Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop Mystequest learning media that meets the criteria for feasibility, practicality and effectiveness in science and science learning in order to improve student learning outcomes on Metamorphosis of Living Creatures material in class III at SDN No. 62 Kota Timur. This research is a research method (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development research model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, Implement, and Evaluate. Based on validation results from experts and users, Mystequest media obtained an average score of 96.25%, which is considered very suitable for use by teachers and students in elementary schools. To test practicality, researchers used teacher observation sheets, which showed a total score of 47 out of a maximum score of 48, thus reaching an average of 97.91% which is considered very practical. In the aspect of effectiveness, the application of media in class III of SDN No. 62 Kota Timur was measured through pretest and posttest. As a result, the total pretest score was 31.88 which increased to 81.88 in the posttest. The N-Gain calculation shows a score of 0.72, which is in the “medium” category. In conclusion, Mystequest media effectively improves student learning outcomes and is suitable for use in elementary schools.

Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini, Apakah dengan model pembelajaran talking stick berbantuan media papan pecahan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pecahan kelas V di SDN 1 Limboto. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melalui Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick Berbantuan Media papan pecahan pada materi pecahan Di Kelas V SDN 1 Limboto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diantaranya tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada saat observasi awal kemampuan yang diperoleh siswa masih sangat rendah yakni hanya 13 orang siswa atau 62% yang mendapat ketuntasan belajar. Pada pelaksanaan penelitian Siklus I terjadi peningkatan yakni berjumlah 15 orang siswa atau 71%. Hal ini belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan klasikal yang telah ditetapkan yakni 80%, sehingga penelitian akan dilanjutkan pada siklus selanjutnya yakni Siklus II. Pada Siklus II terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa berjumlah 20 orang siswa atau 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Talking Stick berbantuan media papan pecahan secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SDN 1 Limboto.

Abstract

Urgensi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu minimnya media ajar dan variasi model pembelajaran berdampak pada rendahnya pemahaman dan minat siswa terhadap materi zat tunggal dan campuran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Model Project Based Learning Berbantuan Media Sederhana Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa IPA Di Kelas V SDN 3 Kabila Bone. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penggunaan metode pre-experimental design dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah model project based learning berbantuan media sederhana dan variable terikat adalah hasil belajar siswa. pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan uji paired sampel t-test. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan menunjukan nilai thitung = -12 ≥ ttabel 1,782 dengan kriteria apabila nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak atau dapat dilihat berdasarkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05 dengan kriteria apabila nilai sig lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan kedua kriteria diatas dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti terdapat Pengaruh Model Project Based Learning berbantuan media sederhana terhadap hasil belajar siswa IPA di kelas V SDN 3 kabila bone.

Abstract

Empowering coastal communities through the use of eggshell waste as organic fertiliser is the development and application of innovations and technologies that are directly useful to the community to improve the quality of life and community independence. The features of the use of eggshell waste as organic fertiliser include producing new environmentally friendly natural composite materials and supporting the idea of utilising eggshell waste into products that have high economic and technological value. The business of using eggshell waste as raw material for making organic fertiliser changes the form of the primary product into a new product. The purpose of this activity is that it is hoped that the community, especially those who work as farmers, can make organic fertiliser independently whose use is more economical and environmentally friendly.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance creativity, logic, and student interest in learning at SDN 11 Kota Barat, Gorontalo, through the implementation of gamification in geometry and measurement lessons. Conventional, monotonous teaching methods often result in low student motivation and difficulty in understanding the material, especially in geometry and measurement. Therefore, gamification was chosen as a solution to boost motivation and make learning more engaging and effective. The methods used include teacher training on gamification, development of media based on educational games, and direct implementation in the classroom. Students were involved in games that integrate the concepts of geometry and measurement to enhance their understanding interactively. Evaluations show that the application of gamification successfully increased student interest in learning, strengthened their understanding of the material, and encouraged greater student participation. Additionally, gamification also stimulated creativity and logical thinking in students when solving challenges related to the material. The results of this activity indicate that gamification not only increases student interest and involvement but also improves their understanding of difficult concepts. This activity provides a positive contribution to creating more interactive and enjoyable learning environments and can be applied to improve the quality of education in elementary schools. Abstract

Strengthening character at the elementary school (SD) level has a very important role in forming moral and ethical foundations for students. One approach that can be used to strengthen student character is through a habituation program. This research aims to determine the effect of the habituation program on strengthening the character of students at SDN No. 67 East City Gorontalo City. The type of research used is quantitative research with a non-experimental (correlational) research design. The population in this study were all students in grades I-VI of SDN No. 67 East City of Gorontalo, namely 140 people. The sample in this study were students of class IV-VI of SDN No. 67 East City, totaling 62 people. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the habituation program on strengthening the character of students at SDN No. 67 East City, Gorontalo City, meaning that the better the way the program is managed and implemented, the greater the influence it will have on strengthening character. The influence of the habituation program on strengthening students' character reached 38.8%, the remaining 61.2% was influenced by other factors.

Intan Nuraini Suti, 2025. Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Geniuscard Berbasis Model Problem Based Learning Pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS Materi Jenis-Jenis Gaya di Kelas IV SDN 9 Kabila. Skripsi, Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dengan pembimbing I Prof. Dr. Abdul Haris PanaI, S.Pd., M.Pd., MCE dan pembimbing II Rifda Mardian Arif, S.Pd., M.Pd., MCE. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan media pembelajaran Geniuscard yang layak, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPAS materi jenis-jenis gaya di kelas IV SDN 9 Kabila. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangan media pembelajaran Geniuscard yang layak, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPAS materi jenis-jenis gaya di kelas IV SDN 9 Kabila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan ADDIE yaitu, analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Untuk menguji kelayakan media Geniuscard dilakukan validasi kepada tim ahli. Berdasarkan validasi oleh para ahli dan pengguna, media Geniuscard memperoleh hasil rekapitulasi nilai rata-rata presentase 95,4% dan dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan oleh guru dan siswa di sekolah dasar. Dalam uji kepraktisan media Geniuscard, peneliti menggunakan instrument lembar observasi guru dengan presentase kepraktisan penggunaan media Geniuscard dalam pembelajaran mencapai 97,5%, yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat praktis. Dalam keefektifan media Geniuscard pada saat penerapan media di kelas IV SDN 9 Kabila, guru membagikan soal pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur keefektifan media. Total nilai pretest adalah 720, sedangkan total nilai posttest mencapai 1454. Perhitungan N-Gain menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,67 yang termasuk dalam ketegori “Sedang”. Dengan hasil rekapitulasi ini maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa media Geniuscard sangat efektif digunakan di sekolah dasar.

Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah “Apakah terdapat pengaruh model PBL berbantuan media crossword puzzle terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS?” Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah “untuk mendeskripsikan adanya pengaruh model PBL berbantuan media crossword puzzle terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS materi magnet kelas V SDN 9 Limboto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre experimental design dengan rancangan One-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V, sampel yaitu 20 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 53 sedangkan post-test sebesar 81. Jika dibandingkan nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test maka nilai rata-rata post test lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata pre-test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis thitung = 5.176 > ttabel = 1.729. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model PBL berbantuan media crossword puzzle terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS materi magnet kelas V SDN 9 Limboto.

Abstract

Quality education requires innovative approaches to enhance student motivation, particularly in challenging subjects like spatial geometry. One technology that can support this is Augmented Reality (AR), which allows students to interact directly with three-dimensional objects. This study aims to examine the effect of an AR-based encyclopedia media on student motivation in elementary school learning. The research adopts a Pre-experimental design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach, involving 13 fifth-grade students from SDN 20 Pulubala, Gorontalo, as the sample. Data were collected through motivation questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the use of AR media significantly improves student motivation. Prior to the intervention, most students showed low to moderate motivation, but after using AR, the majority demonstrated increased motivation, reaching very high and high levels. A paired sample t-test revealed a significant difference in motivation before and after the intervention (p ≤ 0.05). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of AR-based encyclopedia media is effective in enhancing student motivation, positively impacting their understanding of spatial geometry. This study also contributes to the development of technology-based educational curricula to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is an integral part of the curriculum in several schools, including SD Laboratorium UNG, Gorontalo City. One of the subjects taught using a differentiated approach at SD Laboratorium UNG, Gorontalo City is Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in grade 4. Based on this, the researcher intends to analyze the implementation of differentiated learning in the subject of IPAS at SD Laboratorium UNG, Gorontalo City. This study focuses on the description of differentiated learning in the subject of IPAS for grade 4 at SD Laboratorium UNG, Gorontalo City. The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that in the aspect of learning planning, a percentage of 70% was obtained (Good category), which indicates the need for improvement in designing learning strategies that are in accordance with student needs. Solutions that can be applied include teacher training and the provision of teaching materials that support differentiation. Meanwhile, the aspect of learning implementation obtained a percentage of 82.2% (Very Good category), indicating that the implementation has been running effectively. However, to be more optimal and sustainable, implementation needs to supported by more mature and systematic planning. ABSTRAKPembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan bagian integral dari kurikulum dibeberapa sekolah, termasuk di SD Laboratorium UNG Kota Gorontalo. Salah satu mata pelajaran yang diampu menggunakan pendekatan berdiferensiasi di SD Laboratorium UNG Kota Gorontalo adalah Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) pada kelas 4. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bermaksud untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS di SD Laboratorium UNG Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini berfokus pada deskripsi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas 4 di SD Laboratorium UNG Kota Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran diperoleh persentase sebesar 70% (kategori Baik), yang mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Solusi yang dapat diterapkan antara lain pelatihan guru dan penyediaan perangkat ajar yang mendukung diferensiasi. Sementara itu, aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh persentase sebesar 82,2% (kategori Sangat Baik), menandakan pelaksanaan sudah berjalan efektif. Namun, agar lebih optimal dan berkesinambungan, pelaksanaan perlu didukung oleh perencanaan yang lebih matang dan sistematis.
