Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of transformational leadership and The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of employee welfare on work loyalty at the Airport Authority Office of Region V Makassar, to analyze the effect of organizational culture on work loyalty at the Airport Authority Office of Region V Makassar, and to analyze the simultaneous effect of employee welfare and organizational culture on employee work loyalty at the Airport Authority Office of Region V Makassar. In this study, the population consisted of all employees working at the Airport Authority Office of Region V Makassar, totaling 164 individuals. The population focused on Civil Servants (PNS), amounting to 164 employees. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 116 respondents. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability, as well as for classical assumptions including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that employee welfare has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty at the Airport Authority Office of Region V Makassar. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty. Simultaneously, employee welfare and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on work loyalty among employees at the Airport Authority Office of Region V Makassar. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.375 indicates that 37.5% of the variation in work loyalty can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Polisi Negara (SPN) Polda Sulawesi Selatan sebagai bagian dari kajian terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan kepolisian dalam membentuk sumber daya manusia yang profesional dan berkarakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas proses pendidikan di Sekolah Polisi Negara (SPN) Polda Sulawesi Selatan serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaannya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan bagaimana proses pendidikan dilaksanakan mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi, serta sejauh mana proses tersebut berjalan secara efektif dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menelaah berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan, baik yang bersumber dari aspek sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia, maupun karakteristik peserta didik yang beragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pendidikan di SPN Polda Sulawesi Selatan dinilai efektif, yang ditandai dengan keselarasan antara perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Efektivitas tersebut diukur melalui empat indikator, yaitu ketercapaian kurikulum, perubahan perilaku siswa dalam aspek disiplin dan tanggung jawab, hasil penilaian teori dan praktik, serta umpan balik dari pengasuh dan instruktur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan, Universitas Korporat, dan Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap transformasi digital di Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 81 responden aparatur sipil negara yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria jenjang jabatan, pengalaman kerja, dan keterlibatan dalam program pembelajaran organisasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Pengetahuan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap transformasi digital (p < 0,05), Universitas Korporat tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p > 0,05), sedangkan Organisasi Pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan merupakan variabel paling kuat serta signifikan (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan lebih ditentukan oleh kekuatan budaya pembelajaran organisasi yang berkelanjutan dibandingkan sistem pembelajaran formal semata, serta mengindikasikan perlunya evaluasi ulang terhadap praktik manajemen pengetahuan yang diterapkan. This study aims to examine the effects of Knowledge Management, Corporate University, and Learning Organization on digital transformation at the Directorate General of Treasury in South Sulawesi Province. The study adopts a quantitative explanatory approach using primary data collected through structured questionnaires. The research sample consists of 81 civil servants, selected through purposive sampling based on job level, work experience, and participation in organizational learning programs. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that Knowledge Management has a negative and significant effect on digital transformation (p < 0.05), Corporate University shows no significant effect (p > 0.05), while Learning Organization has a positive and the strongest significant effect (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that digital transformation within the Directorate General of Treasury is driven more by a strong and sustainable learning organization culture than by formal corporate university systems alone, and highlight the need to reassess existing knowledge management practices in public sector organizations.
