Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies, namely as the main support for building the foundation of the research being conducted. The data used in this article are primary data that researchers obtained from Muhammadiyah Hospitals spread throughout Indonesia as many as Five Hundred people. The data were collected through an online questionnaire containing 5 statements: strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. The data used were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Work Innovation variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.003. In line with the first hypothesis above, the next row also shows results that are in line with the hypothesis proposed by the researcher, namely that the Participative Leadership variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Innovation variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000. This is because participatory leadership can increase employee motivation and enthusiasm in working, making employees more innovative and their performance also increases. Abstract

This study explores a growing challenge in education Generation Z students who exhibit academic buoyancy without demonstrating responsibility or acknowledging academic shortcomings. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, the research uncovers a prevalent “Not My Fault” mindset: students maintain confidence and motivation despite academic underperformance while externalizing blame and lacking self-awareness. The findings reveal that peer influence, digital culture, and a surface-level academic environment contribute to the illusion of resilience. These students often equate confidence with competence, masking deeper issues of disengagement and poor self-regulation. The study also highlights the role of educational culture in reinforcing passive learning attitudes, where critical thinking and self-reflection are rarely emphasized. This paradox presents an emerging and urgent challenge for educators: how to develop future-ready learners who are not only confident, but also critically aware and accountable for their growth. The insights from this research can inform the design of more adaptive, values-based educational strategies to support both emotional development and authentic academic progress.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral interventions in developing academic buoyancy among students, defined as their capacity to overcome daily academic challenges such as stress, time pressure, and minor failures. Using a meta-analytic approach, the research synthesizes findings from 15 independent studies involving 4,509 participants across diverse educational contexts, including the United States, Canada, Iran, and the United Kingdom. The random effects model revealed a significant positive correlation between mindfulness interventions and academic buoyancy, with a high effect size. The findings underscore the potential of mindfulness integrated with cognitive behavioral therapy to enhance students' resilience by reducing stress and improving executive functions such as emotional regulation, attention, and decision-making. Despite its demonstrated effectiveness, heterogeneity in study designs, intervention durations, and measurement tools suggests the need for further research to refine and standardize these interventions. This study provides evidence-based insights for educators and counselors aiming to integrate mindfulness practices into academic settings, contributing to the broader discourse on mental health and educational resilience.

Abstract

Many teenagers carry out dangerous attitudes that interfere with their growth and development such as free sex, smoking, getting drunk, and so on. Society, especially parents, has a responsibility in dealing with the attitudes of adolescents. But not all people have good knowledge personally, and interpersonally in providing support and reactions to deviant attitudes. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative research methods. Information collection methods were used through interviews, observations, surveys, and focus group discussions, with several elements of society from adolescents at risk, parents in general, and community leaders. The results showed that community knowledge is still weak both personally and interpersonally. Therefore, an assessment of the need for socialization planning involving the community was conducted. Then jointly carry out the implementation of socialization for adolescents with counseling on children's rights, social and assertive skills, helping skills, the formation of Children's Forums, and optimization of Children's Reading Parks. For parents, socialization on child protection and good parenting is conducted. Organizational strengthening is seen in the development of a network with the Bandar Lampung City Family Learning Center. The evaluation showed an increase in the empowerment of adolescents, parents, and organizations

Abstract

Development strategies using top-down approaches have an impact on: First, the loss of public confidence in the government. Second, it does not provide opportunities and opportunities for the community to participate in development programs. Third, low public participation in maintaining the results of development.  To that end, the development approach that is offered is a buttam up approach, that is development by utilizing the resources and local wisdom or known as community empowerment. Parties who have competence in building awareness of their potential, motivate, and guide the community in developing the existing potential is the Facilitator or Village Assistant. The problem is that the Facilitator or Village Assistant has been appointed by the government, but the level of community participation in development is relatively low. Therefore, it should be questioned about the role of village facilitators or facilitators in community empowerment, and on the competencies of village facilitators or facilitators. To answer the research questions the researchers determined a sample of 374 pupulations with snow ball sampling technique using interview method, observation, and documentation in data collection. The data that have been collected will be analyzed by analytical content method then using inductive and deductive thinking method in taking conclusion. The results show that Mulang Maya Village Assistant only performs mentoring role and technical facilitation role which is administrative characteristic, such as facilitation and facilitation in arrangement of work program, preparation of financial accountability report, and supervision of physical construction implementation (inprastruktrur). Efforts to melt away with the community, provide motivation, and utilization of human resources in addition to village government apparatus, the use of natural resources, and social resources has not been done. Meanwhile, the competence of facilitators or village facilitators, such as general competence, core competencies, and core competencies supported by academic and social capacities are not sufficient. The Facilitator or Assistant of Mulang Maya Village has a high school academic capacity and technical administration experience
