Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMP di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SMP di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih sebanyak 129 orang, yang dipergunakan untuk sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 guru dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.0 dan manual. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 2) Motivasi kerja guru terhadap berpengaruhb secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 3) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan Tindak Tutur Ekspresif dan Tindak Tutur Direktif dalam Acara Mata Najwa Edisi Bulan April-Mei 2019 Di Trans.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik rekam dan catat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat empat tindak tutur ekspresif dalam acara Mata Najwa edisi April-Mei 2019, yaitu, (1) tindak tutur ekspresif mengucapkan selamat (2) tindak tutur ekspresif memuji. (3) tindak tutur ekspresif  mengkritik. (4) tindak tutur  ekspresif mengucapkan terima kasih. Sedangkan  tindak tutur direktif  terdapat 6 macam, yaitu, (1) tindak tutur ekspresif menyuruh. (2) tindak tutur ekspresif melarang. (3) tindak tutur ekspresif  memohon. (4) tindak tutur ekspresif  menasehati. (5) tindak tutur ekspresif  mengajak. (6) tindak tutur ekspresif  meminta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan Kepala Sekolah dalam membina hubungan dengan guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Prabumulih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini Kepala Sekolah dan 15 orang guru yang mewakili masing-masing kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) ditinjau dari keterampilan teknis Kepala Sekolah mampu mengelola sekolah dan menetapkan arah sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan dengan cara merumuskan visi, misi dan tujuan pencapaian yang telah direncanakan; 2) ditinjau dari keterampilan hubungan manusia Kepala Sekolah mampu memberikan pandangan strategi bagi guru dalam melaksanakan tugas, dan 3) ditinjau dari keterampilan konseptual Kepala Sekolah mampu dan berperan serta dalam kegiatan-kegiatan di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the ability of elementary school teachers in preparing the 2013 curriculum-based learning administration tool in SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang sub-district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's ability to arrange learning administration tools in SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District, which is carried out through the process, strategic planning, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation have been going according to what was expected from the start so that there is the ability of the teacher to compile this school administration tool. then it can help in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District. It remains only to how the teacher and all school members maintain the quality of learning that has been obtained by SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District.

Abstract

This study identified and described the effect of the concept sentence model on the ability of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 187 Palembang to determine the content of the folk tale The Origin of the Palm Tree by Salim. The population of this study only consisted of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 187 Palembang, namely a maximum of 60 with a sample population of 60. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method using a group experimental design and a control group. Research data were obtained through test techniques, questionnaires and interviews and were analyzed using test data analysis techniques, questionnaire data analysis and interview data analysis techniques. contents of the folklore The Origin of the Palm Tree by Salim because it proved to be greater than "ttable" at a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of student tests, after comparing the results of the control class tests with the results of the experimental class tests, it was found that "t0" > "ttable" at a significance level of 5%, namely 12.35 > 2.00 . With a database of 58. Therefore, the hypothesis put forward by the author is, "There is an influence of the concept sentence model on the ability of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 187 Palembang to determine the content of the folk tale The Origin of the Enau Tree by Salim" is proven to be true.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the acquisition of first language in children aged 3-4 years at Seberang Ulu 1 Kertapati Palembang with a total of 4 children who have different ages in the phonology and morphology study level. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation techniques, recording techniques, listening techniques, interview techniques and note taking techniques. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the principles of politeness in the language of the Air Limau Village Office, Muntok District, West Bangka Regency. The data source of this research is the Air Limau village office apparatus selected as research informants with a total of 4 village officials. Speech taken by village apparatus utterances with people who have needs at the Village office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and the data technique is observation technique, SLC observation technique (see competently involved) SBLC (listen free to speak competently), recording technique, and note taking technique. Abstract

The problem of this study is the emotionality and selfishness of the characters in the novel of Tere Liye Pulang. The purpose of this study is to describe the study of emotionality and egoism in literary novels. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. The data source for this study is the novel Pulang Go by Tere Liye published by Sabak Grip Nusantara Jakarta in January 2021. The data collection technique of this study is the documentary technique. The data analysis technique for this study is the content analysis technique. The results of the research and discussion of the novel Tere Liye Pulang Go show the results of the emotional analysis, which includes the emotions of sadness, anger, fear and happiness of the characters Bujang, Salonga, Krestniy Otets, Maria, Natascha and Thomas. And the results of the analysis of egoism include 4 things, namely how a person perceives himself as himself, how a person thinks about himself, how a person evaluates himself, how a person tries to improve himself in various ways. Abstract

This research describes the strategy of language civility in the academic service in the Bureau of Financial ADMINISTRATION (BAK) University Pgri Palembang which includes a strategy of positive language and negative speaking. This research uses descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. Techniques and procedures for collecting data through observations, recordings, and transcripts. Data analysis is done by transcribe the recorded data into a text form and then analyzed based on the problem formulation. Based on data analysis, the civility of the staff and students in the academic services include a positive civility strategy that is dominated by Strategioffer promise (making offers and promises) and negative civility strategy in domination by the strategy minimise the imposition (reduce strength or power threats to the face of said partner). The realization of civility strategy in the event shows that speakers and partners speak in the academic service using language-based civility when communicating.
