Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa bidang matematika kelas 5 SD Negeri 117 Palembang. Pola asuh yang diteliti adalah pola asuh tipe permisif yang diterapkan oleh orang tua, yaitu pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh ibu selama belajar daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi dengan data penelitian didapat menggunakan metode ex-post facto. Populasi yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri 117 Palembang tahun ajaran 2021/2022 berjumlah 130 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 65 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan angket yang bertujuan untuk mengukur pola asuh orang tua. Analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian memperoleh rxy sebesar -0,062 dan rtabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk = 63 sebesar 0,2441 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0%. Data menunjukkan rxy < rtabel yang berarti H1 ditolak dan H0 diterima. Jadi, tidak adanya hubungan pola asuh orang tua terhadap prestasi siswa bidang matematika kelas 5 SD Negeri 117 Palembang

Abstract

The conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic created conditions that seemed to be "forced" to transform and adapt drastically in learning from home through online media (on line). Various learning media applications are already available, both government and private. The government issued a Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 9/2018 concerning the Utilization of Learning Houses. The private sector also provides online tutoring such as the teacher room, Zenius, Klassku, Kahoot, and others. Teachers are required to be more creative and innovative in implementing learning in schools. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a learning training for teachers to motivate them to carry out their obligations as educators. The counseling had the theme "Innovation of e-learning in Facing the New Normal at SMK Negeri 1 Lawang Wetan Musi Banyuasin". Participants were 36 teachers of SMK 1 Lawang Kidul Musi Banyuasin. The material presented was responded enthusiastically by the training participants. This can be seen from the questions asked by the participants and the results of the questionnaires given. The questionnaire used a Likert scale with an overall average of 4.47. This means that most participants strongly agree with the education and training provided. The messages and impressions presented by the participants were also very positive

Abstract

Untuk menjadi guru yang profesional, pemerintah mencanangkan Program Profesi Berkelanjutan (PKB). Salah satu komponen PKB adalah publikasi ilmiah. Seorang guru yang akan melakukan publikasi ilmiah harus mengawali kegiatannya dengan membuat proposal penelitian. Pembuatan proposal penelitian diawali dengan mencari masalah pendidikan yang dapat diangkat sebagai masalah penelitian. Masalah yang paling dekat dengan guru adalah proses pembelajaran di sekolah yang saat ini menggunakan e-learning akibat kondisi COVID-19. Masalah ini dapat diselesaikan melalui penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dengan target audiens adalah guru-guru di SMK Pembangunan YPT Palembang. Hal ini terlihat dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh peserta dan hasil dari kuisioner yang diberikan. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah kegiatan telah dilaksanakan dengan lancar dan mendapat respon yang positif dari para peserta. Pelatihan ini telah memberikan informasi bagi guru dalam penyusunan proposal PTK. Harapannya, guru dapat memahami dan selanjutnya mampu mengembangkan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada di kelas.

Abstract

Saat masa pandemi COVID-19, setiap universitas di kantor instansi pemerintahan pusat dan Daerah melakukan sistem daring (dalam jaringan). Aplikasi yang banyak digunakan saat daring (dalam jaringan) ialah Zoom Meeting. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektifnya penggunaan aplikasi Zoom Meeting terhadap para karyawan di instansi pemerintahan daerah Belitang III OKU Timur ketika pandemi COVID-19. Dengan skema KKL Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (KKL/KKN), mahasiswa diharapkan dapat mengaktualisasikan kemampuannya untuk berkontribusi meningkatkan produktifitas. Model ini bersifat kualitatif grounded theory. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara melalui Google Form dan Whatsapp kepada 14 belas mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Palembang yang melakukan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Zoom Meeting tidak begitu efektif bagi para karyawan di instansi pemerintahan. Tetapi, aplikasi Zoom Meeting lebih baik karena dalam aplikasi Zoom Meeting komunikasi antara  individu dilakukan secara lisan dibandingkan penggunaan aplikasi dalam jaringan  yang melakukan kegiatan komunikasi secara tertulis menurut teori komunikasi pendidikan. Diharapkan bagi para karyawan di instansi pemerintahan kecamatan belitang III, selama pandemi dapat lebih efektif menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting untuk rapat kerja dan koordinasi dengan instansi dari pusat dan bagi masyarakat siswa dapat belajar dirumah dengan tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan hal ini dapat bermanfaat bagi siswa yang tidak ada gadget khususnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode demonstrasi dengan menggunakan alat peraga pipa venturi terhadap pemahaman konsep fluida dinamis kelas XI di SMA Unggul Negeri 8 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian True Experimental Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI.IPA di SMA Unggul Negeri 8 Palembang. Dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh kelas XI.IPA.4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI.IPA.6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah soal tes pilihan ganda. Data analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t. Hasil analisis diperoleh, nilai rata-rata post test kelas eksperimen adalah 74,57 dan rata-rata kelas kontrol adalah 54,42. Uji-t kedua kelas sampel untuk post test dengan   0,05 diperoleh thitung = 0,92 dan ttabel = 1,69. Karena thitung > ttabel maka dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode demonstrasi dengan menggunakan alat peraga pipa venturi terhadap pemahaman konsep fluida dinamis kelas XI di SMA Unggul Negeri 8 Palembang.

Abstract

Many factors that influence the students’ learning achievement include the learning styles. If the teacher presents learning according to the student's learning style, it will have an impact on maximum student learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes could be in the form of problem solving skills and mastery of students' preliminary concepts of nuclear physics. Problem solving ability is an important ability that must be possessed by students in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of learning styles, problem solving abilities and mastery of student teacher concepts for this physics introduction. The method used in this research was a case study with a sample of 35 physics teacher candidates at a private university in the city of Palembang. The learning applied is traditional learning with interactive multimedia-assisted presentation method. The results showed that the predominant primary learning style of nuclear physics students was auditory, while the average problem-solving ability and mastery of preliminary nuclear physics concepts were 89 and 93, respectively, with very high categories. The results of this study become input in the development of the nuclear physics preliminary lecture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of demonstration method by using boiler props (boiler) to understanding the concept of Law I Thermodynamics class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Ujanmas. The type of this research is quantitative description research. The population of this research is all grade XI IPA in SMA Negeri 1Ujanmas, with simple random sampling technique obtained class XI IPA 3 as control class and class XI IPA 4 as experiment class. The research instrument is a test question as much as 5 questions that are prepared based on conceptual understanding indicators. Data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. the result of the analysis was obtained, the mean value of the experimental class posttest was 78.2 and the control class 65.6. T-test of both samples for posttest with significant level α = 0.05 obtained ttable = 2.00 and tcount = 4.98 then thitung> ttable thus Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Based on the calculation of data, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of demonstration method by using boiler props (boiler) to understanding the concept of material physics Law I thermodynamics in class XI IPA in SMA Negeri 1 Ujanmas

Abstract

Research has been conducted to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on the pictorial riddle type on the understanding of the physics concepts of eighth grade students of Palembang State Junior High School 7. Riddlel pictorial type inquiry is a learning model to develop student motivation and participation from small / large group discussions in the form of images that are used as a source of discussion so that they can find answers to a problem in question. The method used in this study is the method of Quasi Experiment, with the design of the matching only post-test control group design and cluster random sampling retrieval technique divided into two classes, namely class VIII.11 as the experimental class which received learning treatment using the pictorial type inquiry learning model riddle, and class VIII.9 students as control classes who were treated using inquiry learning models. The collection technique uses tests. The analysis technique used in this study is the t-test of the right side. The results of the calculation of data analysis obtained the average value of the experimental class 81 and the mean of the control class 75.16, with a significant level of α = 0.05 obtained ttable ie 1.67 based on the calculation results there is a significant influence of the pictorial riddle type learning model towards understanding the physics concept of eighth grade students of Palembang State Junior High School 7.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether or not there was a significant effect of the demonstration method by using teaching aids on the physics learning outcomes of Newton's second law material in class X at Pangkalan Lampam 1 State High School. The variables of the study are veriabel bound, namely student learning outcomes and the variables of the practice, the demonstration method using props. The population in this study were all students of class X Science at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Lampam which amounted to 115 students. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling technique with the number of samples of 80 students divided into two classes namely class X IPA 1 as the experimental class who received learning treatment using demonstration method with the number of 40 students and students of class X IPA 2 as the control class treated a conventional approach with a total of 40 students. Techniques of collecting data using tests and documentation. The analytical technique used in this study is the right-t test. The result of calculation of data analysis obtained the average value of experiments 81,00 and the average value of control class 73,75, with significant level α = 0,05 in ttable that is equal to 1,68 and titung that is 2,71. Based on the results of data calculations, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of demonstration methods by using props to the results of physics study material law II Newton in class X in SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Lampam

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of interactive physics-based multimedia learning media using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional software on the results of students' study of class X in SMA PGRI Pangkalan Kersik Tungkal Jaya. Variable of research is dependent variable that is result of student learning and independent variable that is learning media physics based on interactive multimedia using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional software. The population in this study is all students of class X MIA in SMA PGRI Pangkalan Kersik Tungkal Jaya which amounted to 104 students. The sample in this study was taken by random sampling technique with the number of samples of 70 students divided into two classes namely class X MIA 2 as an experimental class who received learning treatment using interactive multimedia with the number of 35 students and students of class X MIA 1 as a control class treated conventional approach with 35 students. Techniques of collecting data using tests and documentation. The analytical technique used in this study is the right-t test. The result of calculation of data analysis obtained the average value of experimental class 77,56 and the average value of control class 67,90, with significant level of α = 0,05 got ttable that is 1,697 and tcal is 4.59. Based on the results of data calculations, it can be concluded that there is the influence of interactive physics-based multimedia learning media using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional software on the results of students' study of class X in SMA PGRI Pangkalan Kersik Tungkal Jaya..
