Research aims to understand the influence of system rewards, work environment and competence of the performance of them through satisfaction work.Population in research is employees fif the branch kotabumi 2018 which consisted of 97 employees.Methods used in research this is the method descriptive verifikatif with the approach ex-post-facto and survey.The data collection was done use kuisioner.Analysis data using path analysis.The results of the study showed ( 1 ) there was a correlation between system rewards with work environment, there was a correlation between system rewards with competence employees, there was a correlation between work environment with competence an employee ( 2 there is the influence of system rewards, work environment and competence employees in a joint against satisfaction work ( and 3 ) influence system rewards, work environment and competence employees in a joint against of employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem reward, Lingkungan Kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan FIF Cabang Kotabumi tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 97 karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex-post-facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Ada hubungan antara Sistem Reward dengan Lingkungan Kerja, Ada hubungan antara Sistem Reward dengan Kompetensi Karyawan, Ada hubungan antara Lingkungan Kerja dengan Kompetensi Karyawan (2) Ada pengaruh Sistem Reward, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompetensi Karyawan secara bersama terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (3) Ada pengaruh Sistem Reward, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompetensi Karyawan secara bersama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine differences in learning outcomes between the use of Ips Integrated NHT and ST models by taking into account the students' attitude to learning. Research using experimental methods with a comparative approach. The results showed: a)Results Integrated social studies students taught using learning model NHT higher than students who were taught using learning model ST.b)Results Integrated social studies students who have a positive attitude who are taught using models NHT higher than ST models.c)Results Integrated social studies students who have a negative attitude that is taught using a model of NHT higher than ST models.d)There is no interaction between the model of learning with students' attitudes toward learning.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar Ips Terpadu antara penggunaan model NHT dan ST dengan memperhatikan sikap siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: a)Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran ST.b)Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang memiliki sikap positif yang diajar menggunakan model NHT lebih tinggi dibandingkan model ST.c)Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT lebih tinggi dibandingkan model ST.d)Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran.Kata kunci: hasil belajar,NHT, ST, sikap siswa

This study aims to determine the effect of the utilization of facility in school and learning motivation toward learning outcomes of IPS Terpadu subject. The population are 329 students. The research is a sample study with a total of 177 people of 329 people in the research using the formula Cochran. Data collection techniques are using question form. The method in this research is associative with ex post facto and surveys approach. The first and the second hypothesis were tested by using simple linear regression. The third hypothesis is using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the results are: (1) there is an effect of the utilization of facility in school on learning outcomes toward IPS Terpadu, (2) there is an effect of the motivation toward learning outcomes of IPS Terpadu, (3) there is an effect of the utilization of facility in school and motivation toward learning outcomes of IPS Terpadu subject. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 329 siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian sampel dengan jumlah 177 orang sampel dari 329 orang yang dicari dengan menggunakan rumus Cochran. Metode penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (2) Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (3) Ada pengaruh pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. This research aimed to find out the comparison of students economics learning achivement who taught through Cooperative Learning Cycle and Think Pair Share models by concerning their motivation. This research used comparative method with experimental approach. The results showed: (1) there is a difference of students average scores who were taught through Cooperative Learning Cycle and Think Pair Share models,(2) the higher scores were achieved by the students who were taught through Cooperative Learning Cycle models who had high motivation in learning, (3) the lower scores were achieved by the students who were taught through Cooperative Learning Cycle who had low motivation in learning, and (4) there were interactions between the learning models, and students motivation in their economics achievements.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar ekonomi antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Learning Cycle dan Think Pair Share dengan memperhatikan minat belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle dengan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share,(2) Hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Learning Cyclelebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share bagi siswa yang memiliki minat belajar tinggi, (3) Hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model Think Pair Share bagi siswa yang memiliki minat belajar rendah, (4) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran, minat belajar pada hasil belajar ekonomi.Kata kunci: LC,minat,studi perbandinganhasil belajar ekonomi, TPS

This research’s goal is to know if there any influence of disciplinary learning, achievement motivation and attitudes of students towards teachers to economic studying result of first semester grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2Metro 2012/2013. To test the hypothesis first, second, and third using simple linear regression, while the fourth hypothesis using multiple linear regression.To test the first, second, and third hypothesis used simple linear regression and for the fourth hypothesis used multiple linear regression.The analysis result show that: (1) there is positive and significant influences of disciplinary learning to economic studying result (2) there is positive and significant influences of achievement motivation to economic studying result (3) there is positive and significant influences of the attitudesof students towards teachers to economic studying result (4) there is positive and significant influences of disciplinary learning, achievement motivation, and the attitude of studentstowards teachers to economic studying result.

Seeing the learning results which were not optimal, the change in the learning process which created an atmosphere of active learning and fun should be started to be applied in schools. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of cooperative learning, GI and the PBL if being associated with creative thinking abilities of the students in the Social Studies subjects. The method used was a quasi-experiment. The hypothesis testing used Two Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and t-test of two independent samples. The results showed that there was a significant difference in learning outcomes through the Social Studies for GI model and the type of PBL. There was also a significant interaction between learning model with creative thinking abilities of students.Melihat hasil belajar yang belum optimal, maka perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran yang menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif dan menyenangkan seharusnya mulai diterapkan disekolah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dan tipe PBL jika dikaitkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang dimiliki siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Metode yang digunakan eksperimen semu. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Analisis Varians Dua Jalan ( ANAVA ) dan T-test dua sampel independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukaan ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu melalui model pembelajaran GI dan tipe PBL dan ada interaksi yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, GI, KBK, PBL

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of motivation to learn use STAD Cooperative learning on learning outcomes Economy of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Pesisir Utara of the school year 2012/2013. The method used in this research is descriptive method of verification with ex post facto approach and survey. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed by computer through SPSS version 17. To test hipotesis using simple linear regresion. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results, that 1) There is the influence of the motivation to learn use STAD Cooperative learning on learning outcomes Economy Grade VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pesisir Utara Academic Year 2012/2013. 2) There is significant influence of the motivation to learn use STAD Cooperative learning on learning outcomes Economy Grade VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pesisir Utara Academic Year 2012/2013.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pesisir Utara tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pesisir Utara tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 dengan sampel sebanyak 48 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket, diolah dengan komputer melalui program SPSS versi 17. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan anallisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut. 1) Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pesisir Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. 2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pesisir Utara Tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.Kata kunci: hasil,motivasi, belajar, STAD.

The purposes of this research were to know the effect on the students motivation and the parents social economic status to the interest to continuing study to state university by considering the achievement of students in class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Labuhan. The method used in this research was descriptive research method approach verification ex post pasto. The data collection was done by structuring interviews and spreading questionnaires to 57 students consisting of 3 classes. Data were collected through questionnaires processed with SPSS. Based on the result that there is influence between learning motivation and socioeconomic status of parent to interest to continue study to state university by considering student achievement in class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Labuhan in the academic year 2016/2017.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan status soosial ekonomi orangtua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi dengan mempertimbangkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Labuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terstuktur dan menyebar angket kepada 57 siswa yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh antara motivasi belajar dan status social ekonomi orangtua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi negeri dengan mempertimbangkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Labuhan Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata kunci: minat, motivasi, status, prestasi

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of customer delight and sales promotion on buying decision through customer loyalty at Fitrinofane Swalayan Kedaton Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research was descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study were 494 customers. The samples were 83 customers of Fitrinofane Swalayan Kedaton and sampling technique is non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The collected was processed by path analysis. The result of analysis shows that there is influence of customer delight and sales promotion on buying decision through customer loyalty at Fitrinofane Swalayan Kedaton Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesenangan konsumen, dan promosi penjualan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui loyalitas konsumen pada Fitrinofane Swalayan Kedaton Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 494 konsumen. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 83 konsumen dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling.Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kesenangan konsumen, dan promosi penjualan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui loyalitas konsumen pada Fitrinofane Swalayan Kedaton Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci : kesenangan konsumen, promosi penjualan, loyalitas konsumen dan keputusan pembelian.

This study aimed to determine the effect of teachers' attitudes toward and discipline learning to learning outcomes of financial accounting students at class X Accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro Academic Year 2012/2013. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and surveys. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effectt on teacher attitudes towards to learning outcomes of financial accounting students at class X Accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro Academic Year 2012/2013. (2) There is a positive and significant effect on discipline learning to learning outcomes of financial financial accounting students at class X Accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro Academic Year 2012/2013. (3) There is a positive and significant effect on teachers' attitudes toward and discipline learning to learning outcomes of financial accounting students at class X Accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro Academic Year 2012/2013.
