Abstract

Background:. Scabies is a skin disease caused by mitesSarcotes scabieivariantHominis.Transmission occurs due to personal hygiene habits consisting of bath, ablution habits, usage habits and customs dressed toiletries, sanitary environment and contact history. these conditions are found within the traditional boarding school.Methods: This case-control study carried out at mukim sntri in Pondok Pesantren Al Itqon, apopulation of as many as 66 cases of scabies and control santriyang experience sebnyak 66 healthy students. Dileti risk factors are personal hygiene habits consisting of bath, ablution habits, usage habits and customs dressed toiletries, sanitary environment and history of contact Results: personal hygiene comprising, bath appliance usage habits and customs of dressassociated with the incidence of scabies (respectively p 0.005, 0.000, 0.008) bathing habits, customs and history ablution berhubungna not contact with the incidence of scabies (respectively p 0.222, 0.379, 0.080).Conclusion: personal hygiene, which consists of the use of a custom shower and dress habitsare risk factors for the incidence of scabies with OR (2.934. 6,500. 2,734).

Abstract

This paper is about Law No. 21 of 2008 about Islamic banking as social engineering through: Verse (1) On Religious Courts as a dispute resolution of Islamic economics, Law becomes a tool to change the society. Before the emergence of that Law, the parties resolve the dispute with Islamic banks through other institutions. With that role, the Religious Courts are located as social engineering as "agents of change". It means that function of Law is run by Religious Courts. Verse (2), this rule aims to solve the disputes through kinships way and lose emotional as result of problems that occured. Verse (3), creating the society and sharia financial institution, which have disputes or solve it, make sharia the only law used.

Abstract

Abstract- Electrical protection systems in Landak Regent office is inadequate and not well integrated. The analysis shows that external protection of Landak Regent office consisting of a single lightning rod installed on the building, has not been able to protect whole of the office building. Landak Regent office building length is 161,50 meters, while the calculation of lightning protection radius obtained by 73,46 meters. The results shows that there is part of Regent office building that have not been protected by the lightning rod or outside the cone incline of 7,29 meters on the left side and 7,29 meters on the right side, so we need to add another electrostatic lightning rod by changing the electrostatic lightning rod installation position on the edge of the left side and the right side of the building or increase the height of the lightning rod. Lightning rod conductor installed on Landak Regent office was meet the standart of PUIL Indonesia published in the year 2000 and meet the standard of PUIPP Indonesia which using BC 50 copper wire without insulation. The grounding resistance value is 7,8 ?, so that can be declared not good. Solution for a small grounding resistance value is by increasing the depth of the earth electrode, increasing the number of electrodes and parallelize those electrode implanted. Internal protection in the form of overvoltage protection on the computer network (LAN) LPSE room currently not ideal, because the protection which installed only using UPS. To improve the reliability of lightning protection at computer network (LAN) LPSE room, overvoltage arresters should be installed in the line before it goes into the equipment. Abstract

Conventional economy is different from Islamic economy. The former is based on thebehavior of economic units that is not tied to certain Sharia norms. On the contrary, the latterasserts that individual behavior is limited to Sharia rules. In practice, conventional economy onlypays attentions to changes taking place in economic variables. In contrast, not only does Islamiceconomy focuses on the changes, it also avoids what Sharia forbids. The behavior of Islamiceconomy actors is based on the theory of Islamic economy (consisting of such concepts as tauhid,adl, nubuwah, khilafah dan maad), and its principles: ownership, freedom and social justice. In prac-ticing these, the actors of Islamic economy are guided by ethics. Rules like these are not to befound in conventional economy, in which rentseeking can distort economic pratices which maylead to business failures and economic unstability.

Abstract

Abstract: Poverty is a multidimensional problem that can be caused by several reasons, generally causedby economic problems. From the survey results of BPS South Kalimantan per September 2014 wasrecorded that poverty in South Kalimantan Province is 4.68% (62.509 people) of South Kalimantanpopulation, 3.790.071 people. From these, especially the poor in the city of Banjarmasin recorded 28.59million people (11.66%). In addition to government programs to reduce poverty, one of the solutionsthat can be utilized in the perspective of Islam is zakat leverage, particularly productive zakat. Tomove this productive charity needs to be synergy and synchronization of the various parties, in this caseare: the Government, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), and theOrganization of the Islamic Religious including more specific ie BAZNAS. With the synergy and syn-chronization of the various parties, it is certain the collection and distribution of zakat, especiallyproductive zakat, would be more efficient and effective to support the prevention and alleviation ofpoverty and to achieve welfare for the people.

Abstract

The lung is one of the organs in the respiratory system that serves as a place to exchange oxygen with carbon dioxide in the blood. Disturbance the lung causes the patient difficult breathing, difficult to activity, lack of oxygen in fact if not quickly detected can cause death. To determine the symptoms of a patient's illness is generally carried out laboratory tests, where these tests are quite expensive and sometimes cause injuries and the result was sometimes long to be known x-ray images, this causes many people who indicated suffering from lung disease. The previous method capable of performing image segmentation ct scan lung difficult or not clarified to determination of edge detection and it still takes a long time for processing on ct scan lung image. Therefore, in this study to implement segmentation on ct scan lung image by using edge detection sobel and Distance Regularized Level Set Evolution Method to accelerate the segmentation of medical images. This method is capable of performing image segmentation ct scan lung with average an accuracy of 95.08% and average the Area Under the Curve (AUC) on relaive operating characteristic curve (ROC) amounted to 90.66%

Abstract

One aspect of the first high school quality indicator is the level of acceptance of students in senior high schools or public vocational schools. Some junior high school students' data were analyzed to determine the level of acceptance of students in senior high schools or state vocational high schools. The process of analyzing student data using data mining techniques. The purpose of this research is to know the application of naïve bayes classification on the average value of report cards and the value of national examination on the acceptance level of students in high school or public vocational school using the result of classification model that formed. In this study the data used is the new student data force 2016 Vocational High School AL-AMIEN Wonorejo. Data mining process is assisted by WEKA software using naïve bayes classification and 10-fold cross validation. Furthermore the naïve bayes classification model is used to process prediction data. The results of the testing of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in predicting the acceptance of new students at the AL-AMIEN Wonorejo Vocational High School in 196 data of the students tested in this study, showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm has an accuracy rate of 86.22%.

Abstract

Students (learners) are children or adolescents who get science education, guidance, and direction so as to get changes, developments in shaping a personality, as well as a structural education in the teaching process. In Permendikbud No. 5 of 2015 article 4 also explained the value of report cards must be 50% to 70% and the value of UN weighted between 30%. So in this research will do classification of advanced study of madrasah students by using algorithm C4.5 which has the highest level of accuracy, but in this research will be conducted optimization of assessment using genetic algorithm to mendaptkan better result. The process within the genetic algorithm is used to obtain an optimal solution of rapid value for complex problems in determining the value of subjects for five semesters. In experiments on the Decision Tree (C4.5) and Decision Tree algorithms coupled with optimizations using Genetic Algorithm (GA). From both tests it can be seen that Decision Tree (C4.5) research resulted Accuracy 79,43%, while Decision Tree (C4.5) with Genetic Algorithm (GA) as feature selection resulted Accuracy 81,43%.

Abstract

In the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1995 / Menkes / SK / XII / 2010 dated December 30, 2010 and the World Health Organization- National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS-WHO), it is clear how standardization child nutrition is a very urgent matter. Because to know the nutritional intake of children that must be met when the condition of the child in a state of malnutrition or if the child nutrition. In this case, the child nutrition will affect brain development; adequate nutrition will be able to add to the absorption of the brain which will give the maximum intelligence, which corresponds to the opening 45 that is to educate intelligence UDD Nations children, which will be the focus point of this research. Abstract

Hemifacial spasm (HFS) is a movement disorder of the seventh cranial nerve which is characterised by either brief or persistent intermittent twitching of the muscle innervated by the facial nerve. Although HFS is a benign disease, it can lead to increasing embarassment dan social withdrawl. There are several treatment for HFS, such as pharmacotherapy, botulinum toxin therapy, and microvascular decompression (MVD). MVD has been established as a first-line surgical treatment for patient with HFS and has been reported to provide relief from spasm in over 90% of cases. In this case, Female 47 years old, presenting with persistent intermittent twitching of his left facial muscle which getting worse for several years. Brain MRI showed compression of N.VII sinistra with left Anterior Inferior Cerebellar artery. Patient got consulted to neurosurgeon for DMV treatment, after she didn’t show any improvement with pharmacotherapy. After surgical, patient showed improvement in symptoms, follow up after 3 months is needed for evaluating prognosis of the patient.
