Abstract

The massive spread of hoax news in the digital era has caused various negative impacts, ranging from public misinformation to social unrest. This condition highlights the need for a technological solution capable of automatically and accurately detecting the truthfulness of information. This study aims to develop a web-based application for hoax news detection using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The method involves text preprocessing, feature extraction using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), and classification with SVM. The system is designed with a simple and responsive web interface, allowing users to input news content and receive prediction results easily. Testing was conducted using both white-box and black-box methods to ensure that the system's logic functioned as expected. The results show that the system successfully classifies news into two categories—valid and hoax—with good accuracy. This application is expected to serve as a useful tool for the public in identifying the authenticity of news and preventing the spread of false information across digital platforms.

Abstract

Digital transformation in public services at the village level requires systematic evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of information technology implementation. The research gap is identified from the lack of studies auditing village service information systems using a combination of DSS01 and BAI01 domains of the COBIT 5 framework. This study contributes to filling the gap in the literature by auditing the website-based service information system of Tejamari Village, Serang Regency, using the COBIT 5 framework, focusing on the DSS01 and BAI01 domains. The research methodology adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design using the COBIT 5 Process Assessment Model across seven systematic stages. Data triangulation was conducted through structured observations, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, and comprehensive document analysis. The scope of the study is limited to the two specified COBIT 5 domains, with an evaluation period restricted to one month at a single location. The evaluation results show that both domains are at capability level 1, with DSS01 scoring 46.66% and BAI01 achieving 72.60%. The findings identify critical deficiencies in procedure documentation, operational standardisation, and IT resource management. The system reached level 0 with "Fully Achieved" status but did not meet the 85% threshold required to progress to the next level. The theoretical contribution of this research enriches the literature on information system audits in public services through a domain-specific COBIT 5 approach, while the practical contribution provides a roadmap for improving digital village service quality through recommendations for procedural standardization and resource optimization.

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Simampu information system implementation at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Serang Regency using the COBIT 5 framework. The information system was designed to assist BPBD in disaster data management, reporting, monitoring, and facilitating quick and accurate decision-making. However, the current implementation of Simampu was found to be suboptimal as it is still under development, and several issues were identified, such as system errors, network disruptions, and inadequate data security, hindering effective disaster data processing and reporting. The research utilized a qualitative approach involving direct observations and in-depth interviews with the system management team at BPBD Serang Regency. This study focused on four COBIT 5 domains: BAI01 (Manage Programmes and Projects), DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents), DSS03 (Manage Problems), and DSS05 (Manage Security Services). These domains were selected due to their relevance to BPBD’s operational needs and strategic objectives in disaster management. Findings revealed several weaknesses in the management of the Simampu information system, particularly concerning IT service management processes, incident handling, problem management, and information security services. To address these weaknesses, the researcher provided technical recommendations, including improvements in data security, network infrastructure enhancements, and optimization of data processing procedures.

Abstract

Sanggar Seni Mojang Citra Production adalah penyedia jasa tari dan lengser untuk berbagai acara, namun proses pemesanan masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini menimbulkan kendala dalam pencatatan data, keterlambatan konfirmasi, dan kurangnya efisiensi dalam pelayanan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti merancang sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mendigitalisasi proses pemesanan jasa secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi yang mampu memfasilitasi pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan, serta membantu admin sanggar dalam mengelola data secara terstruktur. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan observasi, analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Framework Laravel digunakan sebagai alat pengembangan, dengan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box untuk memastikan setiap fitur berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil menjalankan fitur utama seperti registrasi pengguna, pemesanan jasa, upload bukti pembayaran, dan verifikasi oleh admin. Sistem dinilai efektif meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi data pemesanan di lingkungan sanggar.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong terjadinya transformasi besar dalam sistem pelayanan publik, termasuk di tingkat kelurahan. Saat ini, Kelurahan Kasunyatan masih menggunakan sistem administrasi manual, yang menyebabkan proses pelayanan menjadi kurang efisien, rawan kesalahan pencatatan, serta membatasi akses informasi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pelayanan administrasi berbasis web guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekataan permodelan dari Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan basis data MySQL, serta dilengkapi berbagai fitur utama seperti pendaftaran akun, pengajuan surat secara online, validasi dokumen, dan notifikasi status permohonan. Hasil rancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, mengurangi risiko kesalahan, serta mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan administrasi secara digital. Diharapkan, penerapan sistem ini dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan publik dan membantu kinerja aparatur kelurahan menjadi lebih optimal.

Abstract

Pendaftaran pasien di klinik berperan penting dalam memberikan kesan baik atau buruk terhadap klinik.Namun, proses pendaftaran pada klinik menghadapi kendala seperti penumpukan antrian karena ketiadaan nomor antrian dan proses pendaftaran dilakukan secara manual dengan laporan pasien menggunakan Excel berdasarkan buku registrasi pasien.Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi untuk pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan yang berkualitas,efektif,dan efisien dimasa depan,serta meningkatkan kinerja klinik. Menerapkan sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan berbasis web pada praktik dokter mandiri.untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan laporan kunjungan pasien rawat jalan pada klinik. Sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di klinik menggunakan PHP,Bootstrap 5,dan MySQL sebagai database.metode analisis yang digunakan PIECES, dan metode pengembangan menggunakan prototipe dengan rancangan UML,seperti use case diagram dan activity diagram. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi web sistem informasi yang mempercepat pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan pada praktik dokter mandiri dan mempermudah pembuatan laporan kunjungan pasien. Kesimpulannya,menggunakan sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan berbasis web ini dapat mempercepat proses pendaftaran dan mempermudah pembuatan laporan pasien

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan barang yang masih dilakukan secara manual pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kota Serang menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, sulitnya pelacakan barang masuk dan keluar, serta keterbatasan dalam penyusunan laporan yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, dengan antarmuka berbasis Bootstrap. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempercepat proses pencatatan barang, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta menyediakan laporan yang lebih efisien dan terdokumentasi secara digital. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses pengelolaan persediaan di Diskominfo Kota Serang menjadi lebih efektif dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

The agricultural sector remains a cornerstone of Indonesia’s economy, yet it faces persistent challenges such as climate change, land degradation, and limited adoption of digital technology among smallholder farmers. One critical issue is the lack of real-time monitoring systems accessible to farmers for tracking essential environmental parameters such as soil moisture and temperature. Traditional manual methods are still widely used, leading to inefficiencies and suboptimal decision-making. This study proposes the development of DigiField, a smart farming monitoring system designed to bridge the technological gap in rural agriculture by leveraging modern web technologies. The system is developed using the React.js framework for the frontend, enabling a dynamic, responsive, and mobile-friendly user interface, and Express.js for the backend to facilitate real-time data processing from sensor devices. The research adopts a technology-based development approach, involving needs analysis from field observations and interviews with local farmers. The DigiField prototype is designed to monitor soil moisture and temperature using sensor data that is transmitted and visualized in real-time through a web interface. The system aims to support data-driven agricultural decision-making and enhance productivity through accessible, low-cost technology. Preliminary testing and user feedback indicate that DigiField is effective in addressing local agricultural monitoring needs, with a user interface that is intuitive for farmers and a backend infrastructure that supports real-time updates. This study contributes to both academic discourse in the field of agricultural informatics and practical efforts to promote digital transformation in Indonesia’s agricultural sector.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mengalami transformasi digital, termasuk dalam industri makanan. Sebagai salah satu UMKM dalam industri kuliner, Toko Nazeera Food masih menggunakan metode pencatatan manual selama proses transaksi. Hal ini menyebabkan berbagai masalah seperti kesalahan pencatatan, duplikat data, dan informasi stok yang tidak terintegrasi. Kondisi ini menghambat pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi penjualan makanan berbasis web yang menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3 yang ringan, cepat, dan mudah digunakan. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat membantu lebih banyak kegiatan operasional toko, seperti mengelola produk, melakukan transaksi, dan membuat laporan penjualan. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak model Waterfall digunakan. Teknik pengumpulan data termasuk observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Perancangan sistem menggunakan konsep MVC dan pemodelan UML, yang termasuk use case, aktivitas, rangkaian, dan diagram kelas. Untuk memastikan kualitas aplikasi, pengujian dilakukan dengan kotak putih dan kotak hitam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi penjualan yang dirancang dengan baik memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan berfungsi dengan baik. Semua fitur, termasuk akses admin, dashboard, pengelolaan produk, keranjang belanja, dan checkout, dilaksanakan dengan baik dan memiliki hasil yang memuaskan. Aplikasi ini membantu digitalisasi operasi UMKM.

Abstract

The limitations of implementing digital learning methods at MA Al-Ittihad Pedaleman Tanara, particularly in the subject of Informatics, have resulted in low access to learning materials and interactions. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based e-learning application using the Flutter framework to enhance the effectiveness, flexibility, and accessibility of the learning process. The development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of five stages: needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The developed application provides key features such as digital learning materials, interactive practice questions, discussion forums, online evaluations, and task reminder notifications. Testing results show that the application runs well, supports interactive and flexible learning activities, and has received positive responses from students and teachers due to its ease of use and suitability to their needs. Thus, this application is expected to become an effective digital learning solution for madrasahs and contribute to promoting digital transformation in Islamic education, especially in areas that have not yet optimally utilized information technology.
