Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) play a crucial role in shaping generations with strong moral character and Islamic values. However, the quality of teaching staff in these institutions often still requires improvement, particularly in understanding legal regulations relevant to the education sector. This community service activity aims to enhance the legal awareness and understanding of the teaching staff at Pondok Pesantren Dayah Jamiah Al-Aziziyah Batei Iliek, Samalanga, Bireuen, regarding the regulations governing education, especially within the pesantren environment. The method employed in this activity includes sosialisasis and interactive discussions using a participatory approach. The activity was attended by all teaching staff and was guided by experts in the fields of law and education. The results indicate an increase in the knowledge and awareness of the teaching staff about the importance of understanding regulations to support educational processes that align with legal standards. It is hoped that this activity can be continued through broader mentoring and outreach programs to strengthen the overall education system in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extinction of Udan Potir's repertoire in the Gordang Sambilan game while in development communication in Mandailing land. The extinction came from a repertoire full of ecological meaning in the form of rhythmic calling for rain and worshiping other than Allah. The method used in this study is exploratory research by analyzing the extinction of the udan potir repetoir in rites using gordang Sambilan along with the development of Islam in the Mandailing land. Specifically, this research seeks to trace information related to the repetoir on part-time gordang players in Mandaling Natal Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research analysis uses the Servaes development communication approach which seeks to unravel the extinction of Udan Potir's repertoire by looking at the important aspect of considering the local context in designing a development communication strategy. The results of this study indicate that Udan Potir's repetoir has uniqueness in the space of Mandailing local wisdom, but the repetoir is full of shirk values from rhythmic processes that tend to be in trance and worship other than God which makes this repeto increasingly left behind until it becomes extinct in the Gordang Sambilan tradition. Therefore it is necessary Therefore, development communication is needed to find a middle way in preserving Gordang Sambilan without violating the religious values shared by the majority of the community. this can be done by looking for alternative lyrics or movements that are more in line with religious values, or by maintaining the repertoire within the scope of non-religious culture.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of gadget use on family harmony on the Deli River Bank, Kampung Baru, Medan Maimun District. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations of mothers in the area during the period March to June 2024. This research found that gadget use varies among family members, with smartphones being the most dominant media. Gadgets are used for various purposes such as seeking information, entertainment and communication. Although gadgets increase productivity and access to information, excessive use can reduce the quality of interactions between family members and disrupt daily routines. Therefore, it is important for families to find a balance between gadget use and direct interaction to maintain harmony and emotional well-being.

Abstract

Aceh is the only province in Indonesia that has officially implemented Islamic Sharia law. As A Region With Special Privileges To Enforce Sharia Law, Aceh Has Enacted Uqubat Punishments As An Effort To Reduce Criminal Acts, Including Khalwat (Intimate Proximity Between A Man And A Woman Who Are Not Mahram). This Study Aims To Explore The Implementation Of Uqubat Punishment For Khalwat Behavior In The Context Of Crime Prevention In Aceh. This Research Uses A Qualitative Method With Data Collection Techniques Through Interviews, Observations, And Documentation. Once All The Data Is Collected, It Will Be Analyzed Using Content Analysis Techniques. The Results Of The Study Indicate That The Enforcement Of Uqubat Punishment Has Had A Significant Impact On Reducing Criminal Acts, Including Khalwat Behavior. However, There Are Also Several Challenges In Its Implementation, Such As Issues Of Justice In The Application Of Uqubat, Its Effectiveness, And Others. Therefore, This Study Recommends The Need For A Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Implementation Of Uqubat Punishment As Well As Continuous Improvements In The Judicial System In Aceh To Ensure Its Effectiveness In Reducing Crime Without Violating Principles Of Justice.

Abstract

The conservation of marine resources is an important issue in maintaining the balance of ecosystems and the sustainability of life on earth. The Qur'an provides clear guidance on human responsibility in protecting nature, including marine resources. This article seeks to reveal the messages contained in the Qur'an related to the ocean. The Qur'an emphasises the importance of maintaining the balance of nature (mizan) and prohibits destruction (fasad) on earth. QS. Al-A'raf [7:56] and QS. Al-Baqarah [2:30] emphasise the role of humans as khalifahs responsible for environmental sustainability. These principles include the protection of marine resources through conservation measures and sustainable management. Therefore, a friendly attitude towards the environment and sustainable utilisation is a shared responsibility. This research was conducted through a literature study using qualitative, descriptive methods, relying on deductive and inductive approaches and then analysed structurally and sociologically ethnographically. These findings underscore that marine resource conservation in Islam is not only an ecological obligation but also a rewarding act of worship. Implementing these principles in everyday policies and practices can help address global environmental challenges and ensure the sustainability of marine resources for future generations. The Qur'anic perspective on marine resource conservation emphasises human responsibility for maintaining the balance of nature and preventing damage. These principles are relevant to be applied in modern conservation efforts to achieve environmental sustainability

Abstract

Abstrak: PERBANDINGAN KASUS MALARIA PRA PANDEMI COVID-19 DENGAN SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS HANURA KABUPATEN PESAWARAN. Malaria adalah penyakit tular vektor yang disebabkan oleh protozoa genus Plasmodium, dan ditularkan oleh nyamuk vektor malaria, terutama spesies Anopheles spp.  Tahun 2020, penyebaran COVID-19 di Indonesia semakin meningkat dan meluas hingga ke daerah endemis malaria, salah satunya Kabupaten Pesawaran, Lampung. Protokol kesehatan COVID-19 diduga menghambat program pemerintah untuk menekan kasus malaria. Perlu dilakukan penelitian efek penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 terhadap kasus malaria dengan membandingkan kasus malaria di wilayah endemis tertinggi di Kabupaten Pesawaran yaitu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hanura pra pandemi dan saat pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui perbandingan kasus malaria pra pandemi dan saat pandemi COVID-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hanura Kabupaten Pesawaran tahun 2019-2020. Jenis penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan design crossectional menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik malaria dan data iklim yaitu suhu suhu, kelembaban udara, dan curah hujan. Populasi penelitian berupa data sekunder kasus malaria tahun 2019 (pra pandemi COVID-19) dan tahun 2020 (saat pandemi COVID) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hanura. Data suhu, kelembaban, dan curah hujan didapatkan dari BMKG Stasiun Klimatologi Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung.Analisis menggunakan paired T-test dan Wilcoxon untuk melihat perbandingan kasus malaria, suhu, kelembaban udara, dan curah hujan  pra pandemi COVID-19 dan pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Kasus malaria pada pra pandemi COVID-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hanura berbeda signifikan (p=0,004) dibandingkan saat pandemi COVID-19. Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada suhu (p=,0,52), kelembapan udara (p=0,172) dan curah hujan (p=0,977) pada pra pandemi COVID-19 dan saat pandemi COVID-19. Deteksi dini dan penatalaksanaan kasus malaria di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hanura dapat dipertahankan dengan mengkombinasikan protokol COVID-19 oleh pemerintah, petugas kesehatan, maupun masyarakat agar kasus malaria tidak kembali meningkat.

Abstract

Pandemik covid-19 mengubah pola aktifitas di semua aspek kehidupan saat ini, Adanya Perda DKI nomor 14 tahun 2020 mengenai himbauan pemda DKI untuk Work from Home (WFH) agar memutuskan rantai covid 19 mengubah semua kegiatan baik aktifitas sekolah, bekerja, berdagang daln lai-lain dilakukan dari rumah dan tentunya menggunakan koneksi internet. Internet Service Provider (ISP) menjadi sangat di butuhkan dalam menunjang aktifitas tersebut, dalam monitoring jaringan user, dibutuhkan bandwith yang stabil agar semua berjalan dengan baik. Analisa terhadap suatu trafik bandwith di butuhkan sebagai salah satu cara untuk Quality of Sevices (QOS). Data mining dengan menggunakan algoritma K-means dan linear regression dapat membantu dalam membuat informasi network quality management untuk klasterisasi bandwith. Hasil dari penulisan ini didapatkan klaster bandwith low yang berada di centroid 35.88 GB, klaster bandwith medium berada di centroid 43.15 GB, dan klaster bandwith high di centroid 55.31 GB dalam 4 bulan terakhir dari oktober 2020 sampai januari 2021 dan juga dilakukan pengujian performance distance clustering menggunakan davies bouldin index didapatkan hasil 0.240 serta prediksi volume trafik trafik bandwith per klaster.

Abstract

This research is about the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Training Information System. Apart from that, the author is trying to carry out an analysis of the design of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) information system. The aim is to carry out tests to reduce problems that exist at the research site, PT employee tools. XYZ for training and GMP tests as well as getting the final results of the GMP tests carried out by employees. The method used in the research is literature study, interviews and observation. The results of this research show that system quality can make it easier to carry out GMP training. So it can be concluded that the resulting value still shows the suitability of the system to be implemented in accordance with the real system.

In addition to the problems above, another problem is because today's society really needs an explanation of the science of how to understand hadith or fiqh al-hadith, so that they do not get lost in a deviant understanding. The results of this study indicate that the methodology of understanding hadith is the science of procedures or methods that are scientific in nature to explore and understand religious teachings in the form of the will or messages of the Prophet Muhammad. precisely, which are contained in the hadiths narrated by him. This methodology of understanding hadith contains many tools, such as methods, interpretation techniques, and various approaches. In addition, the method of understanding hadith can be classified into four models. First, is the Tahlili method (analysis), namely explaining the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad. by explaining all aspects contained in the hadith and explaining the meanings contained therein. Second, is the ijmali method, which is explaining or explaining the hadiths according to the order of the hadith books in a concise manner, but can represent the literal meaning of the hadith in a language that is easy to understand. Third, is the maudu'i method, which is a method of understanding the hadith by collecting the hadith in a particular theme. And the fourth, is the muqa>ran method, which is a method of understanding the hadith by: comparing hadiths that have the same or similar wording in the same case or have different wording in the same case.

Abstract

PT. PLN UP3 Bekasi sebagai penyedia layanan kelistrikan memanfaatkan jaringan internet untuk mendukung berbagai aspek operasional. Namun, perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan kualitas layanan jaringan internet yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala yang sering muncul, seperti koneksi lambat akibat latensi tinggi dan gangguan jaringan yang dapat menghambat produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, tingginya volume data yang harus dikelola melalui jaringan menambah kompleksitas permasalahan yang ada. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan penerapan metode Quality of Service (QoS) sebagai pendekatan untuk menganalisis dan mengukur indeks kualitas layanan jaringan. QoS melibatkan parameter kunci seperti throughput, packet loss, delay, dan jitter yang dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai performa jaringan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Wireshark sebagai tools Network Packet Analyzer yang dapat menampilkan informasi paket pada suatu jaringan. Hasil analisis QOS mendapatkan nilai indeks Throughput 1.8, indeks Packet loss 4, indeks Delay 4, Jitter 3. Total rata-rata indeks 3,2 yang artinya kualitas layanan jaringan masih dalam kategori bagus. Diharapkan, penerapan metode QOS ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas operasional PT. PLN UP3 Bekasi dengan memberikan data akurat mengenai kondisi layanan jaringan internet.
