study were students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Kramatwatu. Collecting data using a questionnaire, in the form of an adaption instrument from a mental helath literacy question (MHLq). The results of this study indicate the level of mental health literacy in students obtained a value of 49% which is included in the moderate category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism for opening Seulanga Ib savings and marketing strategies at PT Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Lhok Nibong. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques were carried out through Field Research with direct observation and interview methods on the target object, namely Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Lhok Nibong, Pante Bidari District, East Aceh Regency in order to obtain data that was in accordance with actual conditions in the field. The data obtained are presented descriptively. The results obtained by K from this study are that there is a mechanism for opening a Seulanga iB savings account, the conditions that must be attached and the conditions for opening a Seulanga iB savings account, including: 1) Submit a photocopy of a valid identity card such as an ID card or driver's license. 2) Fill in the font of the Seulanga iB savings form. 3) The initial deposit for opening a Seulanga Savings account is IDR 100,000 (one million rupiah) for the next deposit, a minimum of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah). The marketing strategy carried out by PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Lhok Nibong in marketing the Seulanga iB Savings product is carried out in various ways including: a) Direct Selling, b) Cross Selling, c) Open Table, d) Advertising, and e) Sales Promotion.

Abstract

Rumah tradisional asli suku Duri merupakan salah satu artefak budaya yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Sebagai salah satu karya seni (rupa) peninggalan nenek moyang yang memiliki dasar filosofi yang kuat, serta kaya akan makna simbolik dan nilai estetika, tentu rumah tradisional asli suku Duri juga memiliki nilai yang sifatnya adiluhung, terutama dalam hal ini adalah nilai edukatif. Penelitian ini mengkaji terkait nilai-nilai edukasi yang terkandung dalam rumah tradisional asli suku Duri. Penelitian ini menggunkan pendekatan deskriptif kialitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi, dengan teknik analisis model interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai edukatif rumah tradisional asli suku Duri di Desa Kendenan, terdiri dari nilai religius, nilai disiplin, nilai kepemimpinan, nilai kerjasama, dan nilai tanggungjawab. Nilai edukatif tersebut dapat dicermati dari berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan proses pembangunan atau pendirian rumah tradisional asli suku Duri itu sendiri, mulai dari awal pengerjaan (penentuan hari dan waktu oleh sanro bola) sapai penyelesaian akhir rumah (finishing).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design UI/UX prototype of the stunting survey application according to user needs, namely (a) users can manage family data, (b), manage prospective bride data, (c) users can input questionnaire data, (d) search data, (e) see evaluation of questionnaire survey results, and (f) users can see the coordinate points of the survey results. The method used in the research is User Centered Design (UCD) which consists of 4 stages, namely Understand context of use, Specify user requirements, Design solutions, Evaluate against requirements. This research successfully designed the design and prototype of a stunting survey application that focuses on user needs and convenience. The prototype testing scenario was carried out with 2 experts who each have expertise in the field of UI/UX Designers and in the field of Public Health, the test results showed that the application interface was well received by the testers, and most tasks could be completed smoothly. This shows that the stunting survey application prototype has been made according to user needs, functional suitability, and easy to navigate by users. The results of this research are expected to be implemented in the actual environment so as to get feedback from users, in this case public health officers as surveyors.

Abstract

Remaja masa kini berada dalam pusaran dinamika sosial, akademik, dan emosional yang penuh tekanan dan ketidakpastian. Di usia 16 hingga 18 tahun, remaja tidak hanya dituntut berprestasi secara akademik tetapi juga harus siap secara mental menghadapi dunia kerja yang kompetitif. Sayangnya situasi ini membuat mereka semakin rentan mengalami tekanan psikologis. Oleh karena itu penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor protektif yang mampu memperkuat ketahanan mental dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja. Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan sistematis untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara self-compassion dan resiliensi dengan kesejahteraan psikologis remaja dalam konteks global. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja PRISMA, sebanyak 30 artikel ilmiah internasional terbitan tahun 2020–2025 dianalisis secara menyeluruh, baik secara tematik maupun kuantitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion menjadi fondasi dalam membangun penerimaan diri dan pengelolaan emosi yang sehat, sementara resiliensi berperan sebagai jembatan penting dalam memperkuat dampak self-compassion terhadap berbagai aspek kesejahteraan psikologis, seperti stabilitas emosi, kepuasan hidup, dan keterlibatan belajar. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya integrasi penguatan self-compassion dan resiliensi ke dalam program pendidikan dan bimbingan konseling di sekolah. Secara praktis, hasil studi ini memberikan pijakan bagi pengembangan kurikulum non-akademik yang tidak hanya membentuk siswa menjadi pribadi yang kompeten secara intelektual tetapi juga tangguh, seimbang, dan sehat secara emosional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results obtained from the fabrication of Fluorine Doped-Tin Oxide (FTO) glass using the Spray Pyrolysis technique. This research is experimental-laboratory. The method used in the manufacture of FTO glass is the spray pyrolysis method to deposit ordinary glass as conductive and transparent FTO glass. The tools and materials used in this research are the OMRON NE-C28 Nebulizer, Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner, Digital Balance, Magnetic Stirrer, Heating Plate (Thermo Scientific Hot Plate), Aluminum Foil, Hoses and Funnels, Statives and Clamps, Glass Substrate, Tin (II) Chloride Dihydrate (SnCl2.2H2O), Ammonium Fluoride (NH4F), Ethanol 96%. The results of the research that have been carried out show that the Ultrasonic Nebulizer is recommended as a tool for making Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide (FTO) thin films on a laboratory scale. The test results of microscopic properties (SEM and XRD), electrical properties (Current and Voltage), and resistance showed that the distance of the spray nozzle to the substrate affects the resistance value of the sample being tested. The closer the distance is given, the thickness of the thin layer increases, so that the electrical resistance decreases. However, a layer that is too thick affects the transparency of the glass. So there must be a balance between electrical resistance and transparency. The results of the optimal transparent conductive glass fabrication in this study were obtained at a distance of 11.5 cm with a temperature of 4500C in 50 minutes, which is 1286.8 Ω.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja ditinjau dari career self-efficacy dan advesity quotient pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sebagai cara untuk mengatasi atau menunjukkan isu-isu tertentu dalam memberikan laporan yang akan menjadi sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan tinjauan pustaka formulasi permasalahan, mencari literatur, mengevaluasi data, dan melakukan analisis dan interpretasi. Sumber utama penelitian yang relevan untuk peneliti ini beberapa jurnal nasional dengan menggunakan kata kunci mengenai “kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja ditinjau dari career self-efficacy dan advesity quotient pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir” yang di unduh dari Google Scholar, Pubmed, Sagepub, dan Springer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan memasuki dunia kerja, efikasi diri dalam berkarir, dan kecerdasan adversitas berkorelasi negatif secara signifikan di kalangan mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Indonesia.

Abstract

The research focused on studying peer attachment and aggression among adolescents in South Tangerang. Data was collected from 320 adolescents aged 13-17 and included in the research study. Data were collected using the Peer Attachment Scale and the Aggression Questionnaire, which were adapted for the Indonesian environment and subsequently validated. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4, which applies Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research found evidence of a negative correlation, indicating that lower peer attachment was associated with higher levels of aggression (β = -0.503; f² = 0.21; Q² = 0.31). The most dominant influence on the ‘communication’ aspect of attachment was the most hidden form of aggression - ‘hostility.’ The structural pathways showed no significant variation based on the sex of the participants, indicating that strong correlates with peer attachment will result in less aggression in both females and males. The research discusses the most practical aspects of implementing CASEL’s social-emotional learning (SEL) modules, which focus on peer mentoring and support, as well as other school-based attachment programs, as detailed by the Australian Institute of Family Studies. Future research might include longitudinal study designs and explore mediation analyses on the relationships between the regulation of emotions and moral disengagement, as a means to clarify the connections within these relationships.

Abstract

Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS) is one of the main causes of neonatal morbidity and mortality, especially in premature infants. Interventional approaches such as Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) with the knee-chest position are considered effective for improving oxygen saturation. However, research on the effect of this position on infants with RDS in Indonesia is still limited. This study aims to describe oxygen saturation in infants with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) who use CPAP with the knee-chest position at Pariaman Regional Hospital. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of all infants with RDS who used CPAP in the NICU room at Pariaman Hospital. A total of 15 infants were selected as samples using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done with a questionnaire to record respondent characteristics (gender, gestational age, birth weight, type of delivery) and an observation sheet to measure oxygen saturation. Data analysis was performed using statistical software with descriptive tests, including frequency distributions and percentages. The majority of infants (66.7%) were male, with a gestational age of 34-37 weeks (80%), birth weight of 1500-2499 grams (66.7%), and delivered by caesarean section (66.7%). Oxygen saturation increased significantly after knee-chest positioning, from a mean of 94.40% before intervention on the first day to 98.73% after intervention on the third day. Statistical analysis showed that the change in oxygen saturation value was statistically significant (p<0.05). The knee-chest position effectively improves oxygen saturation in infants with RDS using CPAP. This intervention can be recommended as part of the neonatal nursing care protocol to improve oxygenation quality and support infant recovery.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, which requires the younger generation to develop expertise in the IT field, educational institutions must also develop Madrasah management to provide this knowledge and skills for their students. This study aims to examine Prodistik as Madrasa management in developing IT skills in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 so that Madrasah graduates can also master technology. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with case study type. At the same time, the research location is in MA Negeri 2 Probolinggo. Data collection techniques used include observation and in-depth interviews equipped with documentation. The data analysis technique refers to the Miles andHuberman technique, which allows data reduction, data display, and data verification/conclusion. The study results indicate that Madrasah management in implementing Prodistik is collaborating with ITS Surabaya, forming an IT Skills Vocational Team and ToT, developing the Prodistik curriculum, and monitoring and evaluating programs in collaboration with ITS every semester. The conclusion is the increasing ability of MA Negeri 2 Probolinggo students in the IT field who are able to make various useful products by utilizing IT in the preparation of Final Projects and achievements in various IT competitions The implication is that educational institutions can realize Madrasah programs to the maximum if there is cooperation with other relevant institutions or institutions.
