Abstract

The misconception is an error in understanding a concept. Where this misconception shows that there is a difference in the meaning that students understand about a concept that is different from scientific concepts. This study aims to examine the level of misconceptions in the material of the human reproductive system second class-XI of the Senior High School MAN Pematangsiantar which was conducted on April 13-21. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with diagnostic tests in the form of multiple-choice tests with a combination of Certainty of Response Index and interviews as research instruments by testing to 92 students as samples. The results of this study found that in the reproductive system material, students understand concepts by 54.3%, for misconceptions by 33.9% and for not understand concepts by 11.9%. The highest concept understanding is in the reproductive system disorders material, which is 94.5%, the highest misconception is in the Reproductive System Disorders material at 80.4%, and the highest concept is not understanding the hormone material in menstruation at 25%. Misconceptions that occur due to several things such as lack of learning duration, lack of student interest, boring media and teaching materials, bad study habits. This is the cause of misconceptions at Senior High School of MAN Pematangsiantar so that the overall average is 33.9% which is included in the category of moderate misconceptions. Keywords: CRI, Don't Understand Concepts, Misconception, Human Reproductive System, Understand Concepts

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. However, they continue to face significant challenges in financial management. Key issues include a lack of financial literacy, manual record-keeping prone to errors, limited access to formal financial services, and minimal adoption of digital technology. These obstacles often lead to operational inefficiencies, data-less decision-making, and low market competitiveness. Digital financial solutions emerge as innovative tools to address these challenges. By leveraging digital technology, MSMEs can enhance operational efficiency, accelerate transactions, support strategic decision-making, and improve access to formal financial services. This article explores various benefits of digital financial solutions, ranging from financial transparency and cost savings to the potential for significantly increasing profitability. Additionally, the article presents practical and relevant digitalization strategies for MSMEs, including step-by-step adoption approaches and case studies of successful MSMEs that have embraced technology. Through the use of illustrations such as graphics, flowcharts, and real-world examples, this article aims to provide actionable and inspiring insights for MSME players in optimizing digital finance. By doing so, MSMEs can achieve sustainable business practices and improve competitiveness in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic significance of innovation and product diversification in enhancing profit growth for MSMEs in the pottery craft sector in Indonesia. The research employs a literature review approach, with a focus on the adaptation of contemporary designs, the use of material combinations, and the expansion of product functions. These strategies enable MSME actors to reach broader market segments, increase selling prices, and create significant economic value. The study indicates a direct correlation between innovation and key financial indicators, including return on investment (ROI), net profit margin, and sales volume. Moreover, the diversification of products has been shown to enhance business resilience in the face of market fluctuations, thereby generating opportunities in the domains of decoration, tourism, and sustainable lifestyles. This study underscores the significance of a collaborative ecosystem comprising designers, government entities, and digital platforms to systematically support the innovation process. The adoption of an integrated innovation approach by pottery MSMEs has the potential to catalyze their transformation into a creative sector that is characterized by competitiveness, adaptability, and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using wordwall interactive board-based media on student learning outcomes in the subject of classification of living things. The study used a quasi-experimental design with two groups, namely an experimental class that used interactive wordwall media and a control class that applied conventional learning methods. The research subjects consisted of 64 students who were divided evenly into two classes, 32 students in each class. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test administered at the pretest and post-test stages. The data were analyzed using an independent t-test after fulfilling the assumptions of normality and homogeneity. The results showed that the average post-test score of the experimental class (86.67) was higher than that of the control class (71.67). The independent t-test produced a t-value of 6.073 with a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the two groups. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of interactive wordwall media contributes positively to improving student learning outcomes.
