Abstract

One aspect highlighted is the importance of the internet in commerce, particularly e-commerce, which connects sellers and buyers without limitations of time and place. Websites serve as crucial instruments to facilitate the ordering and sales processes, enabling access to information anytime and anywhere, clarifying company operations, and enhancing customer convenience in placing orders. This study aims to analyze the development of the Vivo Store mobile phone sales website and evaluate its effectiveness. The website aims to broaden marketing reach and enhance customer accessibility in placing orders. The research is expected to contribute by optimizing the mobile phone sales process at Vivo Store through a waterfall methodology-designed website. This website aims to simplify purchasing for customers without the need to visit physical stores and assist employees in data management through a database. The results show that the development of the mobile phone sales website at Vivo Store using the waterfall method has been successfully completed. This website allows customers to make purchases online without visiting physical stores and assists employees in managing available units through a database. The development of the mobile phone sales website using the waterfall method is a successful step that benefits Vivo Store in optimizing their e-commerce business. This research provides valuable contributions to infrmation technology and marketing strategies in the current era of online commerce. The analysis used is to study a number of information about sensory perception learning and collect materials related to sensory perception that will be used in this application program. Such as searching and editing images. The aim is to help beginners learn about sensory perception so that it can provide convenience in learning, without having to adjust the time of learning. Then an application program was made to recognize sensory perception. Sensory perception learning through this learning media is a useful media for helping to recognize sensory perception, through sensory perception learning media this makes an interesting and effective thing because it is designed with images, animations, and sounds that support the atmosphere of learning.

Abstract

The manual leave application process at PT. Citra Bonanza Expresspresents several challenges, including inefficiencies and potential errors in leave recording. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based leave application system to address these issues. Utilizing the waterfall methodology, the system development involved requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results demonstrate significant improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. The automated system streamlines the leave application and approval processes, eliminates errors, and provides real-time access to leave information. Comprehensive reporting capabilities enable data-driven decision-making for management. The successful deployment of the system underscores its potential applicability in other organizations with similar challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to design an information system for receiving direct cash assistance funds at the Sepang sub-district office, the sub-district can use this system to make it easier to receive direct cash assistance funds. Researchers use the PHP programming language, assisted by the Laravel Framework, and use MYSQL as a database. For the software development stage, use the saw method. Data collection techniques in research use observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of this research are an application for determining the receipt of direct cash assistance funds in the Sepang sub-district which is expected to make it easier for the sub-district to implement the receipt of direct cash assistance funds.

Abstract

This research aims to design a digital data archiving system at PT Perkebunan Nusantara Regional I Kebun Cisalak Baru. This system was developed to replace the existing manual process, making archive management faster, easier, and more secure. The system was built using PHP Native and MySQL, and tested using the black box method to ensure its functionality runs smoothly. The development results show that the system is able to manage archive data effectively, from input and search to report printing. With this system, administrative processes become more efficient and organized.

Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Pelayanan (SIMAPAN) merupakan aplikasi web yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Cilegon untuk menunjang kegiatan administratif di tingkat kelurahan. Untuk memastikan sistem ini berjalan secara andal dan aman, evaluasi tata kelola TI yang terstruktur menjadi krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas (capability level) tata kelola TI pada aplikasi SIMAPAN menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5, dengan fokus pada proses DSS01 (Manage Operations) dan DSS05 (Manage Security Services). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis untuk menentukan tingkat kapabilitas menggunakan metode penilaian dari COBIT 5 Process Assessment Model (PAM). Hasil assessment menunjukkan bahwa kedua proses, DSS01 dan DSS05, berada pada Level 1 (Performed Process). Temuan utama mencakup inefisiensi operasional berupa menu layanan yang tidak lagi fungsional serta adanya celah keamanan pada sistem autentikasi pengguna yang masih menggunakan satu faktor. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun proses TI telah dilaksanakan untuk mencapai tujuannya, pengelolaannya masih belum sistematis dan belum terstandardisasi. Rekomendasi perbaikan diajukan untuk meningkatkan maturitas proses dan keamanan sistem.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi (TI) yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki sistem layanan teknis yang efektif dalam mendukung operasional bisnis. PT. Praweda Sarana Informatika Cilegon sebagai penyedia solusi TI mengandalkan sistem ticketing helpdesk untuk menangani insiden, permintaan layanan, serta menjaga kualitas layanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan tata kelola sistem ticketing helpdesk menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan fokus pada domain DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents), DSS03 (Manage Problems), APO04 (Manage Innovation), dan BAI08 (Manage Knowledge). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil audit menunjukkan rata-rata capability level berada pada Level 2 (Managed Process), mengindikasikan bahwa proses telah dikelola tetapi belum sepenuhnya terdokumentasi dan di standarisasi sesuai praktik terbaik COBIT 5. Domain APO04 dan BAI08 berada pada Level 0, menandakan perlunya perbaikan signifikan pada manajemen inovasi dan pengetahuan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis berupa integrasi SLA (Service Level Agreement), penerapan modul analisis akar masalah, pembangunan roadmap inovasi, serta implementasi knowledge base terintegrasi. Penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat praktis bagi peningkatan efektivitas layanan helpdesk PT. Praweda Sarana Informatika Cilegon, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur akademik sebagai acuan audit sistem informasi berbasis COBIT 5 di sektor TI perusahaan swasta.

Abstract

Penulis menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung serta melakukan wawancara dengan petugas notaris yang mengelola aplikasi AHU. Di samping itu, dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengadopsi kerangka kerja COBIT 5 yang sudah tersedia, khususnya pada domain DSS01 dan MEA03. Ditemukan bahwa aplikasi web AHU memiliki beberapa kekurangan yang masih memerlukan perbaikan, seperti terbatasnya integrasi dengan sistem dari instansi lain, ketergantungan pada jaringan internet stabil, serta kendala saat terjadi antrian tinggi atau beban akses yang melonjak secara tiba-tiba. Dari hasil temuan tersebut peneliti menyarankan PT SLI untuk perlu dilakukan peningkatan melalui pengembangan API terbuka, penyediaan koneksi internet cadangan, optimalisasi performa aplikasi, serta penerapan infrastruktur yang mendukung penskalaan otomatis.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Rezeki adalah kurangnya produktifitas, sehingga organisasi belum dapat memberikan kontribusi banyak kepada para anggota kelompok untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga mereka. Selain itu, belum adanya administrasi dan pembukuan yang rapi baik dari aspek keuangan maupun inventarisasi barang. Masalah lainnya yakni manajemen organisasi yang belum tertib sehingga anggota belum mengetahui secara pasti tugas dan tanggungjawabnya. Tujuan pelaksanaan KKM Kelompok 40 dalam bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk mendorong ketertiban organisasi Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Rezeki dari segi manajemen dan organisasi. Dengan menjadikan KWT Sri Rezeki sebagai subjek pelaksana, maka pendampingan secara partisipatif dilakukan. Sesuai dengan jenis masalah yang dihadapi organisasi, pendampingan difokuskan pada tiga bidang: administrasi keuangan, administrasi inventarisasi barang, dan manajemen organisasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah: (1) Pelatihan administrasi dan manajemen organisasi; (2) Pendampingan administrasi keuangan; (3) Pendampingan administrasi inventarisasi barang; dan (4) Pendampingan manajemen organisasi. Melalui pendampingan ini, anggota KWT Sri Rezeki telah memperoleh pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan keterampilan dalam membuat administrasi dan mengelola organisasi. Mereka memiliki program kerja untuk tiga tahun ke depan mulai dari penanaman, perawatan, pemanenan dan penjualan yang terdokumentasi dengan baik

Abstract

Sawarna Beach, located in Lebak Regency, Banten Province, is a popular tourist destination. However, limited information and poor accessibility remain challenges for potential visitors. Many rely solely on general mapping services, which may not reflect the most efficient routes. This study aims to simulate the Breadth First Search (BFS) algorithm to determine the shortest travel route to Sawarna Beach. The BFS algorithm, effective for unweighted graphs, explores all vertices level by level. A simulation-based quantitative method was employed, and the system was implemented using PHP. The results reveal multiple alternative routes that could serve as references for travelers unfamiliar with the area. While shortest routes were identified, travelers are advised to consider additional factors such as traffic, road conditions, and available facilities.

Abstract

The development of information technology demands digital transformation in business management, including the heavy equipment rental sector. CV Amelia Putri, which still uses a manual recording system, faces various operational obstacles such as data errors, administrative inefficiencies, and slow customer service. This research aims to design a web-based heavy equipment rental information system using the CodeIgniter framework to overcome these problems. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis and waterfall development method. The system is designed with Model-View-Controller architecture integrated with MySQL database and XAMPP supporting technology. The results showed that the system succeeded in increasing operational efficiency by 80% and data accuracy reached 95%. The main features include user registration, tool search, online ordering, admin verification, payment management, and automated reporting. Black Box Testing proves that all modules function optimally with a high level of user satisfaction. The implementation of this digital system not only reduces recording errors and speeds up administrative processes, but also significantly improves operational transparency and customer service quality.
