Abstract

Brand image is a strategy that is widely utilized by companies to win the competition. To identify the factors that influence the brand image of online store, empirical study was conducted to analyze the direct influence of electronic customer satisfaction, electronic word of mouth toward the brand image of online store, and to analyze the indirect effect of electronic customer satisfaction toward the brand image of online store through electronic word of mouth. Data were collected from 200 online store consumers and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling method. From the results of processing data to test the proposed hypothesis, it is known that to improve the brand image of online stores, the online store manager should focus on how to boost the number of consumers who will provide reviews about online stores or push electronic word of mouth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine or analyze the influence of cultural, social, and personal characteristics of the product purchase decision Blackberry smartphone brand in S1 Faculty of Economics and Business UMB. The method used in this research is the method of sampling is not random, and the sample selection technique used in this study was not a random sample selection technique convenient. This study uses primary data is to spread the questionnaire on student / student of the Faculty of Economics and Business UMB generation 2012. The results of the data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence and variables: the cultural, social, and personal characteristics either partially or simultaneous to the Blackberry brand smartphone purchase decision. Test results F = 321.204, and (R2) = 95.1% of the three independent variables were examined turns cultural variables is the most dominant variable in influencing purchase decisions smartphone Blackberry brand.

Abstract

Objectives: The phenomenon in this study is that the skills possessed by employees are still not optimal, as well as the lack of knowledge of banking products that must be mastered by front liners, especially in the teller department so that the impact on not achieving predetermined business targets. The existence of complaints recorded through the call center or submitted directly to the branch office indicates that the level of customer satisfaction has not been optimally achieved. The purpose of this research is to find out the significance of the influence of organizational culture, sharing knowledge, as well as the intention to share competencies through organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT BCA South Tangerang Region.Methodology: In this study, the population of this study is permanent employees and the number of samples used is 99 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The method of data analysis is using the PLS program.Finding: In this study, it is found that to increase organizational competence as a whole, intention to share, knowledge sharing, and organizational culture are needed. To increase customer satisfaction with bank service, it is also necessary to have a good commitment from employees to the organization. Conclusion: For further research, it is suggested to examine other private banks that face the same problem which may produce different findings; conduct research on relatively similar objects, such as leasing which also faces the same problem, and add the concept of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivation, engagement, work stress, and others for further research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Frontliner, pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Frontliner. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Frontliner PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Area Tangerang Bintaro yang berjumlah 50 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Data yang diambil merupakan kuesioner terhadap karyawan Frontliner PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Area Tangerang Bintaro. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Frontliner, variabel komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Frontliner PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Area Tangerang Bintaro.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of perceived ease of use, perceived risk and E-WOM on trust and purchase intention, and also to determine the indirect effect of perceived ease of use, perceived risk and E-WOM on purchase intention which is mediated by trust. The population in this study were all shopee users in West Jakarta with a sample of 260 respondents. The method used in this research was quantitative analysis with SEM analysis assisted with SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The results of this study indicated that perceived ease of use had no significant effect on trust, perceived risk had no significant effect on trust, E-WOM had a positive and significant effect on trust, perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, perceived risk did not have significant effect on purchase intention, E-WOM had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, trust had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, thus trust could not mediate the effect of perceived ease of use on purchase intention, trust could not mediate the effect of perceived risk on purchase intention, and trust could mediate the effect of E-WOM on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Purchase Decision at the Wuling Car Showroom in Fatmawati, South Jakarta. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS 4.0. The population is the Jakarta community, which has a minimum income of Rp. 4,000,000 with a sample of 135 respondents. The sampling technique used was Pourposive Sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Promotion has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions and Price has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Marketing, Brand Image dan Service Quality terhadap Keputusan Menginap di Greenhost Boutique Prawirotaman, Yogyakarta.Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah menginap di Greenhost Boutique Prawirotaman,Yogyakarta yaitu masyarakat DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 responden.Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Purposive sampling dengan rumus Hair. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan SEM PLS. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors which affect on purchase decision of fake (non-genuine) Nike sports shoes. Data analysis generally confirms the structural relationship of all variables, namely price and country of origin on brand image and its impact on purchase decision for fake (non-genuine) Nike shoes. This research was conducted on Gold's Gym consumers in the city area of ??West Jakarta with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing used Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.2.9. The results show that all hypotheses can be accepted, except for the third hypothesis, which indicates that the country of origin does not effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study
