Abstract

This study critically examines the Indonesian central government’s policies, institutional challenges, and strategic interventions in mitigating child marriage—a pervasive issue with documented repercussions for health, education, gender equality, and national development. Employing an empirical juridical approach, the research integrates qualitative descriptive analysis with primary data from field observations and semi-structured interviews with officials at the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (KP3A RI) and the Directorate General of Religious Courts (Ditjen Badilag). Secondary data derive from legislative reviews, judicial records, and scholarly literature. Thematic analysis contextualizes findings within Indonesia’s legal pluralism and decentralization framework. KP3A RI has made preventing child marriage one of its five main national programs. This effort is supported by six key initiatives, such as community-based (Integrated Child Protection by Communities/PATBM) and mobile protection services like MOLIN and TORLIN (Women and Children Protection Motor and Mobile Units). The Supreme Court’s Regulation (PERMA No. 5/2019) requires courts to focus on children’s best interests when deciding on marriage dispensation requests. However, this rule does not become a primary reference. In 2021, religious courts approved 95% of the 61,443 dispensation requests they received. There are also broader challenges. Many villages now have more control over their budgets. However, funds have often been used for economic recovery instead of child protection after the pandemic. There are also gaps in the rules about when dispensations can be granted. Several strategies are being used to address these issues. These include (1) Multi-sector coordination through the Joint Movement for Child Marriage Prevention (Geber PPPA) movement; (2) Training and community programs like Children’s Forums and family learning (Puspaga) centers; and (3) new draft regulations to tighten dispensation procedures. Although Indonesia has a strong and united policy approach, results are limited by uneven local implementation and courts being too lenient. For lasting progress, the country needs (1) better and shared data systems, (2) stronger financial accountability at the village level, and (3) judicial training to focus on child protection rather than social or cultural pressures. The study highlights the need for strong, coordinated leadership to overcome local differences and ensure national child marriage prevention standards are fully applied at the community level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of English language education students towards applications that are used effectively and the most effective applications for online learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The subjects of this study were 105 sixth-semester students of English Language Education at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanudin Banten. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analyze data using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling in inferential statistics. The findings showed that students had a positive or positive perception of effective applications for online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the findings, it can be seen that the application used by students in online learning in this pandemic era is very effective because the distance learning process has become easier with the application. Then 77% of respondents said that the most efficient application used in online learning is Google Meet because, technically, Google Meet is easier to use, does not require much internet costs, does not interfere when online learning, and is convenient to use.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji tentang pentingnya kualitas layanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di Belva Wedding Gallery. Dalam persaingan bisnis yang ketat, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci untuk mempertahankan posisi di pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan di Belva Wedding Gallery tergolong baik dengan rata-rata skor 72,17%, dan kepuasan konsumen juga tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 71,29%. Mayoritas responden merasa puas dengan produk, pelayanan, dan pengalaman yang mereka dapatkan. Analisis verifikatif menunjukkan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen (koefisien korelasi 0,813), serta pengaruh yang signifikan dari kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (koefisien determinasi 66,11%). Dengan demikian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Belva Wedding Gallery telah berhasil memberikan layanan yang baik kepada konsumennya, yang berdampak pada tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Peningkatan terus-menerus dalam kualitas layanan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di masa mendatang, mendukung kelangsungan bisnis mereka di industri yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan mental di kalangan generasi muda, khususnya para pelajar setingkat SMA/SMK daMadrasah Aliyah di kota Bekasi dan sekitarnya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara mengadakan seminar bagi 200 pelajar setingkat SMA dan memberi pemahaman mendasar kepada mereka akan pentingnya kesehatan mental, mengidentifikasi secara dini gejala adanya gangguan kesehatan mental, serta tindakan dan kepada siapa mereka dapat meminta bantuan untuk tindak pengobatan secara intensif. Setelah seminar, peserta diminta mengisi kuesioner untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana mereka telah memahami pentingnya kesehatan mental dan tindakan apa yang dapat mereka lakukan bila mereka, atau orang terdekat mengalami gejala gangguan kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji analisis peran stakeholder dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan manajemen sekolah dengan fokus pada perspektif pendidikan. Stakeholder, yang melibatkan guru, orang tua siswa, komite sekolah, dan masyarakat sekitar, diidentifikasi sebagai unsur kunci dalam pengelolaan sekolah yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode studi literatur,yaitu menggali wawasan mendalam mengenai interaksi dan kontribusi stakeholder dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi aktif stakeholder dalam proses pengambilan keputusan manajemen sekolah memberikan dampak positif terhadap efektivitas manajemen dan kinerja siswa. Orang tua siswa, sebagai stakeholder utama, memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk kebijakan pendidikan dan memberikan dukungan holistik bagi anak-anak mereka. Namun, tantangan muncul dalam mengelola beragam kepentingan dan memastikan keterlibatan semua pihak secara seimbang. Saran yang diajukan melibatkan peningkatan mekanisme komunikasi antara sekolah dan stakeholder serta pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih inklusif dan adaptif sesuai dengan konteks lokal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana stakeholder dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di tingkat sekolah.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of locus of control and supervision channelled to an organization as a whole on organizational commitment and examines and describes the influence of locus of control and supervision on organizational commitment. The instrument uses questionnaires. The sample is determined by proportional stratified random sampling. From 268 teacher samples from 33 public junior high schools in Tangerang Regency, data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings show that locus of control and supervision significantly affect organizational commitment, and locus of control significantly affects supervision. These findings prove that the locus of control and supervision of teachers can act as indicators of organizational commitment. The practical implication of this research is to provide knowledge and information for teachers and school management to increase organizational commitment by applying the concepts of locus of control and teacher supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara kecemasan matematika dan motivasi belajar dengan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang sebanyak 515 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 84 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat (uji normalitas dan uji linearitas), uji korelasi linear, dan uji korelasi ganda. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecemasan matematika dan motivasi belajar dengan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this study were obtained from credible data and of course also respondents who were responsible for the questions asked. The data were analyzed using the smart PL 4.0 analysis tool as the hypothesis below. Th result in this article show that the researcher built from the introduction and formulated in the research methodology section can be proven. This is because the P-Values in this article point towards a positive relationship and have a significant effect because the P-Values point towards positive and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.002. In the next row, the second hypothesis of the third table in this article can be proven because of the same thing, namely the P-Values point towards positive and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing of 0.002.. Abstract

To achieve a mathematics learning goal, it is necessary to understand a mathematical concept to make it easier to determine a solution. However, in class learning there are still difficulties in achieving these learning objectives, especially area of surface cube and cuboid. One of the difficulties of students occurs because of the existence of learning obstacles for students known as Learning Obstacles. The research design in this study uses a qualitative method by identifying learning obstacles of area of surface cube and cuboid. Based on the results and discussion, there are findings of learning obstacles identified by students on the area of surface cube and cuboid from each indicator. From these learning obstacles, there are three causes of these learning obstacles. First, Ontogenical Obstacle which occurs due to mental unpreparedness of students when going to receive learning. Second, the didactical obstacle where the teaching materials used by the teacher do not clearly explain the concept of cube and cuboid spaces and only display the formulas of each problem Third, the epistemological obstacle which occurs due to the teacher's execution process in conducting learning. Because the book used does not describe the concept of cube and cuboid plus the lack of creativity from the teacher in conveying the concept of cube and cuboid.

Abstract

Centralized Kiai leadership, despite being the historical foundation of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), faces significant challenges in addressing the complexities of the 21st century. This article discusses the recontextualization of Kiai leadership through the integration of distributed approaches and systematic regeneration to build institutional resilience. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following an adapted PRISMA framework. A literature search was conducted in indexed academic databases using a combination of keywords such as "Kiai leadership," "distributed pesantren leadership," and "pesantren leadership regeneration." Data analysis was conducted thematically on selected studies. The study produced a hypothetical model that transforms the Kiai's role from a single operational leader to a visionary-spiritual leader. Distributed leadership is realized through the empowerment of the asatidz council, senior santri, and professional staff in operational decision-making. This model is implemented in three integrative phases: foundation preparation, empowerment implementation, and ongoing maintenance. The synergy between distributed leadership and regeneration creates a sustainable leadership pipeline. Distribution of responsibilities serves as a laboratory for cadre development, while systematic regeneration ensures the availability and quality of potential successors. This integration allows Islamic boarding schools to maintain their traditional values (such as Uswah Hasanah and Zuhd) while increasing their adaptive capacity and pedagogical innovation, thus building strong organizational resilience in a disruptive era.
