Abstract

Halal Tourism is a segment of the tourism business that focuses on muslim visitors in terms of service and, of course, halal items that are safe for consumption by muslim tourists. The goal of this research is to look at how the factor of halal tourism may enhance visitor satisfaction and how this connection can be increased when controlled by the component of religiosity in Bandung. This study is part of a descriptive study with a causal link that employs explanatory statistics. SEM-PLS analysis was utilized to analyze the data from a sample of 400 respondents. This study adds to previous research that has shown that religiosity has a major moderating impact on halal tourism and tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction would boost national revenue from the tourism industry while also assisting tourism resort managers in maintaining tourist contentment and getting new insights into recruiting muslim tourists with strong religious values.

Abstract

The highest population and percentage of internet users on the island of Java are found in the West Java Province. This phenomenon should be consistent with West Java Province's relatively high GRDP level, where the potential for banking is also quite high. However, there is still a challenge for finance, especially banking in the West Java region, namely finding ways to balance, optimism, and pursue innovative opportunities that can aid the adult population of Indonesia who have not yet used digital banking services. In this study, the variables that may affect West Javans' acceptance and usage of mobile banking services are identified. The goal of this study is to identify the variables that influence West Javans' adoption of mobile banking services. The modified UTAUT approach will be used, and the performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), facilitating condition (FC), behavioral intention (BI), and use behavior (UB) variables will be added. 400 respondents who use mobile banking in West Java made up the sample for this study. employing a non-probability sampling approach, such as quota sampling, to gather responses. PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software was the analytic method used in this investigation. The findings show that levels of performance expectation, effort expectancy, social influence, and enabling circumstances all favorably affect the desire to embrace mobile banking, but perceived danger has the opposite effect. The desire to use mobile banking has been proven to have a favorable influence on utilization, which in turn affects customer service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Alternatif pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Means-End Analysis, model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Mengetahui adanya perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dengan model pembelajaran Means-End Analysis, model pembelajaran Mind Mapping, dan pembelajaran konvensional dengan model Direct Learning. (2) Mengetahui kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Means-End Analysis lebih baik dari pembelajaran konvensional dengan model Direct Learning. (3) Mengetahui kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping lebih baik dari pembelajaran konvensional dengan model Direct Learning. (4) Mengetahui adanya perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Means-End Analysis, dengan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kedungtuban tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Sampel yang diambil adalah kelas VIII A, VIII B, dan VIII C dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data dengan anava satu arah dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: Tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa antara yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Means-End Analysis (MEA), model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dan model pembelajaran konvesional (Direct Learning).

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a Parenting FoMO scale on parents using social media in Indonesia. Parenting FoMO is measured through four dimensions: missed experience, compulsion, comparing with others, and being left out. This study involved 115 parents using social media with children aged below 18 years old. Analysis methods used were Cronbach Alpha to examine reliability, analysis item using Corrected-Item Total Correlation (CrIT) and factor loading with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to examine validity. Results exhibit that the Parenting FoMO scale is valid and reliable for measuring Parenting FoMO on parents using social media.

Abstract

Produce such as fruits and vegetables have the production potential on an industrial scale with a low price. Most residents in Sukawarna work as farmers of fruits, horticultural crops and vegetables. Farmers sell raw fruit and vegetable products without diversification. To compete with other economic actors, the government, community, and universities must support the development of high-quality commodity products. However, the community still faces some challenges, particularly their skills or expertise, but in this era, the main issues are knowledge when facing change (transformation) and a lack of creativity in managing superior product commodities to increase sales. The aim of this study is to help economic business actors in Sukawarna develop competitive knowledge and skills by referring to the partners' situation and issues. Community empowerment program facilitators were involved to conduct a participatory action research. It was found that there were several partner problem solutions. The first is the training of the economic actors in Sukawarna on how to manage raw commodity products into processed products with added value. Next is marketing assistance to help partners process vegetables from Sukawarna’s main commodity through accurate marketing strategy in communicating the processed product. The last solution is the use of attractive packaging designs and product labels for processed main commodities in Sukawarna to attract potential consumers. The study results recommend the following: an educational program for the transformation of superior commodities into ready-to-use processed products, assistance with marketing strategies, and designing packaging and product labels to market the processed commodities.

Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural nation with a variety of ethnic groups, religions, and faiths. This diversity can be an advantage and at the same time can cause horizontal conflict in society. Ideology and national politics owned by the Indonesian people are important as guidelines in the life of the nation and state within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Students as one of the important elements in the journey of the Indonesian nation need to get attention related to the discourse of national politics. This research seeks to see students' perceptions related to national politics, religious moderation, and religious radicalism. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and survey method. Respondents were university students in Jakarta and Bandung (200 people). This study aims to map the perceptions of students in Jakarta and Bandung towards national politics, religious moderation, and religious radicalism and to see whether there is an influence of understanding of national politics and religious moderation on religious radicalism among students in Jakarta and Bandung. The results showed that in students' perceptions of the understanding of national politics, religious moderation, and religious radicalism, the majority are in the moderate category or not good enough (average 55%). In addition, the influence of understanding nationalism and religious moderation on religious radicalism was also found to be 3.1%. This means that there is still a need to increase students' understanding in Jakarta and Bandung of national politics, religious moderation, and religious radicalism.

Abstract

Coworking Space Batununggal (CWS Batununggal) adalah pusat kolaborasi masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas warga, menjadi sarana lokasi aktivitas para pelaku usaha pemula (start up) di lingkungan Kecamatan Batununggal. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara tim dengan Ketua CWS Batununggal dapat diketahui beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu: (1) Kurangnya kemampuan pengelolaan operasional usaha yang terintegrasi (2) Belum adanya aplikasi pendukung operasional bisnis yang dapat mengefektifkan usaha; (3) Kurangnya pengetahuan dan keahlian pengurus dan anggota CWS Batununggal mengenai pemanfaatan social media marketing; (4) Kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan digital marketing dengan teknologi terbaru pada akun-akun yang dikelola CWS Batununggal Bandung. Mengacu pada situasi dan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra sasar, maka solusi yang kami laksanakan yaitu: (1) Memberikan workshop serta pendampingan terkait penggunaan sistem enterprise resource planning; (2) Mengimplementasikan sistem pengelolaan dan pengintegrasian keuangan dan operasional bisnis pada CWS Batununggal Bandung; (3) Memberikan pelatihan mengenai pemasaran sosial media dan social media analytics; (4) Memberikan workshop Augmented Reality Based Social Media Content. Pengabdian masyarakat kolaborasi eksternal ini mempunyai mitra sasar pelaku UMKM, anggota Coworking Space dan warga di Kecamatan Batununggal Bandung. Respon peserta sangat antusias dalam menerima materi dan melaksanakan praktik langsung menggunakan aplikasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Bertambahnya wawasan secara teoritis dan praktis mengenai penggunaan sistem ERP dan pemanfaatannya di bisnis yang mereka miliki; (2) Meningkatkan wawasan mengenai social media marketing dan social media analytics sehingga admin sosial media bisnis yang mereka miliki menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien; (3) Hasil AR dari produk sebagai media promosi produk yang mereka tawarkan.

Abstract

Berkembangnya berbagai sektor bisnis menuntut para pelaku bisnis untuk mempertahankan serta meningkatkan usaha yang telah dibangunnya. Hal ini juga disebabkan oleh berbagai adanya persaingan bisnis. Berbagai upaya dilakukan termasuk menggunakan berbagai strategi bisnis yang di anggap tepat untuk mempertahankan bisnisnya di atas kondisi persaingan yang begitu besar. dalam bisnis terdapat beberapa tingkatan bisnis, baik tingkat mikro, menengah maupun makro. Merajut Asa Kita merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bertempat di Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. UMKM ini bergerak di bidang busana dan aksesoris dengan benang sebagai bahan utama dan rajut sebagai cara dalam memproduksinya. Merajut Asa Kita mengalami kesulitan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek, maka penulis melakukan implementasi teori CyberBranding dengan tiga instrumen utamanya yaitu : informasi, interaktivitas, dan insting. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang di mana penulis menjadi instrumen kunci. Adapun dalam melakukan pengumpulan data penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik triangulasi yaitu secara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CyberBranding berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dari UMKM Merajut Asa Kita melalui data yang pengunjung yang terlihat setelah implementasi dari CyberBranding dilakukan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi UMKM Merajut Asa Kita untuk dapat menggunakan CyberBranding sebagai langkah untuk membangun kesadaran merek yang lebih luas lagi dengan memanfaatkan fitur yang tersedia di Shopee. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah CyberBranding sangat membantu UMKM Merajut Asa Kita dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek serta meningkatkan jangkauan pasar.

Abstract

Advertising is a way to promote products or services to the public in various ways according to the provisions contained therein. Using advertising in the form of product promotion will make it easier for sellers to market their products. Advertising is a strategy to promote a product or service that is being sold, with an advertisement provided by a company, will make it easier for the audience to find out about the product being sold. The purpose of this design is how to design content design for Muslim fashion products uploaded via the Instagram platform. This is made as a form of information to the public that wearing Muslim clothing is not something to be ashamed of and can still look stylish. Research in this design uses qualitative methods and uses data analysis methods from the results of interviews and then developed into a hypothesis. The results of the design given are in the form of photos and designs in the form of an Instagram feed whose function is to make people from all walks of life more interested in wearing Muslim clothing. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how tax variables, intangible assets and company size affect transfer pricing in Energy sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The research method used is quantitative research method with secondary data obtained indirectly by collecting financial reports and annual reports from Energy companies in 2018-2022 published on the IDX website or the official website of each company. In this study, to obtain a sample, special criteria are needed, so the purposive sampling method is used. This study has a population of 84 companies and obtained 11 company samples and the observation results include 55 financial statement data for five years in the period 2018-2022. The test analysis used in this study is using EViews 13 software. This study obtained the results, namely partially, taxes have no effect on transfer pricing, intangible assets affect transfer pricing, company size affects transfer pricing, and simultaneously taxes, intangible assets, and company size affect transfer pricing.
