Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mengalami transformasi digital, termasuk dalam industri makanan. Sebagai salah satu UMKM dalam industri kuliner, Toko Nazeera Food masih menggunakan metode pencatatan manual selama proses transaksi. Hal ini menyebabkan berbagai masalah seperti kesalahan pencatatan, duplikat data, dan informasi stok yang tidak terintegrasi. Kondisi ini menghambat pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi penjualan makanan berbasis web yang menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3 yang ringan, cepat, dan mudah digunakan. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat membantu lebih banyak kegiatan operasional toko, seperti mengelola produk, melakukan transaksi, dan membuat laporan penjualan. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak model Waterfall digunakan. Teknik pengumpulan data termasuk observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Perancangan sistem menggunakan konsep MVC dan pemodelan UML, yang termasuk use case, aktivitas, rangkaian, dan diagram kelas. Untuk memastikan kualitas aplikasi, pengujian dilakukan dengan kotak putih dan kotak hitam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi penjualan yang dirancang dengan baik memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan berfungsi dengan baik. Semua fitur, termasuk akses admin, dashboard, pengelolaan produk, keranjang belanja, dan checkout, dilaksanakan dengan baik dan memiliki hasil yang memuaskan. Aplikasi ini membantu digitalisasi operasi UMKM.

Abstract

Inventory management is a crucial aspect in supporting the sustainability and operational efficiency of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of inventory management information systems in Nasi Kebuli MSMEs. A qualitative case study approach was used with data collection through interviews, direct observation, and document analysis to evaluate how the system used supports stock tracking, inventory control, and decision making. The results show that the existing system helps simplify the inventory process and reduce manual errors, but still has limitations in the aspects of integration, real-time data accuracy, and user accessibility. This research emphasizes the importance of adopting more reliable and user-friendly digital solutions to improve operational performance and support business growth. This study contributes to the literature related to the utilization of information systems in MSME environments and offers practical insights for digital transformation in small-scale food businesses.

Abstract

Information system audits are carried out to determine the extent of information system management in the company whether it is in accordance with established procedures and standards or not. Information systems aim to expedite every job. The purpose and objective of this study is to assess and evaluate internal control over information systems that run in a company and correct whether according to predetermined procedures and standards. The method used in collecting information is done by interviewing, observing and distributing questionnaires to system users. The method used is Audit Through the Computer. Then it can be seen the results of the Premium Quality Information (PQI) information system audit at Factory 5 PT. Parkland World Indonesia on the right Information System Audit recommendations through the analysis used are good and sufficient in supporting the achievement of the vision and mission of a company properly and the production of strategic solutions in order to solve the various problems faced. The results of this study found that the system used has not met the needs of the company, there are still obstacles that make the system not used.

Abstract

Today's technological development is developing very rapidly. The cashier information system in restaurants is very important to meet and facilitate the performance of cashiers. Therefore, the author conducted this study, Kedai Santai Cade and Resto Milenial. This study aims to determine what activities and problems occur when making payment transactions and aims to reduce the number of restaurant losses when calculating total customer losses. This study used observational analysis and interviews. The design method used is to use the Prototype Method as a foundation in designing a cashier information system that suits the needs of restaurants in managing payment transactions. The result of conducting this research is to design a web-based cashier information system at casual cafes and millennial restaurants to facilitate cashier performance and reduce losses incurred in the manual payment transaction process. This research can be concluded that technology must be developed. Technology can help process one's performance and activities such as the Cashier Information System which helps the performance of a cashier in making payment transactions with customers.

Abstract

Information system audits are carried out to determine the extent to which information system management in an organization, institution or company complies with established procedures and standards. This research aims to determine the level of capability in using the service information system in the Profaskes application at the Khoirunnisa Ciruas Clinic. The methods used in this research include data collection through interviews, observation and document analysis. This research also uses the COBIT 5.0 framework. The research process begins with problem identification, data collection, initiation, assessment planning, direction, data collection, data validation, process attribute ranking, and reporting results. The aim of this research is to determine the level of capability and provide recommendations to clinics using the COBIT 5.0 process assessment model, which consists of the initiation, assessment planning, data collection, data validation, process attribute levels, and results reporting stages. Then, after the analysis process, the results of the service information system audit on the Profaskes application using the COBIT 5.0 framework, with a focus on the DSS02 domain (managing service requests and incidents) and the DSS05 domain (managing security services), show that the current level of capability is at the level 2. From this research, it can be concluded that the condition of the service information system at the Khoirunnisa Clinic is good but needs further improvement.

Management technology good information​ now become need for all organization , good government nor private , for increase effectiveness And efficiency Work . Serang City Government , via Service Communication And Serang City Informatics , running mission This with optimizing e-government. In effort increase service public , Diskominfo develop application named​ RAGEM ( Religious , Adaptable, Great, Educate, Modern). This audit aim For know results evaluation And give recommendation related lack on system information RAGEM is used with uses a focused COBIT 5 framework in the APO11 (manage quality) domain and DSS02 (manage service requests). For get related audit results system the method used​​ on study This is qualitative with technique interview And observation . Results from system audits information This form capability level assessment as well findings And recommendation related lack on system RAGEM is running . With conducting a system audit information This so is known mark for APO11 domains amounted to 83.33% and DSS02 85.71% of system RAGEM This is at at level 3, which means the process has managed And documented.

Abstract

Information system audit is a testing process to infrastructure technology information for know whether the system is in use and running Can ensure security assets owned.​ Sales information system audits can determine the success of a company. The aim is to find out the audit of the coffee division sales information system at PT. Immanta Buds Gasindo Cilegon-Banten uses the Cobit 5 Framework. Research methods This uses quantitative methods with method combined interviews​ based on COBIT questions, observations done For strengthen results study. This research resulted in the audit process of the coffee division sales information system at PT. Immanta Buds Gasindo Cilegon-Banten already walk well with DSS achieve​ with an average value of 4.05 and a percentage of 81.65%, it can be categorized as Rating L (Large Achieved) where score range >50% to 85 % in part great process has been succeed achieved.

Abstract

Posyandu merupakan salah satu sarana kesehatan masyarakat yang berperan penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan bagi balita dan ibu hamil. Namun, proses pengelolaan data dan pelaporan masih sering menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan akses informasi dan kesalahan dalam pencatatan data. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Posyandu Melati Berbasis Web menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data dan pelaporan. Pada tahap pengembangan, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan sistem dan perancangan arsitektur aplikasi berbasis web. Implementasi sistem menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter sebagai kerangka kerja untuk menghasilkan aplikasi yang lebih cepat, efisien, dan dapat diandalkan. Fitur-fitur yang diusulkan meliputi pencatatan data kesehatan balita dan ibu hamil, jadwal imunisasi, penimbangan, serta laporan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Posyandu Melati Berbasis Web dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan data kesehatan. Pengguna, termasuk petugas posyandu, bidan, dan admin, dapat dengan mudah mengakses dan memanipulasi data secara real-time. Selain itu, sistem ini membantu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan menyediakan informasi kesehatan balita yang lebih akurat dan lengkap. Dalam kesimpulannya, implementasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Posyandu Melati Berbasis Web menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi pengelolaan data dan pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu Melati Desa Melandang. Saran untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut mencakup maksimalisasi penggunaan sistem, pengembangan fitur tambahan, pemeliharaan rutin, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Dengan langkah-langkah tersebut, diharapkan sistem ini dapat berkontribusi lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di posyandu dan mendukung upaya kesehatan masyarakat secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dapat dimanfaatkan oleh sekolah untuk mempermudah proses administrasi, seperti administrasi Pegawai untuk mengelola data-data Pegawai. Pengelolaan data Pegawai harus akurat dan sesuai dengan informasi yang didapatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang website administrasi Pegawai SKh. Negeri 01 Kota Serang, sehingga memudahkan tata usaha dalam mengelola data-data Pegawai. Dalam pengembangan perancangan website administrasi Pegawai ini menggunakan Framework Codeigniter sebagai kerangka kerja pembuatan website dan menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu website administrasi Pegawai yang dapat diakses oleh semua Pegawai untuk mengelola data secara individu. Hasil dari perancangan website administrasi Pegawai yaitu memudahkan staf tata usaha untuk mengelola administrasi Pegawai serta semua Pegawai dapat mengelola data-data secara individu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang aplikasi penjualan berbasis web untuk Abim Bakery Shop, sebuah toko roti lokal yang berusaha meningkatkan efisiensi dan manajemen proses penjualan. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis web, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah transaksi, pengelolaan stok, serta interaksi pelanggan, termasuk pemesanan dan pembayaran online. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan kode, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi penjualan yang ramah pengguna dan mampu mendukung otomatisasi proses bisnis di Abim Bakery Shop. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas operasional serta memperluas jangkauan pasar toko.
