Abstract

Jurnal ini memberikan ikhtisar tentang pilar-pilar pendidikan dasar dan menengah (Dikdasmen) Muhammadiyah. Pendidikan Muhammadiyah memiliki karakteristik tersendiri dibandingkan dengan pendidikan pada umumnya. Melalui penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa pilar-pilar Pendidikan Dasar Muhammadiyah merupakan respons terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum yang diterapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep pilar-pilar Pendidikan Dasar Muhammadiyah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang meneliti sumber-sumber literatur yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang telah dirumuskan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pilar-pilar Pendidikan Dasar Muhammadiyah dengan karakteristik yang dibangun dan menjadi landasan utama institusi pendidikan Muhammadiyah pada umumnya. Ciri-ciri Pendidikan Dasar Muhammadiyah adalah pilar keberlanjutan lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah, yaitu: Pendidikan Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK), model kepemimpinan kolegial-kolegial, peran kader Muhammadiyah, keterlibatan siswa dan orang tua, dan kemandirian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lama inkubasi dan mendapatkan lama inkubasi pupuk kotoran kambing yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung semi pada tanah aluvial. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura, Pontianak. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan dari tanggal 8 April sampai dengan 30 Mei 2020. Penelitian menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan satu faktor, terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, 4 ulangan dan 4 sampel sehingga terdapat 16 bedengan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah p1 = Inkubasi pupuk kotoran kambing 7 hari sebelum tanam, p2 = Inkubasi pupuk kotoran kambing 14 hari sebelum tanam, p3 = Inkubasi pupuk kotoran kambing 21 hari sebelum tanam, dan p4 = Inkubasi pupuk kotoran kambing 28 hari sebelum tanam. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, berat kering tanaman, berat segar tongkol, panjang tongkol, dan diameter tongkol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan perlakuan lama inkubasi pupuk kotoran kambing 28 hari sebelum tanam menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang terbaik dan pada hasil jagung perlakuan yang efektif ditunjukkan perlakuan lama inkubasi pupuk kotoran kambing 21 hari sebelum tanaman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of an integrated information system in educational institutions, and the impact of the application of an education management information system on ethics and society. This research was conducted in three different locations, namely Medan City, Binjai City, and Asahan Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study explain that the application of an integrated information system developed by PT. Engineering Technology Metromatics uses the edulink application. This application is a school management-based application that can help educational institutions to create a learning environment and management activities to be more effective and efficient. By using this information system application, all data about the development of students will be recorded digitally, so that the actions that will be taken by teachers or parents/guardians of students in dealing with student problems can be about the substance of the problems faced by students. Through this information system, the track record of students will be clearly identified, so that actions in solving student problems can be carried out on target, effectively and efficiently. This application has a positive impact on teachers, especially in identifying and recording all attitudes and attitude assessments so that they can be the basis for developing student attitudes.

Abstract

Catfish (Clarias gariepinus Burchell, 1822) is a type of freshwater fish that is prospectively cultivated. This study aims to analyze the production performance and economic analysis of catfish on aquaponics technology with floating raft systems. This research was conducted descriptively with two treatments and four replications. The treatments included fish sizes, which were 6-9 cm (A) and 3-4 cm (B). The fish used were fish with an initial weight of 7.13±1.30 g and 4.11±0.43 g, the plant used was water spinach (Ipomoea reptans poir) with an initial height of 8-10 cm. The results showed that there was a trend of increasing fish weight during the study from 7.13±1.30 g and 4.11±0.43 g to 110.02±6.09 g and 86.44±5.00 g at the end of the study. . The survival rate value during the study was 100% for all treatments, the feed conversion value ranged from 1.48-1.59. The highest specific weight growth rate was 1.60%/day. Water spinach production during catfish rearing can be done for 3 harvests. The analysis of the aquaponics business of the floating raft system is very efficient and profitable. The value of R/C ratio > 1 in all treatments means that the cultivation business is said to be feasible. Payback period of 0.57 years (A) and 0.19 years (B), the fastest return on investment is in treatment B. Aquaponics floating raft system with catfish stocking size 3-4 cm for 60 days of maintenance period provides the best production performance with SR value was 60.78%, specific weight growth rate was 0.051%/day, feed conversion was 1.18 and the best kale production was 75 kg. Economically, this research is feasible to do.

Abstract

Aquaculture is is often constrained by the availability of water, both in quality and quantity. The aim of this study was to determine the optimum maintenance system of elver (Anguilla bicolor bicolor) on a wet, moist and dry system through production performance studies and physiological responses. The research was conducted from August to September 2018 at the Production Technic and Management of Aquaculture Laboratory, Department of Aquaculture, IPB University. A completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 3 replications was used in this study, namely treatment with high water wet system 0% of body height (A), high water wet system 50% of body height (B), high water wet system 100% of body height (C), moist system (D), and dry system (E). The body weight of elver was 18.80 ± 0.62 g which derived from fish cultivator in Bogor, West Java. Fish was fed 3 times per day at satiation with commercial feed which a protein content of 50%. Results showed that treatment C was the best result with survival rate of 100%, the specific growth rate of 0.45% day -1, the absolute growth rate of 0.07 g day 1 and feed conversion ratio of 6.57. The analysis of variance showed that the treatments showed the significant effect (P <0.05). The blood glucose value closest to the eel condition before treatment was found in the treatment C. Abstrak Budi daya ikan sering terkendala terhadap ketersediaan air, baik kualitas maupun kuantitasnya. Ikan sidat (Anguilla bicolor bicolor) merupakan spesies ikan yang dalam sistem pemeliharaannya membutuhkan volume air yang banyak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan sistem pemeliharaan terbaik elver ikan sidat (A. bicolor bicolor) pada sistem basah, lembap, dan kering melalui kajian kinerja produksi dan respons fisiologis. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Agustus sampai September 2018 di Laboratorium Teknik Produksi dan Manajemen Akuakultur, Departemen Budidaya Perairan, Institut Pertanian Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, yaitu perlakuan sistem basah tinggi air 0% dari tinggi badan (A), sistem basah tinggi air 50% dari tinggi badan (B), sistem basah tinggi air 100% dari tinggi badan (C), sistem lembap (D), dan sistem kering (E). Ikan yang digunakan adalah elver ikan sidat berukuran 18,80±0,62g yang berasal dari pembudidaya di Bogor Jawa Barat. Pakan yang digunakan adalah pakan komersial dengan kadar protein 50% yang diberikan secara at satiation 3 kali per hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan C memberikan hasil terbaik dengan nilai sintasan 100%, laju per-tumbuhan spesifik 0,45 % hari-1, laju pertumbuhan mutlak 0,07 g hari-1 dan rasio konversi pakan sebesar 6,57. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (p<0,05). Nilai glukosa darah pada perlakuan C merupakan nilai yang paling mendekati dengan kondisi ikan sidat sebelum perlakuan.

Abstract

AbstrakUpaya intensifikasi budidaya teripang pasir melalui input pupuk organik kompos di substrat pen kultur selain berdampak baik bagi pengkayaan unsur hara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi teripang, di sisi lain diduga berdampak pada dinamika daya dukung beberapa parameter lingkungan perairan. Hadirnya unsur hara kompos dipastikan akan mengubah struktur unsur hara sedimen dan air di dalam penkultur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika kualitas air dan variasi jenis plankton dalam penkultur teripang pasir, sebagai dampak penggunaan pupuk organik kompos untuk memperkaya nutrisi substrat. Penelitian dilakukan pada 3 stasiun dengan karakteristik substrat penkultur berbeda, yaitu: pasir halus, pasir berlamun, dan pasir kasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa input pupuk kompos berdampak pada rendahnya konsentrasi parameter oksigen terlarut, pH sedimen dan ortofosfat, selanjutnya di fase akhir penelitian level konsentrasi ketiga parameter tersebut menjadi lebih tinggi. Sebaliknya, pada parameter ammonia, nitrit, nitrat dan BOD memperlihatkan pola dengan level konsetrasi yang lebih tinggi di fase awal input pupuk kompos selanjutnya konsentrasinya turun sampai akhir penelitian. Aktifitas fotosontesis dan peran lamun dalam menetralisir gerakan arus sekaligus mempertahankan stabilitas unsur hara, menyebabkan variasi jenis fitoplankton pada penkultur pasir berlamun memiliki nilai lebih rendah dan nilai kelimpahan yang lebih tinggi. Hasil analisis PCA memperlihatkan korelasi signifikan antara kelimpahan plankton dengan kadar BOD (R=0,923; P<0,05), phospat (R=0,704; P<0,05), serta nitrat dengan nilai R=0,623; P<0,05). Kata kunci: penkultur, pengkayaan nutrisi substrat, plankton, pupuk organik kompos, teripang pasir.

Abstract

Eel (Anguilla bicolor bicolor) rearing activities that develop in Indonesia generally still use a large volume of water. The application of a recirculation system reduces water requirements and at a small volume of water, the load on the container to accommodate water becomes lighter so that several containers can be arranged vertically. This study aims to determine the best water volume in eel rearing with a recirculation system on production performance. This study used a completely randomized design with four treatments and three replications. The treatments, namely the difference in the volume of water (VA) used in the maintenance container, included VA 2.5 L (A), VA 3.5 L (B), VA 4.8 L (C) and VA 5.8 L (D). Eels were reared for 60 days in an aquaverticulture system with a stocking density of 10 fish per container. The test parameters in this study included survival rate (SR), specific growth rate (LPS), absolute weight growth (PBM) and feed conversion (FCR) and coefficient of final weight diversity (KKb). Other parameters analyzed include water and land use analysis. The results showed that aquaverticulture with multilevel containers on eel produced the best water volume of 5.8 L with high production performance (100% survival, specific growth rate 1.60%/day). The volume of water needed to produce 1 kg of eel for 1 year is 27.69 liters and the productivity of aquaculture land is 86.14 kg/m2. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this system design has been applied on a laboratory scale, but has not been applied commercially in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best shell particle size as a filter for recirculation systems in the rearing of barramundi (Leptobarbus hoevenii, Blkr) on production performance and physiological response. The study was conducted using an environmental design in a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications, including treatment of without the addition of blood clam shells (A), size of the blood clam shell is 1 mm (B), size of the blood clam shell is 2 mm (C) and size of the blood clam shell is 1 mm 3 mm (D).  The fish used in this study were the fingerlings of 2 ± 0.2 inches in size. The research results show that survival rates for all treatments ranged from 81.19% - 84.52%, specific weight growth rates for all treatments ranged from 4.01%/day - 4.24%/day, absolute length growth for all treatments ranged from 1.53 cm - 1.84 cm, absolute weight growth for all treatments ranged from 0.95 g - 1.08 g, feed conversion ratio for all treatments ranged from 2.51 - 2.98 and the coefficient of variation in final weight for all treatments ranged from 20.69 % - 24.84 %. Blood glucose values at the end of the maintenance period ranged from 56.67 mg/dL – 95.67 mg/dL. The results of the analysis of the water quality of the rearing medium show that the water quality is still in the feasible range for the maintenance of barnet fish

Abstract

This activity is a community service activity carried out to help increase the productivity of goat selling breeders around the coast of Kendari City, especially in the Anduonohu Market area. Implementation of activities carried out in the form of counseling in the form of visits, delivery of material and discussions directly to goat farmer. The material presented was in the form of planting forage as the main source of feed for goats and using reinforcing feed, the need for strong and tidy goat pens, namely a stage model so that they can maintain environmental cleanliness and livestock health, Management of goat manure waste into bokashi fertilizer. The results of the activity show that they understand and are capable of cultivating forage as the main source of feed and know the importance of using forage boosters (concentrates). 2) Farmers know the benefits of using stilt pens to maintain a clean environment and goat health but have not implemented them due to limited funds to build cages. 3) Farmers do not know about the use of EM4 in leftover feed and livestock manure to produce bokashi organic fertilizer in a short time.
