Miskonsepsi masih sering terjadi pada siswa khususnya pada pelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan LKS dengan menggunakan program simulasi PhET untuk mereduksi miskonsepsi siswa pada materi arus bolak balik. Jenis penelitian adalah pre-eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Responden penelitian terdiri dari tiga kelas yaitu XII MIPA 1, XII MIPA 2, dan XII MIPA 6 dengan jumlah siswa pada masing masing kelas 36 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes awal sebelum pembelajaran dimulai dan tes setelah melakukan pembelajaran dengan instrumen tes berupa soal miskonsepsi four-tier. Teknik analisis penurunan miskonsepsi menggunakan uji T berpasangan dan N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan siswa yang mengalami peningkatan pemahaman konsep yang menyebabkan penurunan miskonsepsi untuk ketiga kelas adalah 0,7944; 0,6819; 0,8421 dengan kategori cenderung tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan LKS berbasis PhET dapat digunakan untuk mereduksi miskonsepsi siswa.Kata kunci: miskonsepsi, arus listrik bolak balik, LKS berbasis PhETÂ

Peserta didik yang teridentifikasi miskonsepsi dapat ditangani dengan diberi remediasi pembelajaran. Sehingga riset ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis penurunan miskonsepsi peserta didik pada materi hukum hooke melalui pembelajaran remedial menggunakan LKPD Discovery Learning berbantuan PhET Simulation. Riset ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel riset terdiri dari 3 kelas yakni XI MIPA 2, XI MIPA 3, dan XI MIPA 4 di SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan uji awal dan uji akhir berupa tes diagnostik berformat empat tingkat yang berjumlah 5 soal pada masing-masing tes yang telah dinyatakan valid oleh validator. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon dan uji mann-whitney. Hasil riset yang diperoleh : 1) Hasil uji wilcoxon diperoleh nilai probabilitas Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) ketiga kurang dari 0,05, dimana hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan setelah mengikuti remediasi pembelajaran. 2) Peningkatan hasil belajar antar kelas tidak berbeda secara signifikan, dimana hasil uji mann-whitney nilai probabilitas Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) ketiga kelas 0,05. Hasil riset menyatakan bahwa peserta didik mengalami mengalami penurunan miskonsepsi pada materi hukum hooke melalui remediasi pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD discovery learning berbantuan PhET Simulation.Kata kunci: Remediasi, Miskonsespsi, Hukum Hooke, LKPD discovery learning, dan PhET Simulation.

This study aims to describe the reduction in student misconceptions regarding Newton's Laws after remediation using student worksheets based on cognitive conflict. The research method used is a pre-experimental design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest format, involving 102 students from three classes at SMAN 12 Surabaya. Data collection was carried out through pretest and posttest, each consisting of five-tier format questions. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS version 25. The significance of the reduction in misconceptions was analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and the Kruskal-Wallis test, as the data were not normally distributed. The results indicated: 1) a significant improvement in understanding between the pretest and posttest, with a high categorization, and 2) all three classes showed comparable improvements in understanding. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that students experienced a significant reduction in misconceptions following remediation using student worksheets based on cognitive conflict.

Islamic boarding schools are a place to develop human qualities so that they become people with good character and noble morals, but Islamic boarding schools need to develop their entrepreneurship to be able to cover education better. This research aims to collaborate on three things, namely: the concept of the leadership role of Kyai in the development of Islamic boarding school agribusiness, developing entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools and the benefits that Islamic boarding schools and the surrounding community gain from developing entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools. This data was obtained from an Islamic boarding school that has successfully developed entrepreneurship, namely the Sunan Drajat Islamic boarding school. Researchers conducted this research by means of observation interviews and documentation. Data analyzed using domain and component analysis techniques. The results of this data analysis show that the concept of a Kyai in developing agribusiness in Islamic boarding schools is a collective, democratic and consultative form. Meanwhile, the strategy carried out by a Kyai is to build and maintain a form of trust, empowerment, synergy, flexible policy innovation to form solid cooperation. The benefits of developing entrepreneurship or agribusiness in this Islamic boarding school are felt and enjoyed by many elements, including all levels of society around the Santri and all extended families of the Islamic boarding school.

The purpose of this study was to analyze accidents due to road conditions based on the perspective of the Civil Code and Law Number 22 of 2009 and analyze the government's responsibility for accidents due to road conditions. This study used a normative juridical method, a statutory approach, a historical approach, and a case approach. The data sources were obtained from primary and secondary legal materials, which were analyzed using deductive logic techniques. Based on the Civil Code and Law Number 22 of 2009, accidents due to road conditions were unlawful acts committed by the government. The government's responsibility for accidents due to road conditions was not only carried out by repairing damaged roads but must be responsible to victims by providing compensation either materially or immaterially. The government did not enforce its obligation to repair damaged roads, resulting in a traffic law incident.

Gastroenteritis atau diare yang disusun oleh Norovirus merupakan peradangan pada dinding saluran pencernaan yang menyebabkan mual, muntah, serta konsistensi buang air besar (defekasi) melebihi tiga kali sehari. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara gastroenteritis dan personal hygiene pada santriwati Asrama At-Tahfidz Pondok Pesantren Putri Sunan Drajat Banjarwati, Paciran, Lamongan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian analitik observasional dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling menggunakan uji spearmans rho. Hasilnya, dari 153 responden yang mengalami kejadian gastroenteritis dengan personal hygiene buruk sebesar 29,4%, sedangkan yang mengalami kejadian gastroenteritis dengan personal hygiene baik hanya sebesar 28,1%. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha gagal ditolak, yang mana semakin tinggi personal hygiene maka akan semakin rendah kejadian kasus gastroenteritis.

The characteristics of learning in the 21st century are directed at encouraging students to work together, be communicative, think creatively, think critically, think computationally, and have compassion. This study aims to apply a problem-based learning (PBL) model based on Probolinggo local wisdom to improve students' scientific literacy skills. The type of research used is quasi-experimental and uses a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The type of research used is quasi-experimental and uses a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This study used two class samples, namely class XII MIPA 1 as a class that will be given treatment (experimental) while class XII MIPA 3 as a class that is not given treatment (control). The Probolinggo local wisdom-based PBL model becomes the independent variable in this study. The dependent variable in this research is students' scientific literacy skills. The control variables in this study were the teachers or researchers, the number of students taught (sample), and the learning materials for dynamic fluids. This research obtained valid learning tools with a validity level of 89.2%. The level of implementation of learning is 94%. Applying learning to apply Probolinggo local wisdom-based PBL model effectively increases students' scientific literacy abilities. This was obtained from the results of the independent-sample T-test, showing that the significance value is 0.000, which is less than 0.05. An increase was seen from the N-Gain test, obtained 0.60 in the class that was given the treatment, while 0.05 in the class that was not. In the future, learning based on Probollinggo's local wisdom can be developed in dynamic fluid learning and linear material learning.

Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan model penskoran politomus untuk respons butir multiple true-false, sehingga dapat mengestimasi secara lebih akurat kemampuan di bidang fisika. Pengembangan penskoran menggunakan Four-D model dan diuji akurasinya melalui penelitian empiris dan simulasi. Penelitian empiris menggunakan 15 butir multiple true-false yang diambil dari soal UMPTN tahun 1996-2006 dan dikenakan pada 410 mahasiswa baru FMIPA Universitas Negeri Surabaya angkatan tahun 2007. Respons peserta tes diskor dengan tiga model partial credit (PCM I; II; dan III) dan secara dikotomus. Hasil penskoran dianalisis dengan program Quest untuk mendapat-kan estimasi tingkat kesukaran butir (δ) dan estimasi ke-mampuan peserta (θ) untuk menentukan nilai fungsi informasi tes dan kesalahan baku estimasi. Penelitian simulasi mengguna-kan data bangkitan berdasarkan parameter empiris (δ dan θ) memakai program statistik SAS dan akurasi estimasinya di-analisis dengan metode root mean squared error (RMSE). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (i) Penskoran PCM dengan pem-bobotan mampu mengestimasi kemampuan lebih akurat di-bandingkan tanpa pembobotan maupun secara dikotomus; (ii) Semakin banyak jumlah kategori dalam penskoran partial credit, semakin akurat. Kata kunci: model penskoran partial credit, butir multiple true-false ____________________________________________________________THE PARTIAL CREDIT SCORING MODEL FOR THE MULTIPLE TRUE-FALSE BUTIRS IN PHYSICS Abstract This study is an attempt to overcome the weaknesses. This study aims to produce a polytomous scoring model for responses to multiple true-false butirs in order to get a more accurate estimation of abilities in physics. It adopts the Four-D model and its accuracy is assessed through empirical and simulation studies. The empirical study employed 15 multiple true-false butirs taken from the New Students Entrance Test of State University the year of 1996–2006. It administered to 410 new students enrolled in 2007 of Faculty of Mathematics and Science of Surabaya State University. The testees' responses were scored using the partial credit model (PCM) I; II; and III and also dichotomously scored. The results of the four scoring models were analyzed using the Quest program to obtain the estimation of the butir difficulty level (δ) and that of the testees' abilities (θ). The generating of the simulation data used the SAS statistical program and the estimation accuracy was analyzed by using the root mean squared error (RMSE) method. The results of the study show the following: (i) The scoring with the partial credit model with weighting is capable of estimating abilities more accurate than without weighting and dichotomous scoring; (ii) The more the number of the categories in the partial credit scoring is, the more accurate the result of the ability estimation.Keywords: partial credit model scoring, multiple true-false butir

This research aims to find out how to analyze legal protection for workers against direct termination of employment by employers. The research method used in this research was the normative juridical research method, which used a statutory approach and conceptual approach in assessing legal protection for workers against direct termination of employment by employers. The results of this study conclude that the provisions of Article 52 Paragraphs (2) and (3) of Government Regulation No. 35 Year 2021 do not provide preventive legal protection for workers because they do not provide an opportunity for workers to give their opinions before layoffs are carried out and the provisions of Article 52 Paragraphs (2) and (3) do not prevent layoffs. Article 52 Paragraphs (2) and (3) of Government Regulation No. 35 Year 2021 conflict with Article 52. 35 Year 2021 conflict with Article 28D Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, contradicts the consideration letters c and d of the Manpower Law, contradicts Article 4 letters c and d of the Manpower Law, and contradicts the general explanation of the Manpower Law, the actions categorized as urgent violations in the article are criminal acts, but the article does not regulate the requirement that this urgent violation be proven first through a court decision with permanent legal force so that it has also violated the principle of presumption of innocence.

Body shaming is an act that often occurs in society. Body shaming is an act that refers to the activity of criticizing and commenting negatively on the physical or other person's body or the act of mocking / insulting a person's body shape or body size or someone's appearance. Often this body shaming is carried out only for jokes or jokes among the public, but basically if viewed from a criminal law perspective, basically this body shaming meets the criteria for a criminal offense in the defamation article regulated in the Criminal Code. criminal offense in contempt which can be punished by using article 315. Considering the legal rules regarding body shaming in the Criminal Code and outside the Criminal Code which in the regulation do not mention directly about body shaming, it is necessary to review the rules governing body shaming so that it does not give rise to multiple interpretations. The formulation of the problem in this study is the regulation of criminal acts in insulting body image (body shaming) in terms of the Criminal Code and Legislation Outside the Criminal Code. The method used in this article uses a normative juridical research method. Later this study will review the legal construction of the law on body shaming in criminal law in Indonesia. In the regulation of the Criminal Code, body shaming is regulated in the elements of a criminal act, article 315. In addition, Indonesia already has a number of rules that regulate behavior on the internet, such as Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, which was later amended in Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Transactions.
