Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan poligami dalam film Si Doel The Movie melalui pendekatan psikologi dan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data teknik melalui dokumentasi dan pencatatan. Teknik analisis data melalui teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan perbedaan prinsip yang terimplementasi dalam karakter tokoh yang meliputi Id, Ego dan Superego. id tokoh Doel menceritakan sosok laki-laki yang memiliki hasrat seksual sebagai seorang suami yang ditinggal oleh pasangannya. Namun, id Doel lebih besar dari superego. Sarah dideskripsikan sebagai perempuan yang keras kepala dan cemburuan, id Sarah berusaha untuk mempengaruhi ego agar merealisasikan hasrat id. Tetapi ego tidak merealisasikan keinginan id. Superego yang berusaha mencegah ego agar tidak merealisasikan keinginan id. Tokoh Zaenab Id dideskripsikan berupa rasa takut sehingga id mempengaruhi ego. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak poligami yang terjadi pada kerpribadian dan kejiwaan, poligami mengandung konflik dan menimbulkan pro kontra dari berbagai pihak. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan jiwa, sikap, dan kepribadian yang utuh dan harmonis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 68 orang guru di SMP Negeri 1 Prabumulih. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, komunikasi interpersonal mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Prabumulih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja guru mampu memberikan sumbangan pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Sampel berjumlah 41 orang guru yang diambil secara purposive sampling yaitu secara undian. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen pada penelitian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih; 2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih; 3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih; 4) Lingkungan kerja dalam penelitian ini mampu memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih sebesar 19,4%; 5) Motivasi kerja guru dalam penelitian ini mampu memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih sebesar 36,4%; 6) Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja dalam penelitian ini mampu memberikan sumbangan pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih sebesar 56,9%, sedangkan sisanya 43,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak disebutkan di dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional (sebab-akibat). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan uji regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Kota Prabumulih.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the first high school 1 Air Kumbang, which is located at Jalan Impress Sidomulyo, Air Kumbang Sub-district, South Sumatra Province. explain whether there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation and managerial on teacher performance in junior high schools in Air Kumbang. This research is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire and documentation. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is a very significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance and a very significant influence between managerial and teacher performance. Based on the research results, there are several suggestions given, namely: 1. The influence between variables is good and good. Thus, it is hoped that it can be maintained and even further enhanced by efforts to organize school principals. 2. by holding this research it is recommended that further researchers who will carry out research at school and by using the same variables, can do with a wider population using other research methods

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to know and to describe the effect of discipline and work ethic on the performance of Elementary School teachers in Sematang Borang Palembang. This research was conducted at Elementary School in Sematang Borang palembang. The type of research is used the quantitative research. The population of this study were 90 teachers. The data were collected through some steps; questionners, interviews, and documentation. The data were analized through multiple regression models by using SPSS for Windows programs. The result of this study conclude that partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance of Elementary School teachers in Sematang Borang palembang. Meanwhile, simultaneously discipline and work ethic have a significant effect on the performance of Elementary School teachers

Abstract

In this research, the problem that is being researched is the use of learning in the digital age. The center of the study focuses on teachers' use of information technology in learning. ai The aim of this research is to: understand the application of IT and the application of IT to the effectiveness of learning in MTs Se-Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method for 5 MTs with a sample of 120 teachers in the Musi Banyuasin district. Personal Product Moment Correlation is the correlation analysis method used. The results of research in MTs in Musi Banyuasin district showed that: the variable implementation of information technology promotes the effectiveness of learning positively and significantly Supports learning potential in the MTs Se-Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and work commitment to teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI). This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 70 state junior high school teachers in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI). Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis techniques used with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a significant effect of principal leadership on teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI), 2) There was a significant effect of work commitment on teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. (OKI), and 3) There is a significant effect of school principal leadership and work commitment to the professionalism of teachers at SMP Negeri Kayuagung Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.
