Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: "Apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IX SMPN 4 Tolitoli tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan tes akhir. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif yang dilengkapi dengan tabel frekuensi dan persentase. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IX SMPN 4 Tolitoli. Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus dilaksanakan empat kali pertemuan (tiga kali pertemuan proses belajar mengajar dan satu kali pertemuan tes hasil belajar) dan melalui empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan seluruh pembahasan serta analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa Kelas IX SMPN 4 Tolitoli, yang ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I yaitu 67,5 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 79. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar; Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah; IPS ABSTRACT This research is a class action research (PTK). The problem in this study is: "Whether the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve the social studies learning outcomes of grade IX students of SMPN 4 Tolitoli in the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and final tests. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics equipped with frequency tables and percentages. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of social studies students in grade IX SMPN 4 Tolitoli. Research activities were carried out in two cycles, each cycle carried out four meetings (three meetings of teaching and learning process and one meeting of learning outcomes test) and through four stages namely planning, implementation of action, observation, reflection. Based on the results of the research and the entire discussion and analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of Problem Based Learning Model can improve the learning outcomes of social studies students of Class IX SMPN 4 Tolitoli, which is characterized by an increase in the average score of students in cycle I which is 67.5 and in cycle II increased to 79. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pengajaran. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini antara lain : manfaat praktis yakni dapat menjadi referensi bagi para pembaca dan menjadi sarana penulis dalam memahami dan menerapkan model – model pembelajaran inovatif, sedangkan manfaat teoritis menjadi masukan bagi Dinas Pendidikan dan masukan bagi guru-guru Mata Pelajaran dalam rangka peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, pengumpulan data dilakukan setelah kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang di peroleh melalui perbandingan hasil yang diperoleh siswa di siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Yang menjadi populasi adalah semua siswa kelas VIII SMP Satap Negeri 2 Parigi Barat dengan jumlah 18 siswa, sampelnya diambil dari keseluruhan populasi. Dari penelitian terhadap aspek-aspek tersebut, maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa penerapan Model Problem Based Learning di SMP Satap Negeri 2 Parigi Barat telah optimal, namun perlu adanya upaya peningkatan kualitas mengajar guru dengan terus mempelajari dan memahami serta mengaplikasikan model pembelajran inovatif dengan penguasan teori yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan upaya-upaya seperti pelatihan secara online mapun offline. Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, Hasil Belajar, Siswa ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning Model can improve the learning outcomes of teaching students. The expected benefits of this research include: practical benefits, which can be a reference for readers and become a means for writers to understand and apply innovative learning models, while theoretical benefits are input for the Education Office and input for subject teachers in order to improve teacher competence in teaching and learning. This study uses Classroom Action Research Method, data collection is carried out after teaching and learning activities are carried out, while to analyze the data obtained through comparison of the results obtained by students in cycle 1 and cycle 2. The population is all students of class VIII SMP Satap Negeri 2 West Parigi with a total of 18 students, the sample is taken from the entire population. From the research on these aspects, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning Model at SMP Satap Negeri 2 West Parigi has been optimal, but there needs to be an effort to improve the quality of teaching teachers by continuing to study and understand and apply innovative learning models with good theoretical knowledge. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan Peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran ekonomimelalui metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada kelas X SMAN 1 ToliToli Utara, Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus.Pada Siklus 1 dan siklus 2 terdiri dari tahapan penelitian dibagi menjadi empat tahap: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, dan (4) refleksi, kemudian dilanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya.. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Desember 2023 – 25 Januari 2024, di SMAN 1 Tolitoli Utara dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi tahun pelajaran 2023 - 2024 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Pada penelitian ini guru yang bertindak sebagai penulis mencoba menerapkan metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) melalui pelajaran ekonomi kelas X pada materi Permintaan dan Penawaran Penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilaksanakan terdiri dari 2 (siklus) siklus pertama terdiri dari dua observasi pembelajaran, masing- masing siklus terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahapan yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Tindakan pembelajaran pada siklus I mengenai materi Permintaan dan Penawaran Tindakan pembelajaran pada siklus II mengenai materi Permintaan dan Penawara pada sub tema permintaan ,Teknik pengumpul data hasil belajar dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Teknik tes dalam bentuk tes tertulis yang dilaksanakan pada akhir siklus 1 dan akhir siklus 2. Dan data hasil pengamatan dikumpulkan dengan teknik pengamatan (observasi). Observasi memungkinkan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara harapan dan kenyataan dari penelitian tindakan kelas. Observasi dilaksanakan secara komprehensif dalam kelas. Aspek-aspek dalam pengamatan meliputi: perilaku siswa waktu belajar, kegiatan diskusi siswa, partisipasi siswa dalam presentasi dan diskusi. Sehingga dapat diketahui secara jelas bagaimana aktifitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Validasi diperlukan agar diperoleh data yang valid. Pada penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan adalah data hasil nilai ujian siklus I dan II dan data hasil pengamatan. Untuk mendapatkan data nilai ujian yang valid maka disusun kisi-kisi soal dan soal test. Data hasil pengamatan divalidasi melalui triangulasi sumber, yaitu data berasal dari siswa, pengamat (observer) dan peneliti sendiri. Pada siklus pertama persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa dari Prasiklus 54,75 pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 79,25 dan pada siklus II menjadi 88,25. Jumlah siswa yang tuntas belajar juga terjadi peningkatan dari prasiklus hanya ada 3 siswa pada siklus I sudah ada 25 siswa dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 36 siswa walaupun belum semua siswa tuntas belajar. Penguasaan materi dapat dikatakan meningkat karena dalam pembelajaran pertama sampai ketiga terjadi peningkatan dari siklus pertama hanya sebesar 7,5%, pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 62,5% . Setelah siswa diberikan tambahan dengan mengerjakan latihan-latihan dan bimbingan guru pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 62,% dan setelah pembelajaran kedua siswa diberikan tambahan tugas dirumah siswa yang mampu menguasai materi pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 87,5%. Berdasarkan kenaikan perhitungan persentase tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan minat peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran Ekonomi pada materi Permintaan dan Penawaran hal tersebut di buktikan dengan kenaikan dari tiap siklus.1 Kata Kunci : Minat Belajar, Model Problem Based Learning, SMAN 1 Toli-Toli Utara ABSTRACT This research aims to describe increasing students' interest in learning in economics subjects through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in class : (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection, then proceed to the next cycle. This research was carried out on December 8 2023 – January 25 2024, at SMAN 1 North Tolitoli with research subjects are class X students in the Economics subject for the 2023 - 2024 academic year, totaling 36 people. In this research, the teacher who acts as the author tries to apply the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method through class Each cycle consists of 4 (four) stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Learning actions in cycle I regarding Demand and Supply materialLearning actions in cycle II regarding the material Requests and Offers in the sub-theme requests. Techniques for collecting data on learning outcomes in this research were collected using test techniques in the form of written tests which were carried out at the end of cycle 1 and the end of cycle 2. And data from observations were collected using techniques observation (observation). Observation makes it possible to determine the correspondence between expectations and reality from classroom action research. Observations are carried out comprehensively in class. Aspects in observation include: student behavior while studying, student discussion activities, student participation in presentations and discussions. So it can be clearly seen how students' activities are during the learning process. Validation is needed to obtain valid data. In this study, the data collected were data from test scores from cycles I and II and data from observations. To obtain valid test score data, a grid of questions and test questions is arranged. Observation data is validated through source triangulation, namely data comes from students, observers and researchers themselves. In the first cycle, the percentage of students' learning completeness from Pre-cycle was 54.75, in the first cycle it increased to 79.25 and in the second cycle it became 88.25. The number of students who completed their studies also increased from pre-cycle, there were only 3 students, in cycle I there were already 25 students and in cycle II it increased again to 36 students, although not all students had completed their studies. Mastery of the material can be said to have increased because in the first to third lessons there was an increase from the first cycle of only 7.5%, in the second cycle it increased to 62.5%. After students were given additional work by doing exercises and teacher guidance in cycle II, it increased to 62.% and after the second lesson, students were given additional assignments at home. Students who were able to master the learning material increased to 87.5%. Based on the increase in the percentage calculation, it can be concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can increase students' interest in Economics subjects in the Supply and Demand material. Abstract

ABSTRAK Sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan nilai rata- rata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas VIII adalah 66,67. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I nilai hasil belajar siswa rata-ratanya adalah 72,89. Selanjutnya pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar siswa menjadi meningkat yaitu 89,48. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan kategori rata-rata hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori rendah dengan tingkat ketuntasan 44 % dari 27 siswa. Pada siklus I setelah dilakukan tindakan hasil belajar siswa masih berada pada kategori rendah dengan tingkat ketuntasan 56 % dari 27 siswa. Pada siklus II setelah dilaksanakan tindakan lebih lanjut sebagai hasil refleksi siklus I hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan tingkat ketuntasan 93 %, dengan jumlah kelulusan 25 siswa dari total jumlah 27 siswa. Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Kreatif, Pembelajaran ABSTRACT Before the action was implemented, the average social studies score for class VIII students was 66.67. After taking action in cycle I, the average student learning outcome value was 72.89. Furthermore, in cycle II the average student learning outcomes increased, namely 89.48. Before the action was carried out, the average student learning outcomes were in the low category with a completion level of 44% from 27 students. In the first cycle, after taking action, student learning outcomes were still in the low category with a completion level of 56% for 27 students. In cycle II, after carrying out further action as a result of reflection in cycle I, student learning outcomes were in the medium category with a completion rate of 93%, with 25 students graduating out of a total of 27 students. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dengan adanya penerapan pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) apakah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Katolik Atmajaya Tolitoli. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak II siklus yang masing-masing siklus dilalui menjadi empat tahap penelitian, yaitu: (1) perencanaan tindakan penelitian; (2) observasi tindakan penelitian; (3) pelaksanaan tindakan penelitian; dan (4) refleksi tindakan penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Katolik Atmajaya Tolitoli. Siswa kelas XI IPS yang berisi 20 siswa dengan komposisi 14 siswa perempuan dan 6 siswa laki-laki. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cara berkolaborasi bersama dengan guru mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan juga tes. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa penerapan pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) menunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi dapat dilihat dari siswa yang memperoleh nilai lebih dari kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Dengan dibuktikan sebelum adanya tindakan, persentase hasil belajar siswa hanya (28,57%), setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus I hasil belajar siswa terlihat mengalami peningkatan mencapai (52,38%), dan setelah tindakan siklus II meningkat menjadi (85,71%). Berdasarkan penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran ekonomi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Katolik Atmajaya Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar, model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to find out whether the application of problem based learning (PBL) can improve economic learning outcomes for class XI students at Atmajaya Tolitoli Catholic High School. The research used was the classroom action research (PTK) method which was carried out in two cycles, each of which went through four research stages, namely: (1) research action planning; (2) observation of research actions; (3) implementation of research actions; and (4) reflection on research action. In this study, the research subjects were all class XI IPS students at Atmajaya Tolitoli Catholic High School. Class XI IPS students contain 20 students with a composition of 14 female students and 6 male students. This research was carried out in collaboration with the class XI economics teacher. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and tests. The results of this research show that the application of problem based learning (PBL) shows an increase in learning outcomes in economics subjects which can be seen from students who get more scores than the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). As proven before the action, the percentage of student learning outcomes was only (28.57%), after the first cycle of action, student learning outcomes were seen to have increased to (52.38%), and after the second cycle of action it increased to (85.71%) . Abstract

The holistic learning strategy within the Merdeka Curriculum has not yet been fully effective, primarily due to the limited role of school leadership in fostering a collaborative and reflective learning ecosystem. Responding to this gap, this study proposes a Transglobal Leadership Model designed to support holistic learning aligned with the principles of Merdeka Belajar. The model integrates six core leadership intelligences (cognitive, emotional, moral, business, cultural, and global) positioning school principals as adaptive agents capable of navigating educational challenges in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) era. Conducted in public high schools in Tomohon City, this qualitative study employed in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to examine how school leaders enact holistic learning values in practice. The findings reveal that collective behaviors namely awareness, commitment, and openness, are key drivers in optimizing holistic learning processes. These results broaden the theoretical landscape of educational leadership and offer strategic insights for strengthening principals’ leadership capacity within the Merdeka Belajar framework. However, the study is limited by its narrow geographical scope and exclusive reliance on qualitative methods, which do not statistically validate the relationships between variables. Future research should employ mixed-methods approaches to test the model’s validity and expand its applicability across diverse educational settings. The proposed model offers a leadership framework that is both globally adaptive and locally grounded, aligning with Indonesia’s educational transformation imperatives.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low social studies learning outcomes which are thought to be influenced by the lack of learning discipline and a less supportive learning environment. This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline and learning environment on the learning outcomes of Social Studies (IPS) of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Dimembe. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample in this study amounted to 54 students selected through purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used were questionnaires to measure the level of learning discipline and learning environment, as well as documentation values ​​to determine students' social studies learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that learning discipline had a positive and significant effect on students' social studies learning outcomes. Likewise, the learning environment had a positive and significant effect on social studies learning outcomes. Simultaneously, learning discipline and learning environment had a significant effect on social studies learning outcomes with a fairly strong contribution. These findings indicate that improving student learning outcomes does not only depend on academic ability, but also on non-cognitive factors such as learning habits and a supportive environment. Therefore, efforts to improve social studies learning outcomes need to include strengthening student discipline and improving the learning environment, both at school and at home.

Abstract

Perkawinan adat merupakan tradisi yang melekat dalam masyarakat Indonesia, tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ikatan budaya dan sosial tetapi juga memiliki dampak ekonomi bagi individu, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui terkait perkawinan adat sebagai kearifan lokal dalam hal perspektif ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di Desa Tumaluntung, Kecamatan Kauditan yang masih mempraktikkan perkawinan adat. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemerintah Desa, tokoh-tokoh adat dan pelaku perkawinan adat. Hasil penelitian menenjukkan bahwa perkawinan adat selain memerlukan biaya yang signifikan, juga dapat memperkuat solidaritas sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat, serta menjadi sarana untuk menjaga kelangsungan kearifan lokal yang memiliki nilai-nilai ekonomi yang positif, seperti gotong royong. Selain itu, perkawinan adat juga membuka peluang bagi ekonomi lokal melalui sektor usaha kecil menengah yang terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan terkait perkawinan adat. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Pedagogical Competence and School Learning Facilities on Student Learning Achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Motoling Timur. This study uses three variables, namely (X1) Pedagogical Competence variable, Learning Facilities (X2) and Student Learning Achievement (Y). Where (X1) and (X2) Using a questionnaire given to 50 students who are members of the class XI student population of SMK Negeri 1 Motoling Timur. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with 15 questions, each alternative answer choice has a different score. While (Y) is measured using the report card results. The results of the Regression Equation are: Y = 56.76 + 0.28X1 + 0.16X2, this shows that there is an influence between pedagogical competence and learning facilities on student learning achievement, meaning that every 1 unit increase in the pedagogical competence and learning facilities variables will increase student learning achievement by. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning discipline on student learning outcomes at SMKS Poopo. The tendency to learn less is due to time wasted with mobile phone playing activities and lack of encouragement from family at home and teachers at school to encourage students to learn. This study involved 32 students of grade XI at SMKS Poopo, Variable X1 Learning Motivation, Variable X2 Learning Discipline and Variable Y Learning Outcomes. Partially, the motivation variable influences student learning outcomes, namely based on the t test of 2.126 which is greater than t table with a probability of 0.037. Likewise, learning discipline influences student learning outcomes as seen from the t test of 2.253 which is greater than t table with a probability of 0.027. Although X1 and X2 do not significantly affect Y. shown from the results of the F test obtained Fcount = 2.898. with a probability / significance of 0.061> 0.05 so that Ho is accepted and Ha3 is rejected.
