Abstract

Banyak masalah yang dihadapi guru di sekolah dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering kali terjadi adalah berkaitan dengan kondisi raw-input atau siswa yang dalam konteks ini adalah anak-anak yang mengaami kesulitan belajar (ABB). Kajian ini dibuat dengan maksud untuk memberikan jawaban atas permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dan seringkali muncul di sekolah, yaitu model layanan pendidikan untuk anak-anak kesulitan belajar.Kesulitan belajar adalah suatu kondisi dimana kompetensi atau prestasi yang dicapai tidak sesuai dengan kriteria stsndar yang telah ditetapkan. Kondisi yang demikian umumnya disebabkan oleh faktor biologis/fisiologis, terutama berkenaan dengan kelainan fungsi otak dan lazim disebut sebagai kesulitan belajar spesifik, serta faktor psikologis, yaitu kesulitan belajar yang berkenaan dengan rendahnya motivasi dan minat belajar siswa.Anak-anak yang mengalami kesulitan belajar, baik secara umum ataupun khusus memerlukan pelayanan khusus dalam proses pembelajarannya di sekolah. Mereka membutuhkan bimbingan dan program yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajarnya. Bimbingan khusus akan sangat membantu dalam penyelesaian permasalahan belajar siswa yang disebabkan oleh faktor psikologis. sedangkan anak-anak dengan kesulitan belajar spesifik membutuhkan program khusus yang berupa remidi dan program pembelajaran individual

Abstract

Kondisi tidak berfungsinya organ pendengaran secara nOfmal pada aDaktunarungu, menyebabkan kurang atau tida,k mampu mengadakan komunikasidengan sesama dan atan dengan lingkungannya.Dalam kondisi yang semacam ito, berbagai upaya dilakukan dalam rangkamengantarkan aDak-aDak tunarungu menuju ke.arah kehidupan yang wajar. Upayauntuk memenuhi tuntutan ito adalah pengembangan komunikasi bagi aDak-aDaktunaTungu melalui pendekatan Komunikasi Total. Dengan pendekatan inictiharapkan aDak tunaruogu dapat mengernbangkan dirinya seoptimal mungkindalam berkomunikasi.Komunikasi total melibatkan berbagai spektrum berbahasa yang meliputi;gerak-gerik (gestures), bahasa isyarat {sign language}, berbicara, membaca ujaran,membaca, menulis serta pemanfaatan sisa pendengaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara denganmenggunakan media wayang pada anak tunarungu kelas TKLB di SLB Negeri 1 Kulon Progo.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini menggunakan modelpenelitian dari Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek dalampenelitian ini adalah 5 orang siswa tunarungu kelas TKLB di SLB Negeri 1 Kulon Progo. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yangdigunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanyapeningkatan pada keberanian berbicara, kejelasan anak dalam mengucapkan kata atau kalimat,kemampuan pengembangan kosakata, pembentukan kalimat, kelancaran berbicara, sertakeaktifan anak dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Proses pelaksanaan dilakukan denganguru menunjukkan media wayang disertai penjelasan, dilanjutkan dengan pertanyaan tentangbinatang yang terdapat pada media wayang. Selanjutnya anak diminta untuk berbicara danmengungkapkan gagasannya. Peningkatan kemampuan berbicara dibuktikan dari adanyapeningkatan nilai subjek. NA dengan nilai awal 46,67 meningkat menjadi 60,5 (siklus I) dan 85(siklus II). ND dengan nilai awal 36,67 meningkat menjadi 50 (siklus I) dan 76,66 (siklus II). TSdengan nilai awal 50 meningkat menjadi 63,17 (siklus I) dan 85 (siklus II). RE dengan nilai awal46,67 meningkat menjadi 61 (siklus I) dan 85 (siklus II). AD dengan nilai awal 40 meningkatmenjadi 51,67 (siklus I) dan 80 (siklus II). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapatdisimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media wayang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara padaanak tunarungu kelas TKLB di SLB Negeri 1 Kulon Progo.

Abstract

The background of this study was the students’ less adequate cognitive abilities.. This study was a quantitative research on the students’ cognitive abilitiesat garde V SDN Kebaharan 1 Kota Serang in the odd semester of the academic year 2020/2021. The methodof this study was a nonequivalent control group design, on the complete sentence learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences of the students’ cognitive learning outcomes after implementing the complete sentence learning model in social science (IPS) subject for grade V. The material was about theme 1: animals and humans organs of motion, subtheme 3: the environment and its benefits, learning 4 at SDN Kebaharan 1 Serang City. The method of this study was a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique was carried out by using a purposive sampling technique. The samples were 30 students at VA class as the control class and 30 students at VB as the experimental class. The results of the data calculation obtained from the students’ post-test, it was found that the students in the experimental class and the control class possessed different cognitive abilities. The average test score for the experimental class was 79.7 and the average test score for the control class was 71.9. From this result, it can be concluded that complete sentence model is better than the concept sentence model because the complete sentence model involves students in groups to discuss the right key answer to complete the incomplete paragraphs. The results and discussion of this study revealed that the complete sentence learning model can be used for social science learning since it can increase students' cognitive abilities in a social science subject.

Abstract

Media development in each subject is different, because each lesson has a characteristic and different learning objectives. Based on the differences in these characteristics, preferably in developing the media, referring to the teaching approaches used. One approach to learning that is being developed at this time, which is assumed the student-centered scientific approach. In this study using the methods of research and development (R & D) were conducted with six stages: preliminary studies, product planning, product development, validation, testing, and refinement. The manufacturing is done for three meetings: the first meeting of load on the development of Indonesia, the second meeting of load on the development of the province and the third meeting of load on the development of marine areas. Each meeting, made in each of the different slides.Keywords: media development, characteristics, scientific approach, research and development, making the media.

Abstract

Construction and its concrete scaffolding is a temporary construction (construction support in concrete construction), due to the cost required is quite large, approximately 1/3 of the total cost of the concrete construction, it is based on the analysis of unit price work (SNI 03-7394-2008), therefore it needs to be examined in order to reduce the cost of its construction and for the cost efficiency in the construction of storey buildings. This research conducted assessments of the selection of scaffold materials for the manufacture of concrete construction, the objective is to select the best type of scaffold material thus it would be able to reduce the cost of the buildings construction. By using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the assessment was conducted on the three alternative types of scaffold materials of concrete, these materials were the bamboo, the wood, and the iron / pipe galvasnis (scaffolding). The result of the calculation by the alternative assesment, is that the higher rank is the scaffolding which is 0,531, while the bamboois in the second with the total score 0,301 and the wood is the lowest with the total score 0,168. It can be assumed that the result of this research on the basis of five criteria, namely: the cost; the strenght and the durability;the effectiveness of the instalation and dismantling; the security and the safety work, as well as its impact on the invironment that the scaffolding is the best alternative chioce of the materials.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of using e-learning tools on students achievement in learning who are majoring in accounting at Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. This research uses quantitave research approach with the type of case study. The data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to all respondents. The population in this study is all students who are majoring in accounting at Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. The sampling technique used in this study is Judment sampling. The number of questionnaires that have been analyzed are 33 questionnaires. Testing the effect of independent variable on the dependent variable was done by using simple linear regression model with SPSS. The result of this study indicates that the use of e-learning has a positive effect on students achievement in learning who are majoring in accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) and the role of school committee on the fraud prevention of management of school operational funds (BOS). The population of this research were headmaster, vice principal, and BOS treasurer of 19 Junior High Schools in Banda Aceh with the total 57 respondents. The research was conducted by using census method. The data source in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires to the respondents. The testing of the influences of independent variables toward dependent variable was done by using multiple linear regressions model. The results of this research show that both partially  simultaneously,  Government  Internal  Control  System  (SPIP)  and  the  role  of  school  comittee  are significantly influential to the fraud prevention of management of school operational funds (BOS) of Junior High Schools in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the implementation of accounting information system, internal control system, and human resources competency to the quality of financial reports of working units (SKPD) in the Government of Banda Aceh. The population of this study are all the working units (SKPD) in the environment of Government of Banda Aceh (39 SKPD) with 2 respondents from every working unit for a total of 78 respondents. The data and informations needed for this research are collected by conducting field research. The data used in this research is primary data and data collection is done directly by using questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research are either simultaneously or partially support the hypothesis that the implementation of accounting information system, internal control system, and human resources competency affect the financial reports of working units (SKPD) in the Government of Banda Aceh

Abstract

This study aims to look at how the company PDAM Tirta Daroy as Regional Owned Enterprises (enterprises) are enabled to provide services and the provision and management of water in the city of Banda Aceh using the Balance Scorecard. Intended use of the Balanced Scorecard method is to measure the performance of companies based on four perspectives: Financial Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective, Customer Perspective, and Perspective Growth and Learning. As long as the company has only used performance measurement based on financial and operational aspects only. The data used in this research is secondary data and primary data. Secondary data is data obtained documentation from the company. Primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire Spread to customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction, and interviews with management. From the results of measurements that have been made known that the performance of PDAM Tirta Daroy overall is quite good, it is shown by the value Scorecard resulting from any perspective. From the results of measurements that have been made known that the performance of PDAM Tirta Daroy overall is quite good, it is shown by the value Scorecard resulting from any perspective. Accurate performance measurement results are very important for management, both at the planning, decision-making and control, as well as in realizing the vision and mission of the company
