Printed shirt vendors in Kudus have always produces the same Menara Kudus Mosque, a religious tourist attraction, graphics such that they were no longer appealing and able to boost their sales. They were not able to deliver designs that are fashionable, visually communicative, and novel given their lack of knowledge and skill of contemporary and creative designs. The casework, as discussed in this paper, served to enable and fortify printed shirt graphic designing skills, particularly to produce designs that are fashionable. This program was conducted at the Fastriver store or production house in Kudus and was intended for vendors of screen-printed shirts in Kudus with the main partners being Fastriver and Passive Clothing. Of the vendors, there were 12 individuals that participated in the program. Owners, designers, and workers of the local vendors were involved so as to synergistically generate and develop creative ideas. The implementing team consisted of three UNNES art lecturers assisted by three students and one community service staff. The team coordinated with the Kudus Regency Culture and Tourism Office, Fastriver, Passive Clothing, LP2M UNNES, as well as design experts to ensure the activity could take place effectively. The program took form as a design workshop, which delivered a theoretical introduction to design and practical design activities. The workshop was carried out 3 times totaling to approximately 8 hours. The first workshop explicated the meaning, function, history, visual elements, design principles, methodology, and typology of contemporary shirt designs. Workshops 2 and 3 were focused on shirt designing practical accompanied by internal and external critical evaluations of what had been put into practice. The program provided an understanding of design concepts as well as intense and guided exploratory experiences in utilizing local idioms and presenting them in a manner that is contemporary. Out of the program, the participants were able to increase their sense and creativity in designing shirts, producing 20 designs on paper (2-dimensional prototypes) and 2 ready-made shirts (3-dimensional prototypes). Abstract

The background that drives this research is the low learning achievement of students from Broken Home families. This is due to family conditions that do not support the process of student growth and development, causing children to show irresponsible behavior such as skipping class, smoking, pessimistic about the future, withdrawing from the social environment and even participating in brawls. This study aims to determine how effective client-centered group counseling is in developing the learning achievement of students who are victims of Broken Home. The research method used in this study is quantitative with the type of research true experimental design, with a control group design pre-test post-test model. In this study, the experiment process is divided into three stages, namely experiment preparation, experiment implementation, and the end of the experiment. Abstract

This study aims to examine the learning activities of introducing the art of puppetry to grade IV students of MI Al-Islam Kepundung through the activity of making and coloring puppets. The learning activity was carried out to increase students' understanding of traditional cultural arts, especially puppetry as Indonesia's cultural heritage. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of the study are IV students and teachers. This research highlights the learning process and the work of students. Data was obtained through observation, brief interviews, documentation, and then processed through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions to describe the course of learning and student creativity. With the stages, the teacher gave an introduction to the puppet character of the Pandawa Lima, and gave an explanation of the cultural values it contains. The results of the study show two learning processes, namely cultural introduction through stories and interactive dialogues, and the realization of students' creativity through real works. The teacher introduced the Pandawa Lima puppet shop and explained the cultural values it contains, then the activity continued with students starting to design puppet sketches according to their own imaginations, then coloring them freely. These two processes complement each other in producing a meaningful and immersive learning experience. The result of children's works is a unique, colorful, imaginative, symbolic, and entertaining creative way. In conclusion, the approach of introducing puppet art through making and coloring activities has proven to be effective in increasing creativity, understanding, and fostering students' love for local culture. This approach can be used as an alternative learning strategy in efforts to preserve traditional arts in elementary schools.

Abstract

Bullying in academic settings, particularly in college, has developed into a serious problem that impacts students' physical, psychological, emotional, and academic health. This phenomenon comes in various forms, ranging from physical, verbal, social, to cyberbullying, which often leaves long-term trauma. Victims often do not receive adequate support and experience prolonged psychological distress. To address these challenges, resilience is an important aspect that allows victims not only to survive, but also to recover and develop through psychological, social, and self-recovery strategies through the creation of surreal-style digital illustration works. The creation process includes three stages, namely pre-creation, creation, and post-creation, using iPad Pro, Apple Pencil, and the Procreate app, and referring to the principles of fine art and symbolism theory. The piece "Trapped in a Nightmare" represents the state of being trapped in psychological distress, while "The Bloom After Shadows" symbolizes perseverance, growth, and inner peace through the representation of clocks, snails, and white lilies. Overall, this work contributes to the fields of digital art, psychology, and art education by showing that surrealist illustration can serve as a tool of unconscious representation and a medium of resilience. The limitations of the study lie in its personal nature and have not involved direct victim participation. For further research, it is recommended to involve respondents of bullying victims and conduct comparative studies with other art approaches.

Abstract

Fires and explosions in industrial environments pose major risks to personnel, assets, and the environment. Lean thinking, traditionally used to improve operational efficiency by eliminating waste, has increasingly been applied to safety management. This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of 50 peer-reviewed articles to synthesise current evidence on how lean principles support fire and explosion hazard prevention in industrial settings. The review followed a structured search and selection process based on PRISMA guidelines using major scientific databases. The synthesis indicates that lean contributes to safety improvement through three main mechanisms: (1) enhancing workplace organisation and process visibility, which reduces hazard accumulation; (2) supporting early identification of risk sources through structured process analysis; and (3) strengthening continuous improvement cultures that sustain safety practices. Rather than acting as standalone solutions, lean approaches are most effective when integrated with formal safety and risk assessment methods such as HAZOP and Six Sigma. This review consolidates dispersed knowledge on lean–safety applications and identifies current research trends and gaps. The findings highlight lean as a complementary strategy for systematic hazard prevention while maintaining operational performance. Future research directions include quantitative validation and integration with digital monitoring technologies.
