Abstract

BUMDes is a rural-based business organization managed by the local government. One of the businesses managed by them is the livestock business. The pandemic of Covid-19 affects the uncertainties of marketing, including the livestock sector. To avoid failing, an innovative and effective marketing effort needs to be expanded. One of ways is selling through the website. The research methodology that was used in developing this website is waterfall. This research was started by deciding the scope of the research location, formulating the problems, and deciding the method. Digging out the problem was done by conducting some in-depth interviews with the management of BUMDes, studying literature, and conducting field observation. The website of BUMDes is equipped with useful features such as admin, customer, login, category, searching, shopping cart, payment confirmation, ordering details, shipping fee, etc. All the usages of those features had been tested using Blackbox testing method and were proclaimed to be successful or ready to use. Besides the star scheme, the snowflake scheme needs to be utilized for the basis data for future development. The use of snowflake scheme is used to anticipate the expansion of the marketing area as well as possibility of the increasing number of breeders joining the BUMDes

Abstract

The development of counseling guidance applications at SMK Negeri I Muara Teweh aims to help related parties to use information technology and computers in managing data related to student character building, namely the achievements achieved and the violations committed by each student, if any. The difficulty experienced by the school's Guidance and Counseling party is recording daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly data for all students, which is not small in number. So far, data processing is still manual and feels very inconvenient because of the various attributes of the types of violations that must be assessed with different weights, so that to be able to make a decision requires tiring and time-consuming calculations. Using a web-based application is expected to be able to reach more users, namely counseling guidance teachers as admins, students, and parents of students. Another benefit is to achieve a fair and objective assessment so that decisions made by schools are based on data that is processed using a computer. The process of making this application uses the PHP and HTML programming languages while the database uses MySQL. The system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Abstract

Currently, computers have been widely used in the medical world to help diagnose a disease. The disease is most commonly found is Heart Disease. One technique in the diagnosis of heart disease is an expert system. Expert systems are computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that typically can only be solved by an expert in a particular field. Expert system technology provides added value to assist in dealing with an increasingly sophisticated era of information.The method used in software development is the waterfall method. Waterfall method which consists of requirements analysis and definition, software system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In a needs analysis and definition, in general this stage to collect all the needs. This need is an early stageor base from the manufacturing process further. Later on in the design of input and output interface is a software system design. Therefore this study aims to develop an expert system used for early diagnosis of heart disease based on symptoms that feel. The system will display the level of trust fowards these symptoms for the possibility of illnesses by patient. The value of trust is the result of calculation using the method of certainty factor (CF). System implementation is realized into the PHP programming language and can be run/ accessed via the web based, which can be accessed at any time by the general public.

Abstract

The criteria which used to recommend the outstanding students of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya are not compatible with the applied regulations. Therefore, this research aims to help the principal of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya to decide which students have to choose according to the applied regulations.The Decision Support System in deciding the outstanding students of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya is constructed by Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This system also uses Waterfall method to develop the software with some phases which are problem identification, design of the system, implementation and test of the system. This Decision Support System processes data which is related to data management of user, criteria of data , data management of students, the decision support system on deciding students and print out reports. This system gives information about rank of students to help the principal of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya to make decision to choose the outstanding students. This system has been tested by Blackbox Testing. Based on the result, these data applications are able to give the same result with the manual counting in MS Excel. The final score is 7.1 which are stated as Grade A (very proper). Abstract

Today, many of schools still use the same old way to process students’ registration. This kind of way is obliged the students who want to enroll as new students in a certain school to come to its physical building. They have to be there to register or find some information about registration requirements, registration dates, test dates, and other possible information. This makes the students need to provide certain time and cost. This problem needs a system to help both students and school authorities to register and manage data of the new students. This information system uses certain phases to identify the problem which later become the reason of why this system is conducted. When conducting this information system, the researcher collects the data using Waterfall method based on Sommerville reference which has five phases such as analysing data needed, designing system, composing programme code, testing programme, applying program and maintaining. This system is designed and modelled the data using DFD and ERD. Besides, this system also uses PHP and XAMPP.This data which consists of data and bundle of new students can be accessed by the administrators (the system’s organizer), the school administrators, the new students, and other visitors. This system offers features that can be freely accessed such as search school, help, account register, school schedule, school profile, manage students’ data, and announcement. This design is tested by Black Box Testing to observe the testing result of each menu and to check functions of the software. Keywords : Information system, new students registration, website

Abstract

The enthusiasm of students to join online tuition centers is rising from time to time. It affects the number of tutors who have the important roles as the instructors. In the meantime, the students usually get information regarding the tuition centers from their colleagues or relatives. This affects the number of the students which is still minor. This indicates that the information about the existence of online tuition centers among societies has not been spread out widely. Mirroring on the lack, there is an idea appears. It is necessary to design a specific website for the online tuition centers. Besides its function as the promotion media, the website also provides access to learning materials. The learning materials which will be offered include theories, academic data manager and tabulation, and exercises with the tricks of how to finish them easily. This aims to help the students improve their achievements at school. The design of the application of these online tuition centers was constructed by the language program of PHP, MySQL basis data, and the methodology of waterfall. All stages of waterfall were started from analysis systems with business process, system design with DFD which includes diagram context, DFD Level 1, and DFD Level 2, ERD, and Data Dictionary. The process of managing and tabulating data which are in the system includes administrators, instructors, applicants and parents, where everyone has the access to the specific features. Through the Blackbox testing, it is concluded that all the features ran well, so they met the plan

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Pulau Malan in Katingan Regency has processed data of students and teachers using computer (Microsoft Excel application) and still manage and record the attendance list and students’ grades manually using a book. This habit is considered not effective and may cause problems in calculating students’ grades. Data searching needs much time and important documents or notes are easy to disappear. This system is developed using waterfall methodology. Researcher constructs Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, and designing the user interface. The functional system is tested using black box. The result of Web Based Academic Information is the availability of a computerized data processing of teachers, students, and academic. Teachers also can to calculate students’ grade, processing students’ presence per meeting, showing students’ grade, downloading subject material, showing school’s schedule and processing data account such as changing password and taking a self picture.

Abstract

Menilai suatu kelayakan dalam pemberian kredit bukanlah hal yang mudah karena melibatkan banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dan dianalisis dengan tepat, cermat, dan cepat. Semakin tinggi angka pengajuan pinjaman pada koperasi CU Betang Asi, mengakibatkan proses pemberian kredit juga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga terdapat pula kesulitan dalam menentukan peminjam dengan resiko kredit macet paling minimal. Mengacu pada permasalahan di atas, diperlukan adanya solusi yaitu implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan menerapkan lima kriteria dasar yang digunakan oleh pihak Bagian Usaha dan Pemasaran CU Betang Asi sebagai pertimbangan pemberian pinjaman yaitu Karakter, Jaminan, Kemampuan, Modal, dan Kondisi Pinjaman. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting sehingga pada penerapan perhitungan pengambilan keputusan pemberian kredit dapat memberikan prioritas tertinggi dari anggota yang mengajukan kredit. Website ini telah diuji dengan pengujian blackbox yang menghasilkan bahwa fitur dalam website ini dapat berjalan dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan membantu menghasilkan keputusan yang akurat dan tepat berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, dan juga dapat menghemat waktu dalam proses pemberian kredit.

Abstract

This study analyzes demographic data from regencies/cities in Central Kalimantan Province, including population, population growth rate, population percentage, population density per km², and sex ratio. The results of the analysis show significant differences between regencies/cities, with population growth rates ranging from 0.98% to 1.97% per year. The highest population density was recorded in East Barito, while Lamandau had the lowest density. The sex ratio tends to show a male dominance, with Lamandau having the highest ratio. These findings provide an overview of the challenges and opportunities in development planning, as well as the need to design policies that are in accordance with the demographic characteristics of each region. A deeper understanding of this data is expected to support more effective policies in population management and development in Central Kalimantan.

Abstract

Abstrak Ransomware merupakan salah satu jenis serangan siber yang semakin marak terjadi, terutama pada data penting seperti data Pribadi, Data Nasional (PDN). Serangan ini tidak hanya mengancam integritas dan kerahasiaan data, tetapi juga menimbulkan implikasi etis yang signifikan bagi para profesional di bidang keamanan siber. Jurnal ini membahas berbagai aspek terkait ransomware, mulai dari mekanisme serangan hingga dampaknya terhadap individu dan organisasi. Selain itu, jurnal ini mengeksplorasi tanggung jawab profesional yang harus diemban oleh para ahli keamanan siber dalam menangani dan mencegah serangan ransomware. Melalui analisis ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pentingnya etika dalam pengelolaan keamanan siber, serta mendorong praktik terbaik untuk melindungi data PDN dari ancaman yang terus berkembang.
