Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara pengelolaan kursus dengan kemandirian lulusan program flight attendant (pramugari/ra). Populasi lulusan program flight attendant (pramugari/ra) sebanyak 306 orang. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 53 orang. Terdapat dua variabel, yaitu variabel bebas adalah pengelolaan kursus dan variabel terikat yaitu kemandirian lulusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan skala likert. Instrumen penelitian ini diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan rumus pearson product moment. Hasil tabel korelasi product moment yang disajikan menyatakan bahwa r-hitung > r-tabel yaitu 0,426 > 0.266 sehingga menunjukkan bahwa Ha dapat diterima. Pada kolom Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 (?). Dengan hasil hitung rumus persentase kedua variabel diperoleh sebesar 90,62%. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengelolaan kursus dengan kemandirian lulusan program flight attendant (pramugari/ra) di LPP Pratiwi Sky Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini bertujuan guna merangsang anak-anak dan melibatkan mereka dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar guna mengembangkan wawasan dan kompetensi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui apakahterdapat keterkaitan sebab akibat antara gaya komunikasi orang tua dengan perkembangan sosial emosional anak di UPT Pusat Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) PAUD Tunas Cendekia Cerme Kabupaten Gresik. Metodologi kuantitatif termasuk kuesioner dan prosedur pengumpulan data berbasis dokumentasi dipakai dalam penyelidikan ini. Uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan korelasi product moment hanyalah sebagian kecil dari pemeriksaan validitas data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Mengacu pada temuan penelitian, pola asuh dan perkembangan sosial emosional anak di UPT Pusat Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Cerme PAUD Tunas Cendekia mempunyai keterkaitan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the profile of parenting patterns applied by parents and the application of sex education in early childhood. This research is motivated by the rampant sexual crimes against children and the lack of sex education in schools. One of the factors assumed to be the cause is the lack of information for children related to preventive measures and self-defense that can be provided in sex education. Sex education for children is still considered taboo by the community. The method used in this research is descriptivequalitative, involving eight informants from the families of Play Group Eleos Surabaya students. The results in this study show that all informants have a tendency to apply democratic parenting and have views on the importance of sex education for children, but are still limited to the introduction of sex or gender differences. The recommendations given are that parents should seek accurate and appropriate information about various ways and methods of introducing sex education to their children in accordance with their developmental stages.

Abstract

The non-formal educational institution that has recently re-promoted the implementation of the literacy program is the SKB Malang City. However, students pursuing package A have low interest in reading. With this in mind, the researcher wants to examine the implementation of the literacy program as an effort to foster interest in reading for students pursuing package A at SKB Malang City. This study aims to determine the implementation of the literacy program as an effort to foster interest in reading in students pursuing package A, to examine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the literacy program as an effort to foster interest in reading in students pursuing package A. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the literacy program is supported by a). Communication is done internally; b). Resources that support this activity include the involvement of all members of the learning activity studio, the existence of special funds from the BOP, and allocating special time for literacy activities; c). Disposition; d). The bureaucratic structure forms the composition of the literacy task force committee.

Abstract

Asosiasi Pendidikan Nasional mengidentifikasi "4C" sebagai keterampilan abad ke-21, termasuk pemikiran kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Keterampilan kolaborasi menjadi penting dalam pendidikan abad ke-21, terutama dalam konteks Homeschooling Pena Surabaya di kelas robotic dengan pembelajaran project-based learning (PjBL). Faktor-faktor seperti kesulitan tugas dan kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya saling menghargai dalam kerja kelompok mempengaruhi keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara model project-based learning (PjBL) dengan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik di Homeschooling Pena Surabaya. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif korelasional, melibatkan 31 peserta didik, hasilnya menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara PjBL dan keterampilan kolaborasi (r = 0,568, sig = 0,001). Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa project-based learning (PjBL) yang lebih tinggi berkaitan dengan keterampilan kolaborasi yang lebih baik, menggarisbawahi pentingnya model pembelajaran inovatif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role and impact of evaluating human resource management systems in efforts to improve the quality of educational services. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Respondents in this research were managers, tutors and students. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis consists of four stages: collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is confirmed through credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability. Source triangulation and member checks are used to ensure credibility. The results of the research show that PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya has succeeded in improving the quality of educational services by becoming an independent, well-managed and significant non-formal institution, supported by the use of the 2013 curriculum, but faced by student absences as the main obstacle.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the relationship between studio podcast learning activities and the development of speaking skills among learners in the equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. The study employs a sequential explanatory mixed-method approach, collecting both quantitative and qualitative data in two stages, with a primary emphasis on quantitative methods. Data collection techniques include questionnaires/surveys, observations, interviews, and documentation with learners in the equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant relationship between studio podcast learning and the development of speaking skills among learners in the equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School, as evidenced by the calculated correlation coefficient (r) being greater than the tabulated correlation coefficient (0.617 > 0.361) with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, qualitative analysis through interviews with active participants in studio podcast learning demonstrates significant improvements and changes in speaking skills. Learners show progress in facial expression, pronunciation, intonation, and speaking ability through interaction with their learning teams and mentors, despite facing difficulties and showing perseverance in overcoming them through repeated practice.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between learning styles and students' creativity in the field of graphic design in the package A equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. This type of research uses correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students from grades 5 to 6, totaling 30 students in the package A equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires and documentation to obtain data on students' learning styles and creativity. The data used to test the hypothesis is data on the creativity and learning styles of 3D activity group students at PKBM Think Indonesia School. The results of this study indicate that N=30 can be obtained. The result is that there is a significant correlation between learning style and creativity, which is indicated by the correlation coefficient number rxy = 0.604 which is greater than the r table at the 5% significance level = 0.361, which means r counting > r table, namely 0.604 > 0.361. Apart from that, it is known that the significance value increases to 0.000 where the teirseibuit number is less than 0.05 (<0.05), meaning that the hypothesis in this research is that there is a relationship between learning styles through 3D activity group media and students' creativity in the field of designing in the program. equality of package A at PKBM Think Indonesia School.

Abstract

Pendampingan belajar melalui program kegiatan mengajar dianggap efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik anak jalanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program kegiatan mengajar, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambat pendampingan belajar anak jalanan melalui program kegiatan mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data atau kesimpulan. Setelah tahapan tersebut data diuji keabsahannya dengan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendamping memberikan dorongan, nasihat, motivasi, arahan, dan aspek-aspek pribadi lainnya agar terwujudnya motivasi belajar anak jalanan. Faktor pendukung anak jalanan dilihat dari faktor internal (minat, bakat, kesehatan, motivasi, intelegensi), faktor eksternal nya berupa lingkungan sekitar, keluarga, masyarakat. Faktor penghambat belajar dapat dilihat dari kesulitan belajar nya, penguasaan bidang studi yang dipelajari, dan dilihat dari segi penyebab. Adanya pendampingan belajar membuat anak jalanan mengalami kemajuan dan kemauan dalam belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the parenting patterns applied by Workaholic parents to early childhood at PAUD SKB Gudo Jombang, as well as the social emotional conditions of children of these Workaholic parents. The research sample consisted of 10 parents who were very busy working. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: 1) Workaholic Parenting Patterns: The conceptualization of work addiction still varies, with different views regarding whether Workaholics are seen more as addicts or achievers, and whether work addiction is the result of investing high effort alone or a combination of high effort and a fundamental drive to work hard. 2) Social Emotional Condition of Children: Children of Workaholic parents show good self-awareness, responsibility for themselves, and prosocial behavior
