Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of a study manner, learning motivation and the use of facility to learn at school towards learning outcomes of students the social studies class VIII SMP Kartikatama Metro lessons years 2012/ 2013. Methods used in this research is a method of descriptive verifikatif by approach ex post facto capital. Population in this study consisted of 160 students. Sample in this study consisted of 115 people. Based on data analysis obtained result: ( 1 ) there is an influence of the students study manner toward learning outcomes of the social studies ( 2 ) there is an influence on motivation learn students against the social studies (3) there is an influence on the use of facility at school toward learning outcomes of the social studies ( 4 ) there is an influence of a studied manner, learning motivation, and the use of facility to learn towards learning outcomes of the social studies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cara belajar, motivasi belajar dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Kartikatama Metro Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 orang. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: (1) terdapat pengaruh cara belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu (2) terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu (3) terdapat pengaruh pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu (4) terdapat pengaruh cara belajar, motivasi belajar,dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: cara belajar, hasil belajar, motivasi belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of financial incentive and discipline of work compared to labor productivity employees. The research used descriptive of correlational study method with the ex post facto and survey approach. Data collection was done using questionnaire, and documentation. The data which were colelected through questionaire was analyzed by SPSS program. Based on analysis of data, it obtained that there are significant influence on financial incentive and discipline of work compared to labor productivity employees CV. Lezatku Food.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif finansial dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan Ex Post Facto dan survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan, angket, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh insentif finansial dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Abstract

The aims of this study was to find out the effect of students learning interest,students learning style, school learning environment and the parents attentiontoward the students achievement .The method used in this research wasdescriptive verivicatif with ex-post facto capital approach and survey. Thepopulation of this research was 417 students with the sample 204 students whichwere gotten by using random sampling technique. The data was collected by usingquestionnaire.The first, second, third and fourth hypothesis was tested by using T- Test formula while the fifth hypothesis was tested by using F-Test formula. Basedon the data analysis, it conclude that: there was the effect of students learninginterest, students learning style, school learning environment, and the parentsattention toward the results of learning IPS Terpadu students class VIII SMPNegeri 11 Bandar Lampung.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar siswa,cara belajar siswa, lingkungan belajar sekolah dan perhatian orang tua terhadaphasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptifverifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Populasi penelitian iniadalah 417 siswa dengan sampel 204 siswa yang diperoleh dengan menggunakanteknik sampling acak. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Hipotesis pertama, kedua, ketiga dan keempat diuji dengan menggunakan rumusUji t sedangkan hipotesis kelima diuji dengan menggunakan rumus uji f. Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there was any influence of creativity in learning and utilization of instructional media by using Macromedia Flash 8 to economics learning outcomes of students. The method used in this research was descriptive verification method with ex post facto and surveys approach. These results indicated that there are significant effects of: 1. Creativity in learning to the results of the economic study. 2. Utilization of instructional media using Macromedia Flash 8 on the results of the economic study. 3. Creativity in learning and utilization of instructional media using Macromedia Flash 8 to the results of students economic study.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kreativitas belajar dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran menggunakan macromedia flash 8 terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh: 1. Pengaruh kreativitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. 2. Pengaruh pemanfaatan media pembelajaran menggunakan macromedia flash 8 terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. 3. Abstract

Education in Indonesia nowadays is faced with the problem of lowlearning outcomes or achievements of learners. It is not independent of the various factors that affect the learning process in the classroom, such as the student’s perceptions of teacher’s skills in classroom management and the utilization ofinstructional media. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the student’s perceptions about teacher’s skills in classroom management and the utilization of instructional media towards economic learning outcomes of grade XI Social,SMA N 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013, amounting to 101 students with a sample size of 81 students. Method used in this research is descriptive verification with Ex Post Facto and Survey approach. Data obtained through documentation, interviews, observation and questionnaires. Hypotheses one and hypotheses two were using simple linearregression, to test the third hypotheses, using multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis results, showing that. 1) There is the influence of student’s perceptions about teacher’s skills in classroom management towards economic learning outcomes of XI Social, SMA N 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013 as evidenced from the results of the t test calculations show that tcountttable or 7094 1.99. 2) There is the influence of the use of instructional media towards economic learning outcomes of XI Social, SMA Negeri 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013 asevidenced from the results of the t test calculations show that tcountttable or 4239 1.9. 3) There is the influence of student’s perceptions about teacher’s skills in classroom management and utilization of instructional media towards economic learning outcomes of class XI Social, SMA Negeri 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013 as evidenced from the results of the test calculations show that Fcount F table or 40,310 3.11.Key words: teacher’s skills in classroom management, the utilization of instructional media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the school library and reading interests on learning outcomes IPS Terpadu in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Way Lima Academic Year 2013/2014. The method used descriptive verification with an ex post facto approach and surveys. Sampling is a simple random sampling using the formula of T. Yamane. In order to test hypothesis, it uses simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression formula. Based on the analysis of the data, it obtained: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of the use of school libraries on learning outcomes  IPS Terpadu; (2) There is a positive and significant effect of reading interests on learning outcomes IPS Terpadu; (3) There is a positive and significant effect of the use of the school library and reading interests on learning outcomes IPS Terpadu.Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan minat baca terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Way Lima Tahun Ajaran 2013-2014. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptitif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Teknik sampling simpel random sampling menggunakan rumus T. Yamane. Untuk menguji hipotesis, menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dan rumus regresi linier multiple. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh: (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan minat baca terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; dan (3) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan minat baca terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, minat baca, pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the effect of the college students perception about entrepreneurship subject, organization culture, and motivation on interest in entreprenuership. The method used was descriptive approach verification of ex post facto and surveys. The population was all of 2013 grade students of Economic Education University of Lampung 2015. The population were 91 college students and 76 college students for the sample, in which the amount of population was determined by the T. Yamane formula. Probability technique and simple random sampling was used in this research. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression dan multiple linier regression. The result showed that: (1) Theres an effect of the college students perception about entrepreneurship subject on interest in entrepreneurship. (2) Theres an effect of organization culture on interest in enterprenuership. (3) Theres an effect of motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. (4) Theres an effectof the college students perception about entrepreneurship subject, organization culture, and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha.Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2013 Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Lampung Tahun 2015, yaitu berjumlah 91 mahasiswa dan sampel 74 mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus T. Yamane. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. (2) Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap minat berwirausaha. (3) Ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha. (4) Ada pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, mata kuliah kewirausahaan, minat berwirausaha, motivasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the impact of the ease of the application usage, shopping experience, consumer trust, and promotion on the buying interest of FKIP Unila students on shopee online buying and selling sites. This research method uses descriptive method verification with ex post facto approaches and surveys. The sample of this study was FKIP Unila students who purchase things at shopee online buying and selling sites with the total number of 93 respondents selected by using nonprobability sampling techniques with a type of purposive sampling. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires.The hypothesis testing is done by using T test partially and F test simultaneously. The result of the analysis shows  that there is a significant influence of the ease of the use, shopping experience, consumers trust, and promotion simultaneously on the buying interest by 39.1%. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, pengalaman berbelanja, kepercayaan konsumen, dan promosi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli mahasiswa FKIP Unila di situs jual beli online shopee. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FKIP Unila yang berbelanja di situs jual beli online shopee sebanyak 93 responden yang di pilih menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner/angket. pengujian hipotesis secara parsial uji T dan secara simultan uji F. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan kemudahan penggunaan, pengalaman berbelanja, kepercayaan konsumen, dan promosi secara simultan terhadap minat beli sebesar 39,1%. Kata Kunci  : kemudahan penggunaan, pengalaman berbelanja, kepercayaan konsumen, promosi, dan minat beli.

Abstract

: The purpose of this study is to prove the effectiveness of the cooperative time token learning and STAD in improving social skill and to pay attention on the attitudes toward social studies. The method used is a quasi-experimental. Hypothesis testing using anava and t-test. Based on the research, found (1) There is a social skill difference between students who were taught using Time Token and STAD in social studies, (2) for students who have a positive attitude, learning models Time Token more effective than STAD in improving social skills, (3) for students who have a negative attitude, STAD learning model is more effective than Time Token in improving social skills, (4) There is an interaction between the choice of using certain models of learning and students' attitudes on social studies towards student's social skills, (5) There is a social skill difference between students who have a positive attitude and negative on social studies.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran Time Token dan STAD dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dengan memperhatikan sikap terhadap mata pelajaran IPS. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan anava dan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan (1) adanya perbedaan keterampilan sosial antara model pembelajaran Time Token dan STAD pada mata pelajaran IPS, (2) bagi siswa yang memiliki sikap positif, model pembelajaran Time Token lebih efektif dibandingkan STAD dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, (3) bagi siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif, model pembelajaran STAD lebih efektif dibandingkan Time Token dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, (4) terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan model pembelajaran dan sikap siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS terhadap keterampilan sosial pada siswa, (5) ada perbedaan keterampilan sosial antara siswa yang memiliki sikap positif dan negatif pada mata pelajaran IPS.Kata Kunci: keterampilan sosial, time token, stad, dan sikap terhadap mata pelajaran ips terpadu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence school learning infrastructure and scout activity class XI IPS SMAN 1 Pagelaran semester of the school year 2012/2013. The population in this study all students of class XI Social SMAN 1 Pagelaran amounted to 99 students with a sample of 99 students. The method used in this research is descriptive method of verification with ex post facto approach and surveys. Data were collected through questionnaires, processed by computer through SPSS version 16. The first and second hypothesis testing using simple linear regression, while the third hypothesis using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis we concluded the influence of school infrastructure and learning activities of students on learning outcomes scout Economy Class XI students of SMAN 1 IPS Pagelaran Semester Academic Year 2012/2013.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh sarana prasarana belajar sekolah dan aktivitas pramuka siswa kelas XI IPS semester ganjil SMAN 1 Pagelaran tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Pagelaran berjumlah 99 siswa dengan sampel 99 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket, diolah dengan computer melalui program SPSS versi 16. Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan regresi linear sederhana, sedangkan hipotesis ketiga menggunakan regresi linear multiple.
