Perilaku keuangan masyarakat yang cenderung konsumtif kemudian menimbulkan berbagai perilaku keuangan yang tidak bertanggung jawab lainnya seperti kurangnya kegiatan menabung, investasi, perencanaan dana darurat dan penganggaran dana masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh Financial Knowledge terhadap Financial Management Behaviour, untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh Financial Attitude secara parsial terhadap Financial Management Behaviour, untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Hidup terhadap Financial Management Behaviour, untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh Financial Knowledge terhadap Financial Management Behaviour melalui Locus Of Control sebagai Variabel Moderating. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda, dan Uji Selisih Nilai Mutlak dengan alat bantu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Financial Knowledge , Financial Attitude, terbukti bahwa secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Management Behaviour, Gaya Hidup berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Financial Management Behaviour dan Locus Of Control memoderasi pengaruh Financial Knowledge terhadap Financial Management Behaviour.

The main purpose of this study was to find out the effects of public ownership as the result of privatization byinitial public offering (IPO) on financial and operational performance in private state owned enterprises(SOE). Target populations of this research were 9 private SOEs. The analysis of the study used partial leastsquare (PLS). The finding of this study showed that public ownership, as the result of privatization, mightimprove financial and operational performance only at leverage decrease and profitability increase.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research to uncover the practice of supervision on school financial management. The data used in the form of primary to be collected through the questionnaire and in-depth interviews. Respondents and informants of this study were school principals and supervisors. Quantitative and qualitative research methods were used in this study. The results of the research show that supervision at the planning and implementation stage is very good, as evidenced by the involvement of stakeholders in the preparation of school plans, although with different patterns. Supervision at the reporting and accountability stage are still at a good position. The role of supervisor is very needed in supervising school financial management. Supervisory competence regarding financial management must be improved through training, socialization and technical guidance. Keywords : School , supervision , efficiency and effective ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap praktik pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang akan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Responden dan informan penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini. Hasil riset menunjukkan pengawasan pada tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan sangat baik, terbukti dengan keterlibatan stakeholders dalam penyusunan rencana sekolah, walaupun dengan pola yang berbeda-beda. Pengawasan pada tahap pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban masih berada pada posisi baik. Peran pengawas sangat dibutuhkan dalam pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Kompetensi pengawas tentang pengelolaan keuangan harus ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan, sosialisasi dan bimbingan teknis. Kata Kunci : Sekolah, Pengawasan, efisiensi dan efektif.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang masuk dalam indeks LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bura Efek Indonesia tahun 2015 - 2017. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan pertimbangan tertentu sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel dengan bantuan Eviews. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Nilai perusahaan, struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Rasio Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Solvabilitas terhadap Dividen Tunai pada perusahaan Indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan prosedur statistic menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menyatakan Quick Ratio, Earning Per Share dan Debt to Total Asset memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembagian dividen tunai. Return On Investment, Current Ratio, dan firm size tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembagian dividen tunai.

Creative economy entrepreneurs and the community around this tourist destination should be a concern for many parties, their readiness in dealing with changes that occur mus be balanced with the knowledge and strategies they must have in order to make it potential to be able to improve their standard of living and independence in entrepreneurship. The increase in creative economy business actors, they can provide employment opportunities for themselves and their surroundings so that the development of the tourism sector can go hand in hand with the development of the creative economy of the surrounding community. Assistance in developing business strategies is currently an important requirement for the Muara Jambi village community to be able to compete with other private and large entrepreneurs, so that they also have benefit from the development of these tourist destinations. The achievement target of this activity is a change in mindset so that their business is more business-oriented with accsess to online-based sales. The Result from this activity are small business traders and local residents who are very enthusiastic and understanding of the material that has been provided is expected to be realized soon to increase family income.

Street food business phenomenon gives a new touch in the culinary industry of Jambi Province because of the unique way of selling that does not use stalls or tents, but uses a knock down cart in the form of a box shaped like a container, so it is known as stand /Booth Container. The ultimate goal of this research is to formulate a model of governance and business behavior of stand/booth containers in Jambi Province. This study used mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative methods) using the type of Sequal Exploratory Design. The result conluded that the business behavior of food outlets/containers in Jambi Province which is reflected by efficiency, innovation, creativity, and creativity affects business performance which is reflected by capital growth, profit growth, and sales growth. In contrast, governance as reflected by modern, partnership and systematic does not affect business performance which is reflected by capital growth, profit growth and sales growth.

This research is important and interesting, especially for Jambi province since studies first year will be able to classify the fishermen catch with the system clusterisasi, able to identify and analyze the impact of energy efficiency and cost to the level of income of fishermen fishing, formulate a model of the development of energy efficiency and cost against income level with clusterisasi fishermen catch, as well as the first study of formulating a development model of energy efficiency and cost to the level of income by fishermen catch clusterisasi This study uses a combination of research methods (mixed method), which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The type of research used is a combination of Exploratory Sequential Design, which is in the early stages of research using qualitative methods and the next phase using quantitative methods. The conclusion of this study is clusterisasi fishermen in Jambi Province can be classified into three categories: full of fishermen, and fishermen main sideline, as well as additional odd fisherman. The impact of energy efficiency and cost to the level of fishing income generating variable Energy Efficiency and Cost (EEB) to four (4) indicators reflective namely: the type of vessel (JK), speed boat (KK), operation of a ship (OK), the pattern of arrests (PP) and variable Fishermen performance Capture (KNT) with (a) a reflective indicator is the level of income (TP). A model of energy efficiency and cost against pendatan with clusterisasi fishermen fishing in the province of Jambi is that energy efficiency and cost (EEB) which is reflected by speed boat (KK) and ship operations (OK) has a significant influence on the performance of the fishermen catch (KNT) reflected income level (TP). This study is important and interesting in order to get funding for this research study second year (2017), so it can answer Fator factors internal and external that affect the welfare of fishermen fishing in the province of Jambi.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak penerbitan right issues selama pandemi covid-19 pada tahun 2020 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan penerbitan right issues selama pandemi Covid-19 pada tahun 2020 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 14 perusahaan yang menerbitkan right issue selama pandemi pada tahun 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah One Way Anova (Uji F) dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasilnya Tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata variabel frekuensi perdagangan pada periode 3 hari, 7 hari dan 11 hari setelah penerbitan right issues pada masa pandemi tahun 2020. Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata return sesungguhnya pada periode 3 hari, 7 hari dan 11 hari sebelum dan sesudah penerbitan right issues selama pandemi tahun 2020. Namun, hubungannya bersifat negatif signifikan. Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata return saham pada periode 3 hari, 7 hari dan 11 hari sebelum dan sesudah penerbitan right issues selama pandemi tahun 2020. Namun, hubungannya bersifat negatif signifikan. Serta tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata trading volume activity pada periode 3 hari, 7 hari dan 11 hari sebelum dan sesudah penerbitan right issues selama pandemi tahun 2020.

The model for strengthening the Performance of Sharia Cooperatives / BMT in Jambi Province is a model produced to strengthen the performance of Sharia cooperatives which is measured from the non-financial aspect, because so far the performance measurement of Sharia cooperatives is measured from the financial aspect. However, the measurement of performance from the financial aspect has no impact on performance. This study aims to explore transformational leadership, the use of information technology, partnerships can strengthen the performance of Sharia cooperatives, which have been experiencing slow growth. The survey data used were 33 Sharia cooperatives in Jambi Province, Indonesia, using the variance-based SEM modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). This research produces a model that Transformational leadership and the use of information technology can strengthen the performance of Sharia cooperatives by building internal and external partnerships. The model illustrates that transformational leadership and the use of information technology have a positive and significant effect on strengthening the performance of Sharia cooperatives, but the influence of transformational leadership and the use of information technology has a greater positive and significant effect when strengthening performance through partnerships that are built.
