Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa : 1) Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; 4) Pengaruh tidak langsung Servant Leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Survey menggunakan Statistik Inferensial melalui Analisa Jalur (Path Analysis) yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dari hubungan yang dimediasi. Dalam mengestimasi mediasi dalam model penelitian, peneliti menggunakan data Cross Sectional yang diperoleh dari 70 Responden penelitian yang tersebar di Jambi secara simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Servant Leadership dengan motivasi kerja pada pegawai; 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Servant Leadership dengan kinerja pada pegawai; 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan hubungan yang tidak searah antara motivasi dengan kinerja pada pegawai; 4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung Servant Leadership secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of commodity prices of rubber and palm oil, as well as Non Performing Loan (NPL) on financial performance (return on assets (ROA)) PT. Bank BRI Agro Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. Data used is secondary data, where data commodity prices of rubber and palm oil obtained from the Directorate General of Plantation while data on financial performance (return on assets (ROA)) obtained from the Annual report 2015 AGRO Bank BRI. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. Results of statistical t test proves that partially price of rubber and palm oil does not significantly to influence of financial performance Bank BRI Agro Tbk, while NPL significant effect on financial performance Bank BRI Agro, Tbk. Results of statistical F test proves that simultaneously the price of rubber and palm oil as well as NPL has significant impact on financial performance. Bank BRI Agro, Tbk. The results of the study has implications for efforts to reduce the NPL ratio while maintaining the bank's function as intermediary (prudence) in extending credit, especially in the agricultural sector to reduce the high value of NPL (non-performing loans), considering the contribution of NPL sizeable influence on the financial performance of banks. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect on Profit Distribution Management recorded in Bank Indonesia on financing for profit sharing, transparency and performance. Research conducted using RGEC Method to determine the level of performance in the company and the population of this study is a company listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index of 2012-2016. The results of this study indicate that mudharabah variables have an effect but not significant to PDM, ROA and CAR have significant effect to PDM while musharaka, transparency, FDR, GCG and BOPO have no significant effect to PDM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference between abnormal return and trade volume activity before and after Effects on Food And Beverages Companies Listed in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in 2012 until 2017. In this study, samples were taken as many as 7 companies in the food and beverages sector. Researchers use quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques are use parametric paired sample t-test and non parametric wilcoxon sign rank test using IBM SPSS 23 program.The results showed that there were significant differences of abnormal return between the month of sha'ban and syawal with significance value 0.003 < 0 .05. However there is a significant difference in trade volume activity between the month of sha'ban and the month of syawal with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. it can be concluded that Ramadhan has information on the market that causes abnormal return and changes in trade volume activity.

Abstract

In the digital era, the use of the internet is a necessity. The role of social media should be utilized as well as a means of cheap promotion for hospitals. This quantitative study aims to examine the effect of internal marketing on social media, the effect of internal marketing on the interest of patient visits, and the effect of social media on the interest of patient visit Kambang Hospital in Jambi. The respondents involved in this study were all employees in Kambang Hospital, totaling 251 people. Moreover, the questionnaire was distributed by utilizing the google doc application so that the data was immediately tabulated. Additionally, the results of the study were tested using the Smart PLS 2.0 application. As 181 (72%) respondents responded the questionnaires on 13 indicators of internal marketing (IM) variable, 4 indicators of social media (SM) variable and 4 indicators of patient visit interest (PTI) variable. In brief, the results of the study proved that; 1) there was the significant effect of IM on the Constitutional Court, 2) there was the significant effect of IM on SM, 3) there was the significant effect of SM on the Constitutional Court, and 4) there was indirect effect of IM on PTI through SM by using significant Sobel test calculations. This indicated that internal marketing can affect the interest of patient visits through the use of social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of service justice, trust and customer value on customer satisfaction, knowing the direct effect of service justice, trust, customer value, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the indirect effect of service justice, trust, customer value on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study amounted to 32,842. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The research method is a quantitative research using field surveys with interviews and questionnaires. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results showed that: (1) service justice, trust, and customer value simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction,(2) service justice, trust, customer value, and customer satisfaction simultaneously have positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, while partial service justice, trust, and customer satisfaction has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty and (3) service justice and trust variables indirectly influence the customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a model of the inactive Village State-Owned Company factors in Jambi Province. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological type. This qualitative research analysis was assisted by using the Nvivo qualitative research software. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the main factors causing the inactivity of BUMDes in Jambi province can be divided into 3, which are BUMDes management factors, village officials, and the community.

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused huge losses throughout the world. The main victims of this pandemic are micro, small & medium enterprises (SMEs), including Batik SMEs Industry. During the Covid-19 pandemic, it becomes the basis that there will be fundamental changes in business behavior and performance. In general, the ultimate goal of this research is to model the impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic on business behavior and business performance of Jambi Batik entrepreneurs. This study used qualitative research methods with phenomenological type. This qualitative research analysis will be assisted by using the Nvivo software. Based on research, it can be concluded that the downturn of these business entrepreneurs can be seen from their business behavior and business performance. In terms of business behavior, it can be seen that the batik business in Jambi province is experiencing downturn due to 3 reasons. These are Efficiency, Innovative and Creative, while in business performance, the downturn of batik business entrepreneurs in Jambi Province can be seen from 2 reasons, these are reduced profits and decreased sales turnover.

Abstract

The culinary industry grows and develops because of the phenomenon of the growth and development of the street food business. One of the developments in the way food and beverage is served is selling via trucks or “mobile restaurants”, better known as Food trucks. The growth of the Food Truck business shows significant growth due to the increasing behavior of people's consumption of food and beverages offered by the Food Truck media. This research is qualitative research. This study uses respondents who have made purchase transactions at the food truck business in Jambi City. At this qualitative stage, the themes and sub-themes of the research were obtained. The hedonic value theme has sub-themes in the form of fun, curiosity, entertainment, a variety of product flavors, hygienic factors, creativity, and innovation, as well as attracting attention. The utilitarian value theme has sub-themes in the form of time efficiency, affordable prices, practicality, and strategic location. While on the purchasing decision theme, there are sub-themes in the form of convenience when buying, information from friends and family and product attributes as needed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the direct and indirect relationship of the influence of e-Promotion Social Media and e-WoM mediated by e-Service Quality on interest in using e-Money in Jambi City. The research methodology uses a confirmatory approach and inferential quantitative analysis techniques. The sample used is 100 as respondents who fill out the questionnaire. The results of the study prove that directly e-Promotion using social media and e-WoM has a significant positive effect on interest in using e-Money. But indirectly e-Service Quality mediated only e-Promotion using social media, the hypothesis is proven and accepted. The conclusion of this study is that e service quality has a partial meditation role.
