Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara kepada kepala SDN Dermo 2 Kediri bahwa guru belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan dan membuat media pembelajaran digital sebagai bahan ajar alternatif. Dalam proses pembelajaran kondisi siswa banyak yang tidak menyimak penjelasan guru, hal ini bisa dilihat dari kurangnya motivasi siswa dalam menjawab setiap pertanyaan guru. Jika hal ini terus dibiarkan maka akan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang tidak maksimal. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberi workshop, mediasi serta bantuan berupa penyediaan forum bagi guru untuk mengenal lebih jauh tentang pembuatan media pembelajaran (berbasis literasi numerasi dan TPACK) dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Metode yang digunakan pertama melakukan analisis situasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa respon pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis literasi numerasi dan TPACK pada kategori keterbaruan rata-rata 88,75 dengan kategori respon sangat baik. Respon pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis literasi numerasi dan TPACK pada kategori kebermanfaatan mencapai 91,25 dengan kategori respom sangat baik juga. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini secara garis besar menunjukkan keberhasilan kegiatan melalui tingkat pemahaman peserta dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan dan lebih percaya diri untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Today's business competition requires companies to be able to compete with other companies. PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line is a company engaged in import-export services. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality, facilities and timeliness of delivery of the satisfaction of service users of PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with 42 respondents as consumers of PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line taken from a total population of 62 consumers. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS (Statitical Package for Social Science) Version 22.0.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the achievement of work targets for employees of PT. MAS Silueta Indonesia Semarang which has not been maximized. This study aims to analyze leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) in the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Middle Type Tanjung Emas Customs. The analytical method in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques, namely a number of 130 respondents. The results showed that leadership style has a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. The work environment has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. Based on the results of the research, suggestions can be given to improve the work leadership style at PT. MAS Silueta Semarang by frequently providing stimulus in the form of bonuses for those who excel and awards or promotions. Improving employee work discipline by evaluating employee discipline periodically. Give rewards to disciplined employees and threaten those who are not disciplined Improve the quality of the work environment because based on research the work environment does not affect employee performance. If the quality of the work environment has been improved, it is likely that employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 60 respondents is an employee at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang. Based on the results of the study, the competence variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value that is greater than the t table, namely 5.608 > 1.672, with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β1 0.402 (positive sign) means that the higher the competence, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. This is with the calculated t value of 6.400 > t table, namely 1.672 with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β2 is 0.467 (positive sign), meaning that the better the work motivation, the higher the employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value which is equal to 5.042 > t table which is 1.672 with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β3 is 0.345 (positive sign), meaning that the higher the employee's career development, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

Tujuan yang diinginkan dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang. Penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi seluruh pegawai Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang yang berjumlah 118 orang. Dalam penelitian ini sampel diambil dari seluruh populasi sebanyak 118 responden yang dijadikan sampel, dengan tehnik Sensus. Hasil penelitiannya adalah Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin besar insentif yang diterima maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Wilayah (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin tinggi disiplin kerja maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Wilayah (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai pada Balai Besar Wilayah (BBWS) Pemali Juana Semarang.

Abstract

Reservoir characterization analysis has been carried out for identifying lithology and Àuid content on TalangAkarFormation in South Sumatra Basin. Robust method that being used in this study is the simultaneous inversion which uses pre-stack gather and well log data from Puja A and Puja B. Elastic parameters resulted from simultaneous inversion are P Impedance, S Impedance and V / V ratio. Lambda-Rho parameter (lr) and Mu-Rho (mr) derived from P impedance (I ) and S impedance (I ). Lambda-Rho is sensitive to Àuid content while Mu-Rho to lithology. Area of interest in this study is Talang Akar Formation as reservoir which contains gas with Lambda-Rho (lr) between 5-15 (GPa*g/cc) and Mu-Rho (mr) 35-45 (GPa*g/cc). The ratio of P wave (Vp) and S wave (Vs) can be used as an indicator to determine Àuid saturation. Gas saturated rock has value of Vp / Vs lower than the water saturated rock. In this study, the ratio of Vp / Vs is 1.5-1.7 for gas saturated rock

Abstract

Vegetable business opportunities, one of which is green lettuce, is still quite high. PT Amboja Global Lestari is a producer of hydroponic-based green lettuce. There is competition from green lettuce producers in Yogyakarta province and surrounding areas which significantly affects the sales level of PT Amboja Global Lestari's hydroponic green lettuce, so it is necessary to plan a strategy to be able to win the competition. The purpose of this study is to identify internal and external factors of hydroponic green lettuce marketing, analyze alternative marketing strategies, and determine the priorities of hydroponic green lettuce marketing strategies. The basic method of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis method uses IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, QSPM. The results of data analysis show internal factors that are the company's main strength in marketing hydroponic green lettuce, namely, quality green lettuce products, good service to consumers, guaranteed product quality guarantees to consumers, and online and offline promotions and sales are running well, with the highest score of 0.31, while for the main weakness, the distance to the hydroponic garden is quite far with the lowest score of 0.09. The main external opportunities are high consumer demand for vegetables, and there are often exhibitions with a score of 0.35, while the main threats are, the increase in new competitors, effective competitor marketing online and offline, and disease and fungal attacks, with a score of 0.21. IE Matrix Analysis shows that the company is in a position to grow and develop. The SWOT Matrix Analysis resulted in six alternative marketing strategies. QSPM analysis resulted in the main strategy priority of hydroponic green lettuce marketing, namely, increasing the quality and quantity of hydroponic green lettuce with a total TAS value of 7,615.

Abstract

Cokrodihardjo was born in Boyolali. His grandfather and father were puppeteers, and his mother was a gender player. He is among the best musicians and a respected gamelan teacher. His creative works become models for the court and other musicians. Cokrodihardjo had been a drummer of commercial theater (ketoprak tobong) for thirty-seven years (1931-1968), and more than twenty years he was the drummer of Ki Nyotocarita. He was also the drummer for dances and mask performances. Cokrodihardjo was noted for his rich vocabularies of drumming.

Abstract

AbstractThe research on Gending Jula-juli Lantaran in Malang style is based on the writer’s interest in the emergence of a new gending. This gending is treated in a different way from the general interpretation of gending in East Javanese style karawitan. The presence of this gending forms the background to the two problems addressed in this research. First, the role of Malang style tembang macapat in the interpretation of gending Jula-juli; second, the interpretation of Gending Jula-juli in Malang style. This research uses a qualitative method with emphasis on an analytical descriptive and interpretative approach. The concept of garap (interpretation / treatment) is used to examine the problems related to the interpretation of gending Jula-juli in Malang style.Gending Jula-juli Lantaran is a development of the general gending Jula-juli and uses a variety of treatment not commonly found in gending Jula-juli. The gending places emphasis on the interpretation of tembang macapat (sung verse) in Malang style. The composition of this gending brings alignment or balance between the development of gending and tembang macapat. This phenomenon presents a new model of interpretation of Malang style gending and provides new knowledge about Malang style karawitan and East Javanese karawitan in general.   Keywords: Interpretation, Gending, Jula-juli Lantaran. AbstrakPenelitian tentang Gending Jula-juli Lantaran gaya Malang didasari atas ketertarikan peneliti terhadap kemunculan gending baru. Gending tersebut memiliki garap yang berbeda dari gending secara umum pada karawitan gaya Jawa Timuran. Kehadiran gending tersebut melatarbelakangi munculnya dua permasalahan. Pertama adalah mengenai peran tembang macapat gaya Malang dalam garap gending Jula-juli. Permasalahan kedua berkaitan dengan garap gending Jula-juli Lantaran gaya Malang. Gending Jula-juli Lantaran merupakan pengembangan dari gending Jula-juli secara umum serta memilki garap yang beragam dan tidak ditemukan dalam gending Jula-juli secara umum. Gending tersebut memberikan penekanan terhadap kemunculan garap yang terletak pada tembang macapat gaya Malang. Terciptanya gending tesebut membawa kesejajaran atau keseimbangan antara perkembangan gending dan tembang macapat. Fenomena ini bisa menjadi suatu model garap baru pada gending - gending gaya Malang, memberi pengetahuan baru pada karawitan gaya Malang serta karawitan Jawa Timuran pada umumnya. Kata Kunci: Garap, Gending, Jula-juli Lantaran.
