Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competency development and work creativity on employee performance at PT Pelindo Makassar. Employee competency and work creativity are seen as two important factors that complement each other in increasing employee productivity and innovation in a dynamic work environment. Competency development ensures that employees have the knowledge and skills needed to carry out tasks efficiently, while creativity allows employees to find innovative solutions to solve problems. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design to measure the relationship between these variables. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 164 employees of PT Pelindo Makassar. The sampling technique used was stratified sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. Validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and regression tests were carried out to ensure the quality of the analysis.The results showed that both competency development and work creativity have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Competency development contributes to increased productivity, service quality, and adaptation to change, while work creativity drives innovation, operational efficiency, and job satisfaction. Simultaneously, both variables contribute 58.9% to increased employee performance. These results emphasize the importance of competency and creativity development strategies in improving company performance and competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse management strategies in public service at the Dukcapil Office of Penajam Paser Utara Regency. The focus of this research is to evaluate the strategies implemented to enhance the quality and efficiency of public services related to population registration, civil registration, and data management. Understanding these strategies is expected to provide valuable recommendations for improving services in the future. The research employs a qualitative approach, conducting in-depth interviews with key informants including the Head of Data Utilization and Service Innovation, the Head of Population Registration, the Head of Civil Registration, the Head of Population Administration Information Management, and members of the general public. Data were collected through interviews and direct observation. Data analysis was performed using interactive model techniques, allowing for comprehensive insight and understanding of the applied management strategies. The results reveal that the Dukcapil Office of Penajam Paser Utara Regency has implemented a comprehensive management strategy in public service. Thorough planning, including the integration of technology and online systems, facilitates highly efficient population registration and civil registration processes. Effective organization ensures that human resources and technology are well-managed to achieve service goals. Guidance through training and simulations ensures that staff perform their duties competently. Control is exercised by monitoring and evaluating systems and staff performance to maintain service quality. These strategies have enhanced the quality and efficiency of public services, providing greater convenience and trust to the public in the administration of population and civil registration in Penajam Paser Utara Regency.

Abstract

Human resource management of a company is an important component. The process of managing human resources itself is an effort to obtain reliable workers who can do their jobs properly and responsibly. A leader of a government organization can apply several behaviors, including adopting the right leadership style, to realize good employee task activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the transformational leadership style in Perumda Air Minum Danum Taka, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with key informants from the Central Financial Services Authority. Based on the results of the study in the discussion, it was found that the position of the financial services authority in a bankruptcy petition is a requirement so that a bankruptcy petition against a securities company can be submitted, and Transformational leadership style plays a very important role in creating positive change, motivating team members and achieving better results. The author suggests that the Financial Services Authority as a supervisory institution and as an institution that has a position in submitting a bankruptcy statement application should provide more comprehensive supervision to be able to guarantee the rights of the Indonesian people in entrusting their finances to securities companies that manage large finances and based on POJK Number 6/POJK.04/2021 should implement risk management to avoid bankruptcy.

Lukasiwan Eddy Saputro. “Implementation of Strategic Risk Management in Improving Service Quality at Ratu Aji Putri Botung Penajam Paser Utara Hospital” (Supervised by. (Nurmadhani Fitri Suyuthi and Sri Adrianti Muin). This study aims to determine the Application of Strategic Risk Management in Improving the Quality of Services of Ratu Aji Putri Botung Hospital Penajam Paser Utara. This research was conducted at Ratu Aji Putri Botung Hospital North Penajam Paser. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis to answer the formulation of research problems. Descriptive data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation research will be analyzed. The results of this study found and showed that the Implementation of Strategic Risk Management at Ratu Aji Putri Botung Hospital has been proven to improve the quality of health services by optimizing operational efficiency and improving patient safety. Through risk identification and mitigation, the hospital is able to reduce medical errors and resource shortages. Despite the positive impact, there is room for improvement, such as increased staff training, utilization of information technology, and active involvement of leadership in the risk management process. With these measures, the RSUD can continue to strengthen its risk monitoring and evaluation system to provide higher quality and sustainable healthcare services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang Inspektorat Daerah selaku Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP) dalam upaya meningkatkan Kapabilitasnya, guna mewujudkan peran APIP yang efektif sesuai amanah dalam pasal 11 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 60 Tahun 2008 tentang Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis dokumen dan melakukan wawancara dengan responden, hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, APIP pada Inspektorat Daerah perlu untuk terus ditingkatkan kapabilitasnya guna menjalankan peran Inspektorat Daerah sebagai pengawas intern pemerintah, sehingga dapat terlaksana dengan baik, tepat sasaran dan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku demi terwujudnya kepemerintahan yang baik.Kata Kunci: Inspektorat Daerah; Kapabilitas; Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh alokasi anggaran dinas, integrasi penggunaan teknologi, dukungan pemerintah pusat, realisasi program dan kegiatan secara langsung terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran dan pengaruh tidak langsung alokasi anggaran dinas, integrasi penggunaan teknologi, dukungan pemerintah pusat, terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran melalui realisasi program dan kegiatan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi dengan menggunakan angka dan statistik dengan spss dan uji sobel untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara,yang berjumlah 100 responden.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Alokasi anggaran yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Penajam memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran, Integrasi penggunaan teknologi pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Penajam, tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran, Dukungan pemerintah pusat berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran. Realisasi program dan kegiatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran. Alokasi anggaran dinas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap realisasi program dan kegiatan. Integrasi penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap realisasi program dan kegiatan. Dukungan pemerintah pusat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap realisasi program dan kegiatan. Alokasi anggaran dinas berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran melalui realisasi program dan kegiatan. Integrasi penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran melalui realisasi program dan kegiatan dan dukungan pemerintah pusat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap realisasi program melalui efektivitas pengelolaan anggaran. Kata Kunci: Alokasi Anggaran, Integrasi Integrasi Penggunaan Teknologi, Dukungan Pemerintah Pusat, Realisasi Program Dan Pengelolaan Anggaran Yang Efektif

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga sampel yang diambil sebanyak 51 karyawan dari jumlah populasi 103 karyawan. Pengumpulan datanya dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dan pengukuran data menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 7 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X) dan kinerja karyawan (Y) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.  AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk by using a quantitative approach. Sampling using the Slovin formula so that the samples taken were 51 employees from a total population of 103 employees. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and measuring data using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 7 indicators. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variables of work discipline (X) and employee performance (Y) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially.                                                          Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the community of the PJOK Subject Teacher Working Group in Penajam District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. accompanied by (Mulyadi Hamid and Nurmadhani Fitri). The application of reflection management using the Gibbs framework, with the aim of knowing the improvement of sports teacher competence by using 6 reflection flows of the Gibbs Framework consisting of Description, Feeling, Evaluation, Analysis, Conclusion, and Follow-up Plan. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of getting a clear picture of the data analysed in the form of real facts in the field in the form of observation results, interviews and supporting documentation obtained from the informants studied. The results of the research on the application of the Gibbs reflection framework have a positive impact on PJOK teachers, where Gibbs Reflection can improve teachers' professional skills, self-awareness, and ability to manage the classroom better. The impact on learners can be observed from the effectiveness, engagement, understanding, skills, and confidence of learners. The continuous reflection process enables teachers to continuously develop their competence, create effective learning, and support learners' overall development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keterkaitan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen melalui Tingkat Kepercayaan pada PT Sicepat Ekspress Cabang Wonomulyo. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Jumlah responden yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 132 responden yang terdiri dari PNS, Karyawan Swasta, Pengusaha.,Pelajar / Mahasiswa dan Lainnya. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur dengan menggunakan data hasil penyebaran kuesioner pada pengguna jasa pengiriman PT Sicepat Ekspress Cabang Wonomulyo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian (1) hasil uji pengaruh langsung (Direct Effect) bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. (2) hasil uji pengaruh langsung (Direct Effect) bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Tingkat kepercayaan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. (3) hasil uji pengaruh langsung (Direct Effect) bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Tingkat kepercayaan. (4) hasil uji pengaruh tidak langsung (Indirect Effect) bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui tingkat kepercayaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Kalimantan Timur, yang dilakukan penelitian pada bulan september – november 2023. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunkan rumus slovin yaitu 76 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan tentang pengaruh Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara dapat disimpulkan bahwa Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, Dari hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang baik mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, Dari hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Budaya Organisasi yang baik mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama, variabel Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Semakin baiknya Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Budaya Organisasi yang diberikan maka Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara akan meningkat.
