Abstract

This research aims to identify and describe the implementation of character education in developing students at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a phenomenological study approach. Sources of data were obtained from the principal, deputy principal of the IMTAQ school, teachers and students. Data collectionused was observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of character education in developing students at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang was integrated into imtaq activities, namely online morning tausiah, online men and women’s affairs activities, which achieved good results. Success can be seen from the attitudes and behavior of students as reflected on the results of the observation sheet in the form of religious attitudes, honesty, discipline and independence. The average achievement score of students' answers on the behavior "Becoming a Habit, or Cultured" is 69%, the scores of students on the "Starting to Develop" behavior are 30%, while the scores of students on the behavior "Starting to be seen" are 8% and "Not Seen" 0 %.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and school culture on teacher performance of junior high school in Sungai Pinang Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency. The sample was 54 teachers of State SMP. This type of research is quantitative research. While the research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations and documentation. While data analysis techniques using t test and F test. The results of this reaserch can be concluded that there is an influence of leadership and school culture on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Sungai Pinang Subdistrict Ogan Ilir both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

One of the implementations of learning that requires discipline is academic supervision. The goal of academic supervision is creating conducive and better learning through coaching and enhancing the teaching profession so that there is an assumption that academic supervision affects teacher work discipline. The study aimed to determine and describe whether there was an effect of academic surveillance on teacher work discipline, especially in MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin . The hypothesis in this study was that there was an effect of academic supervision towards teachers' work discipline at MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire or questionnaire and documentation. The results of the questionnaire or questionnaire data analysis were strengthed by documents proving the effect of academic supervision on teacher work discipline at MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin.

Abstract

UKS is a unit that provides students with health services to improve their health. Research findings at SMP Negeri 34 Palembang showed that: UKS management began from: (a) preparation (b) execution, (c) control was not optimal. Obstacles to the introduction of the UKS program are due, among other things, to insufficient clean and safe living practices, issues with human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, insufficient documentation. Coordination was not maximal between related agencies, the UKS program was insufficient, The UKS VISION is not clear, the preparation is not yet strategic in order to achieve the VISION, limited funds in the process of implementing the UKS Program, there is still inadequate, insufficient time for Puskesmas employees to concentrate on supporting UKS, as well as clean and safe conduct

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of fieldwork practices on student learning outcomes, 2) the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, 3) the effect of fieldwork practices and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes. The method used by researchers in this research is descriptive analysis method, while the population studied was Class XII students at Tri Bhakti At-taq'wa Health Vocational School Ogan Komering Ilir district, totaling 101 students. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used in this study is the t-test and the F test with SPSS version 20.0 as supporting instrument. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant impact between fieldwork practices on student learning outcomes 2) there is a significant impact between learning motivation on student learning outcomes 3) there is a significant impact between fieldwork practices and learning motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal academic supervision and organizational culture on teacher performance. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri in Cluster I, Betung District. This type of research is quantitative research with ex post facto research design. The sample in this study were consisting of 55 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that 1) there was a significant effect of the principal's academic supervision on the performance of public elementary school teachers; 2) there is a significant influence of organizational culture on the performance; 3) there is a significant influence on the academic supervision of the principal and organizational culture together on the performance of SD teachers in Cluster I, Betung District

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the vision and mission, the principal in an effort to build the religious character and discipline of students, at SMPN 1 Talang Ubi Penukal Abab Lematang. Ilir. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data collection instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research. First, the implementation of the vision and mission of the Principal of SMPN 1 Talang Ubi in building religious character and discipline of students is to make the character of noble character become character and culture in their daily lives, the two principals in building the character of students through exemplary, reprimand, motivation, environmental conditioning, habituation, and character integration through learning activities. Third, the supervision carried out by the principal in building the character of students includes monitoring teachers in carrying out character learning in class, overseeing the course of character education program activities, checking the condition and integrity of school facilities and evaluating through briefings and meetings about character education programs.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Principal's Strategy for Improving the Quality of Learning in SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang District. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the principal at SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang has an obligation to strive so that all the potential in his institution can be utilized as well as possible in order to achieve the expected improvement in learning. The various strategies undertaken by the principal in order to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang include (a). Improvement of Teacher Teaching Ability, (b). Optimizing the Use of Media and Educational Facilities, (c). Implementation of Routine Supervision, (d). Collaborating with the Community and (e). Strict Application of Discipline. All of the principal strategies above can work well because the stakeholders in SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang work together to improve the quality of learning. Abstract

The research objective was to identify and describe the principal's leadership in developing Islamic culture at SDN 14 Kisam Tinggi, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency in 2020. Researchers used a qualitative approach because the problems raised were social phenomena that required an understanding. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the leadership of the Madrasah Principal at SDN 14 Kisam Tinggi is capable. Furthermore, preserving the culture of studying books as a basis for moral development in students, then memorizing the Koran, carrying out tasmi 'al-quran every day on the classroom terrace before entering learning in class and a culture of shame from littering. The most frequent inhibiting factor comes from students who are naughty, and can't follow the existing rules. In developing an Islamic school culture it is necessary to have competent people in their fields

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini menginvesitigasi manajemen hubungan sekolah dengan orang tua siswa dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas sekolah. Informan penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Sekolah, guru, Wakil Humas, dan orang tua siswa, dengan instumen penelitian dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini hubungan sekolah dengan orang tua siswa adalah mendukung peningkatan kualitas belajar siswa kualitas lulusan sekolah, dan kualitas pertumbuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik
