Abstract

Pengecoran merupakan proses utama pada proses manufaktur. Guru-guru SMK Negeri 1 Binangun belum mampu membuat pola untuk proses pengecoran. Kesenjangan ini perlu dijembatani dengan memberdayakan guru-guru melalui program pelatihan membuat pola memanfaatkan 3D printing dengan tahapan mendesain pola menggunakan CAD, mencetak pola menggunakan 3D printer, merkait pola, finishing pola, membuat cetakan pasir, dan melebur dan menuangkan logam cair. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 21 orang guru telah berdaya membuat pola untuk SC dengan menggunakan 3D printer dan menghasilkan produk dengan metode pengcoran. Hasil analisis deskriptif terhadap angket evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program PkM dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dalam membuat pola menggunakan 3D printer dengan skor persepsi 88,74% dan program PkM dinilai tepat dalam memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan dengan skor persepsi 91,84%. Dengan demikian guru-guru telah siap mentransfer ketrampilan membuat pola menggunakan 3D pronter kepada siswa-siswanya.

Abstract

The attendance system aims to make it easier for employees to attend the office and this system uses Visual Basic software. The problem with why you have to use this system is because employee attendance still uses manual methods so it cannot be effective and efficient at work. The advantage that can be obtained by using this system is that it can make it easier for employees to be absent from the office by using computer facilities using barcodes. The benefits provided to the company are to simplify and speed up the work of employees so that they can increase employee discipline at the PT company. Priority

Abstract

Fires and explosions in industrial environments pose major risks to personnel, assets, and the environment. Lean thinking, traditionally used to improve operational efficiency by eliminating waste, has increasingly been applied to safety management. This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of 50 peer-reviewed articles to synthesise current evidence on how lean principles support fire and explosion hazard prevention in industrial settings. The review followed a structured search and selection process based on PRISMA guidelines using major scientific databases. The synthesis indicates that lean contributes to safety improvement through three main mechanisms: (1) enhancing workplace organisation and process visibility, which reduces hazard accumulation; (2) supporting early identification of risk sources through structured process analysis; and (3) strengthening continuous improvement cultures that sustain safety practices. Rather than acting as standalone solutions, lean approaches are most effective when integrated with formal safety and risk assessment methods such as HAZOP and Six Sigma. This review consolidates dispersed knowledge on lean–safety applications and identifies current research trends and gaps. The findings highlight lean as a complementary strategy for systematic hazard prevention while maintaining operational performance. Future research directions include quantitative validation and integration with digital monitoring technologies.

Abstract

This study analyzes a fatal fire incident at the six-story Terra Drone building in Jakarta, Indonesia, which resulted in 22 deaths due to toxic smoke inhalation. An instrumental case study, combined with root cause analysis, was employed, supported by international literature and a national regulatory review. The investigation found that the fire was triggered by the fall of a 30,000 mAh lithium polymer (LiPo) battery from a storage pile on the ground floor, initiating a thermal runaway event. The analysis identified six systemic safety management failures: absence of standard operating procedures for hazardous battery storage, lack of an occupational health and safety officer, inadequate safety training, absence of a designated storage facility, lack of fire protection systems (smoke detectors, alarms, and appropriate suppression media), and inadequate evacuation routes. The rapid release of toxic gases during Li-ion battery thermal runaway, combined with improper storage in a main evacuation path and the absence of passive and active fire protection, created a fatal scenario. The study recommends stronger regulatory enforcement, adoption of NFPA 855, multi-layer fire detection and suppression systems, and improved safety culture through training and routine audits.

Abstract

This research aims to to analyse the workload using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to produce the optimal number of human resources. The post-pandemic economic recovery has led to increased productivity in various sectors, including PT Mada Wikri Tunggal which has experienced an increase in sales in the last three years. However, this increase in sales is inversely proportional to the number of human resources in the office sector of the company. Excessive or too minimal workload will cause inefficiency in the productivity of a company. The amount of workload that is too heavy indicates that the amount of workforce available is not balanced with the workload given, so it can cause physical and mental fatigue which results in a decrease in productivity. The data analysis method used in this research is the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method. FTE can be assumed as a measure of the time required for the workforce to completely carry out work activities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of e-Procurement efficiency, regulatory compliance, and supervision on transportation subcontractor performance, as well as to examine the mediating role of transportation subcontract governance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) to test both direct and indirect relationships among variables. Data were collected through a census survey of 120 respondents from hub offices directly involved in managing and supervising transportation subcontractors. The results indicate that e-Procurement efficiency and supervision have a positive and significant effect on transportation subcontractor performance, while regulatory compliance does not have a direct effect on performance. However, regulatory compliance (β=0.512, p<0.001) and supervision (β=0.343, p<0.001) significantly influence transportation subcontract governance, which in turn positively and significantly affects subcontractor performance (β=0.320, p=0.002). Furthermore, subcontract governance mediates the effects of regulatory compliance (β=0.164, p=0.009) and supervision (β=0.110, p=0.013) on performance, but does not mediate the effect of e-Procurement efficiency. These findings suggest that strong governance mechanisms are critical in translating regulatory and supervisory efforts into improved subcontractor performance.
