Abstract

One of the integrated e-commerce models is online ticket selling. Many travel agents sell travel tickets for national or international destinations online through websites; one of them is Tiket.com, a popular travel agency in Indonesia. The intense competition in the internet-based service providing industry has, in fact, motivated this company to meet their customers’ needs and preferences with quality services; the goal is to increase the number of their service users. The purpose of this study is to identify aspects of user requirements by Tiket.com as an online travel agent service that need to be maintained and improved. This study combines two methods of measuring customer satisfaction, namely the Kano model and e-service quality. The identified customer needs, based on Voice of Customer, can be analyzed to increase satisfaction. The results of this study are grouped into the dimensions of e-service quality, i.e. reliability, responsiveness, fulfillment, ease of use, information, security, and efficiency. Using a combination of e-service quality and Kano Model, six attributes of True Customer Needs were acquired; five of them are recommended for improvement and one needs to be developed. Tiket.com are suggested to pay more attention to weak attributes that are included in the must be category because they are fundamental for the company's services. They are also advised to develop weak and strong attributes that are included in the attractive category because they can help the company increase their competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study examines the philosophy of patristics, a branch of philosophy developed during the early church era that integrates Christian teachings with Greek philosophical traditions such as Platonism and Neo-Platonism. The study employs a literature review method with historical and interpretative analysis of the primary works of patristic philosophers and reflections on their relevance in the context of contemporary life. The findings reveal that patristic philosophy offers profound insights into the harmony between spirituality and intellectuality, which can serve as solutions to modern challenges such as moral crises, spiritual alienation, and conflicts between science and religion.

Abstract

The challenges of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) today are getting higher. The development of digital technology that continues to be present certainly adds to the excitement of MSMEs themselves to continue to survive and continue to innovate. One of the interesting things, residents of the Ujung Berung Transit Apartment, especially young mothers, also participate in the development of MSMEs in Indonesia, especially in West Java. It's just that there are still many opportunities and gaps that have not been utilized, especially in relation to digital optimization, which needs to be highlighted in developing the capabilities of the UMKM actors of the Ujung Berung Transit Apartment. Through an approach in the form of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) conducted to map the problems that occur in the Ujung Berung Transit Apartment, it is certainly a provision and foundation in conducting many programs and training for future community service, especially in relation to the use and optimization of social media. This will later be useful to equip the UMKM players of the Ujung Berung Transit Apartment to be literate in digital marketing and be able to spread their wings to a wider area without being hindered by place and location.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak started in March 2020, and the Indonesian government has taken a long time to respond to it. With different ambiguous statements, public leaders contributed to the disruption of knowledge concerning the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the study aims to investigate the communication strategy of Indonesia’s government in response to the early Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020. This study uses a qualitative method that analyzes news text from online media. The data collection technique in this research is a literature study. The source of this research data comes from statements by four Indonesian ministers regarding the Covid-19 outbreak from online media. The goal of this study is to understand the narrative in online media concerning Indonesian public officials' response to COVID-19 by analyzing the word frequency using NVIVO 12 Plus software. Findings from this study indicate that numerous issues with the utilization and dissemination of information about the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrate a lack of maturity and caution on the part of the government and media. Indonesia’s government could not provide excellent and precise information that followed the community's expectations regarding the pandemic. Indonesian public officials contributed to misinformation regarding the Covid-19 epidemic when dealing with the pandemic by providing ambiguous, incorrect, and misleading information.

Abstract

The presence of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia plays a crucial role in driving the Indonesian economy, particularly at the grassroots level. However, the adoption of information technology and digitalization within MSMEs often lacks strategic methods, such as financial analysis or forecasting. MSMEs tend to approach emerging technology solutions with caution. To help MSMEs better understand the advantages of adopting digital transformation, it is essential to evaluate the performance of their digitalization efforts. This study aims to explore how MSMEs in Indonesia can sustain and grow in the digital era by implementing digital business strategies, focusing on digital capabilities and literacy, and examining their influence on perceived business performance. Data collection was conducted through an online survey over six months, from July 2022 to January 2023, targeting 400 MSME respondents across Indonesia. Hypothesis testing was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS The findings indicate that digitalization capabilities, on their own, do not have a direct, significant positive impact on perceived business performance. However, when mediated by digitalization performance, these capabilities show a significant and positive effect on perceived business outcomes. Results indicate that the influence of digitalization capabilities and literacy on digitalization performance and perceived business performance ranges from moderate to strong. Additionally, the findings reveal that MSME actors do not yet prioritize perceived business performance in digitalization, as digitalization is still viewed as an additional expense. Therefore, stronger digital literacy is needed regarding the more measurable results of digitalization implementation.
