Abstract

Media sosial menciptakan saluran komunikasi digital untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dan membutuhkan perhatian untuk memperluas pemahaman pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterlibatan media sosial dalam kajian manajemen pemasaran jasa transportasi berbasis online. Studi ini menganalisis semua artikel yang dapat diakses dari artikel terindeks Scopus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat sejumlah dimensi yang paling mempengaruhi, diantaranya niat beli sebanyak 8 dan layanan jasa transportasi berbasis online sebanyak 3. Secara keseluruhan, kajian dalam penelitian ini membahas perkembangan electronic word of mouth dalam pemasaran jasa transportasi berbasis online, tantangan yang dihadapi, metode yang digunakan dan model pemetaan dimensi.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence (EQ) has become an interesting topic in leadership research because of its ability to influence the performance and effectiveness of a leader. This systematic review aims to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership by analyzing the relevant literature. In this review, researchers conducted a literature search through different databases and selected studies that met the inclusion criteria. After going through the selection process, an analysis was conducted of the relevant articles to identify the main findings. The findings from this review indicate a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership. Emotional intelligence plays an important role in developing and enhancing effective leadership. Emotional intelligence can help leaders make better decisions, communicate more effectively, build good relationships with team members, and handle conflicts better. This has a positive impact on the performance of individuals and groups led by leaders who have high emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This research aims to explore distinctive zones of terrestrial coastal issues in Padang Pariaman Regency and identify communication strategies to address each zone. This research employs a literature research method by collecting secondary data and interpreting, integrating, and analyzing information. This research identifies five zones for coastal management, namely a) sandy beach zone used for shrimp pond operations, b) sandy beach for recreation activity, c) coastal abrasion-prone zones, d) mangrove conservation zone, and e) sea turtle conservation zone. The government needs to empower and transform the community regarding knowledge, attitude, and practice through the development communication strategy. The important aspect of knowledge is information about coastal setback regulation and ecosystem processes with various impacts. Communication strategy for changing the attitude of people focused on avoiding causing harm to mangrove and turtle habitats and changing the habit of littering on the beach. Communities also have to be involved further in conserving mangroves and turtles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of halal tourism on tourist satisfaction visiting Padang Beach tourist attractions. Additionally, it examined the effect of halal tourism on the image of tourist destinations and analyzed the influence of a tourist destination image on tourist satisfaction. Furthermore, the study aimed to analyze the effect of halal tourism on tourist satisfaction through the tourist destination image variable as a mediator. The population in this study comprised visitors (tourists) who have visited or are currently visiting Padang Beach tourist attractions. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis for this study utilized SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Halal tourism has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction visiting Padang Beach tourist attractions. (2) Halal tourism has a positive effect on the image of tourist destinations at tourist attractions in Padang Beach. (3) The image of tourist destinations has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. (4) The image of tourist destinations mediates the influence of halal tourism on tourist satisfacti on at tourist attractions in Padang Beach.

Abstract

The primary aim of this investigation is to examine how to product quality, service quality, and price effect the satisfaction and loyalty of Transmart customers in Padang. The study encompassed 150 customers of Transmart Padang and employed a quantitative descriptive research approach using a probability sampling technique. The study's findings reveal that product quality, service quality, and price significantly impact customer satisfaction. Specifically, both variables related to product quality influence customer satisfaction, while service quality alone does not directly influence customer loyalty. However, the price variable directly impacts customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction emerges as a significant determinant of customer loyalty. In the mediation analysis, it was discovered that customer satisfaction server as a mediator between product quality and customer quality. However, it does not mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. Additionally, customer satisfaction does not demonstrate its role as an intermediary variable between price and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of halal tourism on the loyalty of Muslim tourists traveling to Padang City with perceived value. This study used 60 respondents who were Muslim tourists visiting halal tourist attractions in Padang City, sampling was carried out using purposive sampling techniques. Data and information collection was carried out using the census method, namely by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis method used was path analysis and t-statistic testing. In accordance with the results of the hypothesis testing, it was found that halal tourism had a significant effect on tourist loyalty, in the hypothesis testing procedure it was also found that perceived value had a positive effect on tourist loyalty to visit halal tourist attractions in Padang City, then in the indirect influence test it was found that perceived value was able to mediate the relationship between halal tourism and the loyalty of Muslim tourists traveling to halal tourist attractions in Padang City.

Abstract

Abad ke-21, dikenal sebagai era keterbukaan atau globalisasi yang penuh ketidak pastian, di perlukan individu yang protean. Dalam tinjauan literatur review ini, kami meninjau penelitian yang ada untuk mengembangkan kerangka integratif untuk memahami bagaimana pengarahan diri sendiri, orientasi nilai, dan kesuksesan psikologis merupakan hal penting dalam penerapan karir yang protean.penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR)Artikel ini membahas tiga proses protean yang didukung empiris: kesadaran identitas, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan agensi, sambil menambahkan dimensi kesuksesan karir subjektif dan objektif. Asumsinya, elemen orientasi karier protean (PCO) esensial bagi pertumbuhan dan makna manusia. Selain itu, artikel ini merinci manfaat karir protean bagi organisasi.Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan holistik tentang faktor-faktor yang membentuk perilaku proaktif, adaptasi karier, dan kesuksesan karir dalam paradigma karir protean.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi akan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja SDM dengan harapan tujuan organisasi akan tercapai. Kemampuan SDM tercermin dari kinerja, kinerja yang baik adalah kinerja yang optimal. Kinerja SDM PKH berdasarkan hasil penilain belum memuaskan sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kinerja.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 4 valiabel yaitu; kinerja SDM PKH sebagai variabel endogen (Y), perubahanorganisasi sebagai variabel eksogen (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), kepemimpinan (X3) dan organizational citizen behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel moderasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positifdan signifikan antara variabel perubahan organisasi terhadap kinerja SDM PKH, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja SDM PKH, terdapat hubungan positif tidak signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja SDM PKH, terdapat hubungan negatif interkasi antara perubahan organisasi dengan OCB terhadap kinerja SDM PKH, terdapat hubungan negatif interaksi antara perubahan organisasi dengan OCB terhadap budaya organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada beberapa artikel yang telah muncul dalam artikel manajemen di seluruh Indonesia yang diakreditasi oleh SINTA (indeks ilmu dan teknologi) dari tahun 2013 hingga 2023, variabel-variabel dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan variabel model kepemimpinan pada kinerja pemasaran sebagai tujuan utama penelitian. Menurut penelitian ini, model kepemimpinan sangat berguna dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional, dan situasional sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga tercipta kinerja karyawan yang baik dan unggul sehingga dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas yang ada dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan target dan tepat waktu, di antara publikasi-publikasi tersebut jenis penelitian yang dominan adalah kuantitatif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Payo rice products and prices on consumer repurchase decisions. This research is quantitative research that thinks inductively, namely capturing various facts and social phenomena through observations in the field. The population of this research is consumers or people who buy Payo rice. The total sample was 150 consumers. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, analysis requirements testing and hypothesis testing with logistic regression analysis. The results of this research found that i) Product has a significant effect on the decision to repurchase Payo rice. Improved consumer perception of Payo rice will encourage consumers to repurchase Payo rice. ii) Price has a significant effect on the decision to repurchase Payo rice. The better consumer perception of the price of Payo rice will encourage consumers to repurchase Payo rice. It is hoped that from these findings, shops selling Payo rice can pay attention to the quality of Payo rice that consumers want to encourage consumer loyalty. In addition, setting prices that consumers consider appropriate will strengthen their desire to make repeat purchases. This can help rice shop owners in designing effective marketing strategies to maintain and increase the Payo rice customer base.
