Abstract

This study explores the influence of perceived quality, brand experience, brand trust and customer satisfaction on brand loyalty in Nike shoe products. Perceived quality is considered an important factor affecting customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The population in this study are customers who have used Nike shoe products. Then the sample used in this study is people in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi areas who have faithfully used Nike shoe products. In this study, data was collected from 120 respondents who met these criteria. Age 17-45 years. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS to test the research model with a sample size of 120 respondents, the sample selected using purposive sampling method. The analysis results show that perceived quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, brand experience has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, brand trust has a positive effect on brand loyalty. this study the majority of respondents were male. Therefore, further research can equalize or make gender comparisons. to increase brand loyalty, Nike products must integrate strategies that improve product quality, improve brand experience, build trust, and ensure customer satisfaction. This will create a positive cycle that supports.

Abstract

The e-commerce industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, supported by a large population, a growing middle class, and increasing internet penetration. In a busy urban society, these services are becoming an essential need. Digital platforms can provide solutions with easy access, transparency, and efficiency for consumers. SwipeWash offers an e-commerce platform for laundry, bag spa, and shoe spa services equipped with superior features. Based on a combination of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Strategies to take advantage of the company's opportunities and strengths include utilizing e-commerce technology and the Internet of Things (IoT) to improve operational efficiency while expanding the market. To overcome weaknesses while taking advantage of existing opportunities, SwipeWash plans to apply for additional funding to improve technology and utilize data analytics. In an effort to realize SwipeWash's vision as a leading, innovative and trusted e-commerce laundry platform, human resource management is one of the key elements. The goals and objectives formulated are aimed at ensuring operational sustainability, supporting company growth, and creating a productive and competitive work environment. Through structured planning, SwipeWash is committed to presenting a solid, competent team that is in line with market needs, both in the short, medium and long term.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa peran rekan kerja dalam mendukung kehidupan kerja terhadap korelasi otonomi kerja, beban kerja, dan kinerja. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 109 karyawan di lembaga keuangan yang berdomisili di bekasi. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEMPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran rekan kerja terbukti memberikan dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan, beban kerja, dan otonomi kerja. Ini menunjukkan bahwa memiliki hubungan sosial yang positif dan lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan tingkat perhatian seseorang, memperjelas tugas, dan secara diam-diam meningkatkan kebiasaan kerja setiap orang. Selain itu, otonomi di tempat kerja berdampak positif pada kinerja. Ini berarti bahwa semakin banyak kebebasan diberikan kepada karyawan dalam menangani tugas-tugas mereka, kualitas pekerjaan yang dihasilkan juga meningkat. Sebaliknya, tingkat beban kerja yang tinggi berdampak negatif pada kebiasaan kerja karyawan, menunjukkan bahwa memiliki banyak pekerjaan atau banyak tekanan dapat mengurangi produktivitas dan efisiensi di tempat kerja.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the human resource capacity of the Bantaragung Majalengka Tourism Village managers through training in creative content and digital marketing campaign strategies. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involved participants through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The activities included training in digital content creation, social media management, and designing digital campaigns based on hands-on practice. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, with an average pre-test score of 58.0 increasing to 80.4 in the post-test, an increase of 38.6%. In addition, participants were able to produce more creative content and began implementing digital marketing strategies independently. The impact of implementation was seen in the increase in the tourism village's social media activity, including the number of posts, user interactions, and follower growth.

Abstract

The rapid growth of mobile banking services requires banks to better understand the factors that shape customer loyalty in an increasingly competitive digital environment. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing customer loyalty in mobile banking services in the Jabodetabek area by considering perceived security, customer convenience, service quality, and perceived value, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 451 mobile banking users and analyzed using SEM-PLS approach. The results indicate that customer convenience, service quality, and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Perceived security does not have a direct effect on customer loyalty, but it has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and mediates the relationship between perceived security, customer convenience, service quality, and customer loyalty. However, customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between perceived value and customer loyalty. This study provides practical implications for banking institutions in developing strategies to enhance mobile banking customer loyalty through improved convenience, service quality, and overall customer experience management. Suggestions for future research include adding several variables, particularly trust, and expanding the scope of the study.
