Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of an integrated Service quality, corporate image of the Purchase intentions. Respondents were used as samples in this study were 200 consumers SME bike shop. Purposive sampling technique using sampling and methods of data analysis using SEM technique. The results found that (1) the positive effect of the Corporate Service quality image, Purchase intentions, (2) thepositive effect of corporate image on Purchase Intention, and (3) Corporate imagemerupakan mediator in the relationship between the Service qualitydengan Purchase intentions.Penelitian further recommended to add the variable of Corporate social Responsibility / CSR as a factor affecting Purchase intention.Keyword: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Purchase Intentions, Small andMedium Enterprises / SME‘s

Abstract

Abstract.The purpose of carrying out this research is to analyze the stimulus andconsequence of Relationship commitment and Customer engagement. Moreover, integratedlybe able to analyze the effect of Trust, Relationship commitment, Customer engagementtowards Repurchase intention on 200 respondents of AKAP Bus user who uses the interprovincebus services minimum 2 in the past 6 months using Purposive Sampling technique,and analyzing method using Structural Equation Model technique. The result of the researchfinds:(1) Positive effect of Cognitive trust, Affective trust towards Relationship commitment,Customer engagement, Repurchase intention; (2) Positive effect of Relationshipcommitment, Customer engagement towards Repurchase intention; (3) Relationshipcommitment, Customer engagement is seen as the mediator in relationship among Cognitivetrust, Affective trust and Repurchase intention; (4) Affective trust is the biggest stimuluseffecting Relationship commitment, Customer engagement; and(5) Repurchase intention isthe consequence of Relationship commitment and Customer engagement, however, Customerengagement has bigger effect on Repurchase intention. On future research, it is advisable toadd Service quality and Customer satisfaction variables as stimulus of Relationshipcommitment and Customer engagement.Keywords: Cognitive trust, Affective trust, Relationship commitment, Customer engagement,Repurchase intention

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi Swasta/PTS masih dihadapkan pada persaingan antar Perguruan Tinggi untuk meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing variabel e-service quality, e-satisfation, positive Word of Mouth/WoM, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Data dikumpulkan dari 200 mahasiswa yang berasal dari empat PTS terbaik di Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Depok), dan diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equaltion Modeling/SEM. Dari hasil olah data, seluruh hipotesis yang diuji dapat diterima, dan penelitian menemukan bahwa untuk mendorong positive WoM, PTS harus peka terhadap penciptaan kepuasan mahasiswanya. Positive WoM dapat menjadi alat promosi perikalanan yang efektif bagi PTS untuk mendapatkan calon mahasiswa baru melalui rekomendasi mahasiswa yang ada. Disamping itu, untuk meningkatkan e-customer satisfaction, PTS dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan service quality yang dihantarkannya melalui service online.

Abstract

This research aims is to understand influence of leadership style, compensation and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention. There are three independent variables and one dependent variable, namely leadership style, compensation and organizational commitment as the independent variables and turnover intention as dependent variable. The object of this research is employer who works at PT NP international located in Jakarta. This research was done to 35 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and saturated sample technique. Thus, data analysis is conducted by using multiple linier regression and is processing by using SPSS program version 23. The results of this research shows that leadership style and organizational commitment have a negative and significance influence towards turnover intention, and compensation has a positive and significance influence towards turnover intention

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of leadership styles, work motivation and discipline onperformance of employees at Mandiri Bank Branch Jakarta Kota. As for the methods used in thisstudy using the method of quantitative research. And the samples used in this study as many as 40employees. This research uses the sampling method is saturated, whereas the methods of analysisused was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership style, workmotivation and discipline significant effect on performance of the employees. the leadership styleeffect positively on performance of the employees. The motivation of working in a positive effect onperformance of the employees. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan aset, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan bunga waktu yang diperoleh terhadap struktur modal perusahaan. Populasi penelitian perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada 2009-2011 manufaktur. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut, 43 perusahaan memperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ukuran perusahaan, struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan aset secara signifikan mempengaruhi struktur modal, sedangkan variabel lain pertumbuhan dan waktu yaitu penjualan bunga yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Ukuran perusahaan, struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan aset, pertumbuhan penjualan dan minat waktu yang diperoleh atas secara bersamaan juga terbukti mempengaruhi Struktur Modal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational culture on turnover intention. The object of this study are employees of the company PT HadicoPersada with businesses engaged in outsourcing, located in Central Jakarta. This study was conducted on 47 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. These results indicate that partially, the variable compensation has a negative and significant impact on the variable turnover intention. Variable organizational culture has a significant negative effect on the variable turnover intention.

Abstract

Airline industries are currently faced with challenges to satisfy consumers in order to improve organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality, corporate image, price fairness, and airline safety as a stimulus of customer satisfaction and its impact on brand loyalty. Samples data of 350 Low Cost Carrier/LCC passengers in Indonesia were collected and purposive sampling technique was used to analyze the developed hypothesis. Further data is processed with Structural Equation Modeling technique. The results of the study found that the stimulus of customer satisfaction of LCC is service quality, corporate image, price fairness, and airline safety. Furthermore, customer satisfaction will provide consequences for airline brand loyalty. The study also found that corporate image is the strongest factor affecting customer satisfaction. For further research, it is suggested to add customer value as a stimulus of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the partial effect of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty on purchase decision in Betadine mouthwash. Two hundred samples are collected from the user and prospective user in Jakarta. the analytichal method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression. The result are (a) the partial effect of brand awareness, brand associaton, brand loyalty are positive and significant to purchase decision but not significant by perceived quality. (b) the highest correlation is achieved by brand awareness. Brand awareness was successfull formed by brand recognation as foundation but then it was stagnant on brand recall even less on top of mind. (c) purchase decision indicators has showed that consumer position is not ready in purchase decision and even less in re-purchase.
