Abstract

Environmental challenges are increasingly pressing, prompting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adopt sustainable practices. According to the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency, SMEs contribute 97% of the workforce, yet only a small fraction implement environmentally friendly practices. This research investigates how SMEs can leverage green innovation to enhance marketing performance and promote sustainability. It employs a quantitative approach to assess the relationship between green innovation, green marketing, and marketing performance among SMEs in Medan City. The findings reveal that green innovation and value creation significantly influence green competitive advantage, with an R² value of 0.807. While green marketing does not directly relate to marketing performance, green innovation substantially affects it. Additionally, green competitive advantage is a partial mediating variable, indicating SMEs' potential to develop innovative sustainable marketing strategies that create competitive value and encourage environmental responsibility. The study underscores the critical role of green innovation in transforming SME marketing approaches, positioning sustainable practices as key differentiators in competitive markets.

Abstract

A development must start from the human factor, namely education, organization and discipline. Therefore, aspects and problems of education are the most important elements that must be addressed immediately so that national development goals can be better achieved. One area that needs attention in the field of education development is the village of Kotasan located in Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The majority of the population is educated middle to lower causing most of the population is still living from the agricultural sector. Seeing the existing phenomena and if this condition is allowed to continue then it is feared that the welfare of the community will lead to worse conditions. So with this dedication the team will try to find solutions to educational problems that are more beneficial for the Kotasan village community. This service aims to: 1). Designing teacher working groups in applying scientific learning, 2). Designing the learning process using a scientific learning model based on Islamic character education, 3). Designing learning material that will be applied by teachers in scientific learning based on Islamic character education. The method used in this service is coaching techniques. Expected outputs from this dedication are ISSN journals, mass media and activity videos. In the process of character evaluation in every aspect, in general get a value, namely (1) Honesty as much as 90%, (2) Discipline as much as 80%, and (3) confidence as much as 85%. Then in the process of character evaluation in each aspect of points in particular there are 10 points get a value, namely: (1) honest in action 78%, (2) honest in words 80%, (3) admit mistakes 70%, (4) wake up on time morning 83%, (5) prayer 5 time 90%, (6) diligently praying 84%, (7) attending ceremonies and on time 63%, (8) gathering assignments on time 72%, (9) able to be a leader for example Imam prays 74%, and (10) 80% practice test.

Abstract

In an effort to create a national cultural agenda of "Towards a Superior Indonesia", the concept of human resources development should be reconstructed to lead to the new concept of focusing on the development of spiritual quotient (SQ). The main reason for this is that the concept of SQ is the highest human intelligence that enables IQ and EQ to function effectively. The purpose of this study was to find out the correlation of Surah Ash Shaff: 10-11 enculturation through memorizing and reading it at each commencement of the lecture with the spritual quotient of the student / student at Faculty of Economics, Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah. The type of research used is assosiaitive research with quantitative approach. The study population are students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah/sample and sample size was set 165 people with purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire using Likert scale measurement. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation test and to test hypothesis using Pearson correlation test and Spearman's correlation test as well as the coefficient of deterioration test (R test). The results of the coefficient of determination (R test) concluded, the contribution of the Surah Ash Shaff: 10-11 enculturation was able to explain the spiritual quotient variable by 65.8% while the other contribution of 34.2% was influenced by the other variables.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan pemasaran online terhadap keputusan konsumen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, merupakan tujuan utama dari riset ini yang dilakukan pada percetakan CV. Anak Kampung Namorambe Deli Serdang. Sebanyak 96 konsumen dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini, yang mengambil populasi dari konsumen CV. Anak Kampung Namorambe Deli Serdang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data meliputi regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis, serta koefisien determinasi. Riset ini menghasilkan kualitas produk dengan parsial berdampak pada keputusan pembelian, karenanya bisa dilihat dari besaran thitung (2,120) > ttabel (1,985) secara besaran signifikansinya 0,037< 0,05. harga berdampak pada keputusan pembelian, karenanya terlihat dari besaran thitung (3,317) > ttabel (1,985) dengan besaran signifikansinya 0,001 < 0,05. Pemasaran online berdampak pada keputusan pembelian, karenanya terlihat dari besaran thitung (6,406) > ttabel (1,985) dengan besaran signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05. Kualitas produk, harga dan pemasaran online berdampak dengan simultan pada keputusan pembelian terhadap percetakan CV. Anak Kampung Namorambe Deli Serdang, karenanya terlihat besaran Fhitung (145,722) > Ftabel (2,70) dengan skala signifikasi 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional value, social value, and price value on the decision to use NICE Bus transportation on the Kualanamu Airport – Millenium Plaza (Helvetia) route. Safe, comfortable, and affordable public transportation is an essential need for the community to support daily activities. However, the utilization of the NICE Bus is still not optimal due to varying perceptions regarding the emotional, social, and price aspects offered. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents who are NICE Bus users. The independent variables in this study are emotional value, social value, and price value, while the dependent variable is the usage decision. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial influence of the three independent variables on the usage decision. The results of the study show that emotional value has a significant influence on the usage decision, particularly in terms of comfort and emotional satisfaction when using the NICE Bus. Social value also has a significant influence, especially regarding ease of access and travel efficiency perceived by passengers. Price value is proven to have a significant influence, indicating that affordable ticket prices that match the provided facilities are an important consideration in the usage decision. This study provides practical contributions for NICE Bus management in developing customer satisfaction-oriented marketing strategies to increase passenger volume and ensure the sustainability of transportation services.

Abstract

Human Resource Development is a strategic element for Bank Sumut to realize excellent service and maintain competitive advantage amidst the increasingly tight competition in the banking industry. Through structured and sustainable training and development programs, Bank Sumut equips employees with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to provide the best service to customers. The main focus of human resource development includes improving communication skills, empathy, problem solving, and in-depth understanding of bank products and services. Competent employees are not only able to handle transactions efficiently, but also provide fast and precise solutions to various customer problems . Supervision and evaluation of training programs are carried out continuously to ensure their effectiveness, while awards and incentives are given to high-performing employees to strengthen the organizational culture that supports excellent service. In addition, the role of customer service and product knowledge are important components in providing valid information according to operational standards. By focusing on comprehensive human resource development , Bank Sumut ensures that every interaction with customers reflects a commitment to excellent service. This increases customer satisfaction and loyalty, strengthens the bank's reputation in the eyes of the public, and supports sustainable business growth. Competent, motivated, and customer-oriented human resources are the main key in creating a positive service experience and differentiating Bank Sumut from other financial institutions.

Abstract

The advancement of Industry 4.0 has introduced complex challenges in occupational safety and health, calling for strategic approaches to ensure sustainable work environments. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) in enhancing workplace well-being in Indonesia. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study synthesizes relevant scholarly literature published between 2015 and 2025, focusing on Green HRM, workplace well-being, and occupational health and safety (OHS) across key national industries. The findings indicate a positive correlation between Green HRM practices and improved employee well-being, encompassing physical, mental, social, and environmental aspects of the workplace. This relationship is influenced by organizational factors such as OHS systems, workload, and conflict management, and is supported by digital technology and regulatory frameworks. The study formulates an integrative Green HRM model consisting of six core dimensions: green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management, green compensation and benefits, integrated OHS management systems, and enabling technologies. This model offers a holistic framework for creating transformative and sustainable workplace well-being, aligned with the AKHLAK core values and the national development vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Muslim Nusantara (UMN) Al-Washliyah di Desa Bandarsono, Kabupaten Batubara, dirancang untuk mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan "Batubara Bahagia". Konsep pembangunan ini diartikan sebagai kondisi masyarakat yang sejahtera, cerdas, kreatif, dan harmonis melalui pembangunan holistik yang mengintegrasikan aspek ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan. Melalui pendekatan  Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini berfokus pada empat sektor prioritas: pemberdayaan UMKM, peningkatan literasi digital siswa sekolah dasar, sosialisasi Dagusibu (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan, Buang obat) dan edukasi pencegahan stunting. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kapasitas dan pengetahuan peserta di semua sektor, ditandai dengan peningkatan omzet UMKM rata-rata 25% dan peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta antara 20-35%. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan efektivitas pendekatan sinergis dan partisipatif, dengan terbentuknya kelembagaan lokal yang menjamin keberlanjutan dampak positif pasca KKN. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi multidisiplin dan responsif konteks merupakan kunci keberhasilan pemberdayaan masyarakat pedesaan menuju kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih baik

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Internal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PTP Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. Jenis penelitian yang dipilih adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada kantor PTP Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa dan jumlah sampel ditetapkan 100orang.  Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran data menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara parsial (uji t), Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan secara simultan (uji F) Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PTP Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,567 hal ini berarti 56,7% variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen sedangkan sisanya 43,3% dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah merupakan salah satu cara agar kehidupan berkeluarga dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Pengelolaan keuangan keluarga adalah prosedur menyeluruh yang menguraikan bagaimana sebuah keluarga dapat mengatur keuangannya, membagi pendapatannya, dan menilai seberapa baik mereka menggunakannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan cara yang terorganisir. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyeimbangkan pendapatan keluarga berbasis syariah di kalangan masyarakat Kelurahan Harjo Sari II Kecamatan Medan Amplas, Kota Medan. Metode: Pemaparan materi, tanya jawab, dan studi kasus. Hasil: Dalam menyeimbangkan pendapatan keluarga berbasis syariah, pendapatan perbulan idealnya harus dapat dialokasikan dengan persentase yaitu: Pertama, 50% dialokasikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Kedua, 25% untuk administrasi rumah tangga. Ketiga, 10% dialokasikan untuk membayar iuran jaminan kesehatan dan sejenisnya. Ke-empat 10% dialokasikan untuk ditabung. Kelima, 5% dari penghasilan dialokasikan untuk zakat, infaq dan sedekah. Kesimpulan: Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini pengetahuan mitra tentang pengelolaan keuangan kerluarga berbasis syariah lebih meningkat. Mitra juga lebih termotivasi untuk mengimplementasikannya. Setelah selesai tahap evaluasi, diharapkan mitra semakin bijaksana dan mampu untuk menyeimbangkan pendapatan keluarga dengan  pengeluaran biaya hidup sehari-hari.
