Abstract

A tourist in determining the purpose of his tour, must be based on several criteria that are used as a determining factor in choosing. These criteria are taken into consideration by tourists in determining which tourist attractions will be chosen. Thus this study aims to assist tourists in choosing tourist attractions in North Sumatra based on the desired criteria and / or provide information to tourists about the best tourist attractions in North Sumatra in accordance with the desired criteria. The Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realita (ELECTRE) method which is a system that uses a multicriter decision making method based on the outranking concept by using a pairwise comparison of alternatives based on each appropriate criterion. This research resulted in a recommendation for natural tourist attractions in North Sumatra, namely Teluk Dalam tourism in the Nias Islands.

Abstract

The current large image storage capacity is increasingly important. This need, caused by the image to be stored more and more. Digital image processing in the field of image decomposition can be a solution to minimize memory needs in representing digital images. In this case the ratio in the decomposition process becomes the reference comparison between the decomposed image with the original image. In this research decomposition process using DWT algorithm. The image decomposition based discrete wavelet transform using the calculation system with the decomposition with the direction of the row and decomposition with the direction of the column. The decomposition process uses a leveling and subtraction formula by calculating the average value of two pairs of data. The results of this study indicate that the decomposition of digital images based on discrete wavelet transform is expected to be one useful algorithm in imaging technology for digital image decomposition. Keywords: digital image, decomposition, discrete wavelet transform

Abstract

These days, computer technology has been a great need to us humans, especially in medical experts, which evaluated to adopt humans’ ability and knowledge to the computers. So that the computer is capable of solving problems like what an expert is capable of doing. The main purpose of developing the expert system is to substitute all kinds of humans’ knowledge to the technology that it can be useful to the public to solve some specific problems. The application of the expert system made with programming language based on PHP web and MySQL as the database. The method used is Forward Chaining. Expert system can mainly be used to diagnose diseases such as tuberculosis using Bayes method that can diagnose and identify the tuberculosis according to its symptoms.

Abstract

Kertas pada umum merupakan bahan yang tipis dan rata yang biasanya terbuat dari kayu dengan kadar serat selulosa 39%. Maka dapat diprediksikan bahwa akan terjadi eksploitasi hutan secara besar-besaran yang dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya kestabilan lingkungan sehingga perlu mendapat perhatian khusus dan mencari alternatif dengan bahan lain. Bahan alternatif yang dapat digunakan antara lain jerami, ampas tebu, merang ,pelepah pohon pisang, batang keladi, batang genjer. Pada pembuatan kertas, penambahan larutan NaOH atau CaO, berfungsi untuk melarutkan lignin saat proses pembuburan (pulping) sehingga mempercepat proses pemisahan dan pemutusan serat. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1). Untuk mengetahui ketahanan tarik dan ketahanan sobek kertas dari batang genjer melalui Chemical Pulping (proses Kimia) dengan menggunakan NaOH dan CaO yang berbeda.2). Untuk mengetahui uji sensoris kertas dari Batang Genjer dan batang keladi melalui Chemical Pulping (proses Kimia) dengan menggunakan NaOH dan CaO.Penelitian dilakukan di Lab. Biologi Prodi Biologi UINSU Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Parameter yang di ukur: Uji Ketahanan Tarik dan Uji Ketahanan Sobekdengan menggunakan Micrometer dan program Universal Testing Machine serta Pengujian Sensoris menggunakan panelis sebanyak 20 orang. ketahanan tarik paling tinggi pada perlakuan J1A1 (Bahan kimia NaOH 15% dan Batang Genjer 50% : Batang Keladi 50%)dengan rata-rata ketahanan 2.3531 N, diikuti dengan J1A2 (2.2732 N), J2A1 (2.1591 N), J2A2 (1.0875 N), J1A3 (0.9657 N), J2A3 (0.7433 N). ketahanan sobek paling tinggi pada perlakuan J1A1 (Bahan kimia NaOH 15% dan Bulu ayam 50% : Kulit Kacang 50%)dengan rata-rata ketahanan 9.2773 N, diikuti dengan J1A2 (6.9535 N), J1A3 (3.9324N), J2A1 (3.4954 N), J2A2 (1.9079 N), J2A3 (1.6277 N).Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan adanya perbedaan ketahanan tarik, ketahanan sobek, maupun hasil uji organoleptik kertas dari batang Genjer dan Batang keladi Melalui Chemical Pulping (proses Kimia) Dengan Menggunakan NaOH dan CaO

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kombinasi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan tomat dan (2) urutan terbaik media tanam kombinasi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan tomat. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 perlakuan, yaitu: Perlakuan A, 100% tanah, Perlakuan B, kombinasi 25% media tanam dan 75% tanah, Perlakuan C, kombinasi 50% media tanam dan 50 % tanah dan Perlakuan D, kombinasi 75 media tanam dan 25% tanah. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis data Analisis Varians (ANAVA) kemudian data yang berpengaruh nyata akan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut post hoc Duncan pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pertumbuhan tanaman tomat yang dilihat berdasarkan tinggi batang, panjang daun, dan lebar daun. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa Terdapat pengaruh kombinasi media tanam dari minggu I sampai minggu IV.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application and effectiveness of schoology learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic on biology learning outcomes at MTS Al-Wasliyah Tembung. This research is a qualitative research using case study method. The subjects of this study were the vice principal, teachers of science studies, and 85 students of class IX science at MTS Al-Wasliyah Tembung. The instrument used to collect data was by interviewing the vice principal and biology teachers. While the students used a questionnaire for class IX science students as many as 15 items and the results of learning biology on genetic material. Based on the results of this study, it was found from interview data, questionnaires and grades obtained by students in science subjects, especially in genetic material, which was above the KKM with a value of 70, where class IX-3 consisted of 40 students with an average value of 75.75 and class IX-3 IX-5, which consists of 45 students with an average score of 77.22 and the effectiveness of the use of schoology conducted by MTS Al-Wasliyah Tembung during the covid-19 pandemic is 72% and has been running effectively. While the inhibiting factor for learning schoology during the covid-19 pandemic was because students did not have android phones which had an impact on students' delays in joining classes. In addition, the internet network and data packages are also a problem for students at MTS Al-Wasliyah Tembung.

Abstract

Masalah umum dialami siswa ialah peserta didik sering mengalami kebosanan ketika dalam pengerjaan UKBM saat proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan didalam kelas, jadi kurangnya kreativitas siswa untuk memahami dan menyelesaikan materi karena kurangnya penggunaan model pembelajaran dan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam hal keterampilan berpikir kreatif yang dapat menginspirasi siswa melakukan kegiatan ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning berbantuan Fishbone untuk materi biologi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan menentukan tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dari Maret hingga Mei 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen pada nonequivalent control group design, instrumen tes berupa pretest posttest dan Non Tes seperti angket. Penelitian ini memiliki sampel kelas XI MIA 1 dan XI MIA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Rata-rata hasil posttest eksperimen 81,5 dan rata-rata posttest kontrol 58,2. Hasil angket kemampuan berpikir kreatif responden mendapatkan total skor 1289 dari indikator dan persentase tanggapan responden 88%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adanya pengaruh pada model Problem Based Learning berbantuan fishbone pada materi biologi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dan tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada kelas eksperimen dikategorikan kreatif.

Abstract

It requires media innovation in appropriate learning to assist students in comprehending the subject taught so that the intended learning outcomes can be achieved. It motivates schools and teachers to innovate in education relatively quickly. The study aimed to determine the responses and appropriateness of material and media experts as well as teachers and students to the Quizizz media for learning the developed Digestive System teaching materials. The study was conducted using the research and development (R&D). The participants in this study and the content used was on the Digestive System. With a score of 96%, the study concluded that the material experts to the Quizizz media in online learning of digestive system teaching materials for XI class met the very good category. The media experts indicated that the developed learning media met 94.5% for being highly usable. The percentage of teachers who responded to the used media was 94.4%, while students' responses to the use of Quizziz were very good, reaching 91.5%.

Abstract

The project based learning (PJBL) model is defined as an innovative model that is critically multistrategic basically for understudy progress in creating current 21 century abilities. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of student learning outcomes on mushroom material by applying an entrepreneurship-based learning model (PJBL) first grade (X class) of Senior High School SMA Negeri 1 Aek Songsongan for the 2021/2022 academic year. Type of research with quantitative by True-ekperimental with the from of pre-test post-test control group design. Review test comprised of experimental class X MIA3 and control class X MIA4  selected by cluster random sampling. The research instrument uses diagnostic tests through multiple choice tests and student response questionnaires. Data analysis methods utilizing the assistance of IBM SPSS 24 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The calculation of the hypothesis test results, based on the significance level of α= 0.05 obtained a tcount 6,830 and a ttable value of 1,669. Cause tcount > ttabel, then H0 is dismissed and Ha is acknowledged. Then it can be interpreted by this, is a significant influence of the entrepreneurship based project based learning (PJBL) learning model on the learning outcomes of class X students on Mushroom material. With a typical score got by the control class of 45.15 and experimental class of 62.52 with the achievement of the maximum score of the control class 60 and the experimental class 83.
