This study has been carried out to identify the impact of right issues announcement during the Covid pandemic in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this article, we use an event study approach to empirically study the trading frequency, actual return, stock return and trading volume activity on response due to right issues announcement. This article used window's method with 3 days, 7 days, and 10 days period.The main conclusion from this finding is that during the covid pandemic there are differences in the actual average return and the average stock return in a period of 3 days, 7 days and 10 days both before and after the issuance of right issues. Likewise, the average trading frequency, during the covid pandemic, there was a difference in the average trading frequency in the 3 day and 7 day periods before and after the issuance of the right issue. An interesting conclusion from this finding is that the issuance of right issues during the covid pandemic will increase the actual average return and average stock return in the period of 3 days, 7 days and 10 days after the issuance of the right issues. However, the trading frequency only increased in the period of 3 days and 7 days after issuance and then decreased after 10 days of the issuance of the right issue itself. Meanwhile, this finding also shows that there is no difference in trading volume activity both before and after the issuance of right issues.

Abstract. This study aimed to analyze the use of information technology in small and medium micro enterprises in the Municipality of Jambi. Surveys conducted at 43 businesses SMEs. The results showed the low utilization of information technology in SMEs because: 1) the lack of understanding of the benefits of information technology; 2) the low availability of investment; 3) low support government institutions Keywords: technology, investment, government, Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Kota Jambi. Untuk kepentingan tersebut dilakukan survai pada 43 pelaku usaha UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada UMKM yang disebabkan: 1) rendahnya pemahaman terhadap manfaata tekonologi informasi; 2) rendahnya ketersediaan investasi; 3) rendahnya dukungan lembaga pemerintah. This study aims to analyze the leading sectors in the city of Jambi. The main data used is GDP data of Jambi City series 2010 for the period of 2012-2014. Analysis tool that is used are Location Quotient, Shift Share, Klassen Typology and Overlay Analysis. The results of the analysis found that of the 14 basic sectors in Jambi City (based on LQ analysis), there are four priority sectors namely electricity and gas procurement, building, large and retail trade, car and motorcycle repairs, health service, and social activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of fuel prices on profitability with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a moderating variable in the mining industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016 period. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS), which aims to predict the relationship between variables. Measurement model used validity and reliability, while the structural model used to test causality. The results of this study indicate that the price of fuel oil has no significant effect on the profitability of the company. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a moderating variable can affect the relationship of the price of fuel on profitability.

This study aims to analyze stock performance credibility using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method, the Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT) method, the Fama-French Three-Factor Model (FFTFM), and the 2013-2017 LQ-45 Stock Performance rating. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling. The samples in this study are 23 companies. The results show that the CAPM model is more accurate in stock credibility assessment than the APT model and the FFTFM.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the organizational performance of BAPAREKRAF (The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economic). BAPAREKRAF is the spearhead of a government agency for developing Indonesia's creative economy. This study's respondents are whole civil servants and civil servant candidates in BAPAREKRAF, in 194 respondents. This research shows that transformational leadership, organizational culture, managerial competence, organizational structure, and organizational trust affect organizational performance, but transactional leadership does not affect organizational performance. Besides that, transformational leadership, organizational culture, organizational structure affect organizational trust, but transactional leadership and managerial competence do not affect organizational trust. Furthermore, transformational leadership, transactional leadership, organizational culture, and organizational structure can be mediated by the trust in organizational performance. However, managerial cannot be mediated by trust in BAPAREKRAF's performance in realizing.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of employee training and development, motivation, work environment, employee competence on employee performance, and organizational performance. This study also aims to analyze employee performance as a mediating variable on organizational performance. The method of this research used SEM-PLS analysis. This research used all civil servants employees in The Regional Technical Implementing Unit for Goods Quality and Certification Testing Center (UPTD BPSMB) of the Jambi Province, Indonesia. This research concluded that Organizational performance is influenced by motivation, employee competence, work environment, and employee performance. Training and development, motivation, and work environment affect employee performance. Training and development, employee competence, work environment affect organizational performance mediated by employee performance. However, the influence of motivation on organizational performance cannot be mediated by employee performance

This study aimed to provide an understanding of knowledge management, budget planning models, lecture performance and innovation at universities in Jambi Province. This study adopted an inferential research design. This study was a cross-sectional survey study. The data were collected from 485 lecturers at 3 universities in Jambi province. This study used a structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that 1) budget planning models (BPM) affect performance lecturer and innovation, 2) knowledge management affects lecturer performance and innovation, 3) innovation affects lecturer performance, 4) budget planning models affect lecturer performance moderated by innovation, and 5) knowledge management affects the performance of lecturers mediated by innovation. In organizations that place greater emphasis on budgetary objectives by using budget planning models with greater flexibility, it is important to create an enabling atmosphere for leaders of both universities and faculties to maximize the effectiveness of evaluation and monitoring.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy on financial performance through marketing performance with environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable in Islamic banks in Jambi. The sample in this study was 40 people/respondent, the data analysis technique used SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS application. The findings in this study: 1. There is a positive and significant influence between marketing strategies on the marketing performance of Islamic banks in Jambi Province. 2. There is a positive and significant influence between the marketing strategy on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Jambi Province. 3. There is a Positive and Significant Influence between Marketing Strategy on Marketing Performance Moderated by Environmental Uncertainty of Islamic Banks in Jambi Province. 4. There is a Positive and Significant Influence between Marketing Strategy on Financial Performance Moderated by Environmental Uncertainty of Islamic Banks in Jambi Province. 5. There is a Positive and Significant Influence between Marketing Performance on Financial Performance in Islamic Banks in Jambi Province. 6. There is a Positive and Significant Effect between Marketing Strategy on Financial Performance through Marketing Performance at Islamic Banks in Jambi Province. All research findings have met the conditions that must be met in the SEM-PLS model.

Penelitian ini merupakan studi analisis dan menjelaskan hubungan variabel Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Sistem Pengendalian, Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi Aparat dan Pengenolaan Keuangan Daerah yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah di Kabupaten Merangin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survey Explanatory. Kriteria pemilihan sampel adalah aparat pengelola keuangan di intansi pemerintahan di Kabupaten Merangin. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 188 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif berupa pencapaian kriteria indikator, dan analisis statistic inferensial menggunakan analisis kausalitas Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis component. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Akuntabilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Transparansi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Sistem Pengendalian internal tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Budaya Organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Kompetensi Aparat memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah.
