Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of teacher learning at Karya Bunda Mandiri Middle School, kec. Precut Sei Tuan, Kab. Deli Serdang. This study uses a description method with qualitative data analysis. This method aims to intensively study the background of the current situation and the environmental interactions of a social unit, be it individuals, groups, institutions or society. A descriptive research with a qualitative approach was carried out by digging up data sourced from the location. Data collection was collected through a qualitative analysis approach, by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted at Karya Bunda Mandiri Middle School, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kab. Deli Serdang. The subject of this research is the teacher. This research is collaborative between researchers and teachers. The results of this study indicate that in the learning process, of course there is learning management under the teacher.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana hasil belajar siswa kelas tujuh di MTs SKB 3 Menteri Lubuk Bayas dipengaruhi oleh metode pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Head Together berbasis Powtoon. Pemeriksaan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan populasi 93 siswa. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive, yang didasarkan pada kriteria tertentu, adalah metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Tes digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, dan pengujian normalitas, homogenitas, dan hipotesis (menggunakan uji-t) digunakan untuk analisis data. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Head Together berbasis Powtoon memiliki dampak positif pada hasil belajar siswa kelas tujuh di MTs SKB 3 Menteri Lubuk Bayas. Kelas eksperimen menerima skor rata-rata 83,14 dalam perbandingan akhir, sedangkan kelas kontrol menerima skor rata-rata 48,50. Selain itu, pengujian uji-t menunjukkan t = 12,009 > t-tabel = 2,000 dan sig (2-followed) 0,000 < 0,05. Pengujian hipotesis ini membawa kita pada kesimpulan bahwa metode pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Head Together di MTs SKB 3 Menteri Lubuk Bayas yang berbasis powtoon memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi penilaian hasil belajar PAI dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di MTs Hifzil Qur’an Islamic Centre Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui metode penelitian lapangan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan MTs Hifzil Qur’an Islamic Centre sudah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka selama 2 semester, dengan menggunakan asesmen formatif dan sumatif dalam proses pembelajarannya. Madrasah ini juga sudah melaksanakan P5 PPRA dengan tema kewirausahaan. Teknik penilaian yang digunakan guru PAI berupa penilaian diri, penilaian antarteman, lembar observasi, tes tulisan, tes lisan, tanya jawab, dan unjuk kerja. Kemudian perbedaan antara kurikulum 2013 dengan kurikulum merdeka yaitu, dalam kurikulum 2013 banyak yang harus di isi karena memuat penilaian kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, sedangkan dalam kurikulum merdeka lebih simple penilaiannya, dan ada kecakapan hidupnya dalam pelaksanaan P5 PPRA. Adapun hambatan yang dirasakan guru PAI berasal dari teknologi, santri, biaya, pemahaman dan pelatihan guru.

Abstract

Thin films, characterized by small-dimensional materials on a substrate formed through sequential deposition of ionic/molecular/atomic materials, have gained significance in various industries. An emerging method, Arc Plasma Deposition (APD), is gaining attention for its effectiveness in minimizing environmental pollution. This research explores the potential of APD, an environmentally friendly technique, in coating materials, particularly copper, at a laboratory scale. The objective is to introduce a cost-effective solution for material deposition, addressing the industrial need for efficient and eco-friendly coating processes. A laboratory-scale prototype for coating materials, specifically utilizing copper metal, is introduced and tested. The APD process is conducted in an atmospheric free-oxygen chamber, where plasma is generated. The deposited copper is analyzed concerning the deposition time, providing insights into the efficiency of the APD technique. The laboratory-scale prototype demonstrates the feasibility of using APD for coating materials. The results indicate the potential of APD in efficiently producing thin films, making it a promising alternative for industrial applications.

Abstract

The quality of Islamic boarding school education occurs organically with the figures of kiai, ustadz and Islamic boarding school managers implementing an internal quality assurance system for the implementation of Islamic boarding school education.  The provision of education in Islamic boarding schools is adequate, programmed and planned. Even now, education in Islamic boarding schools still exists and is consistent as a center for teaching religious sciences. The purpose of this research is to determine the synergy of the committee and the school principal in providing Islamic education which can provide added value in the form of knowledge, morals, charity or its application in everyday life and is beneficial for the students. This research includes field research using qualitative methods. The aim is to determine the synergy and quality of leaders in managing educational institutions.

Abstract

This study's objectives were to confirm that personality traits including conscientiousness and agreeableness as well as job satisfaction and organizational climate as environmental factors influence organizational commitment and to compare the organizational commitment of Islamic boarding schools teachers in the South Tapanuli Regency. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data from 157 teachers, taken by consulting the Krejcle-Morgan, as a study instrument. Using descriptive statistics and path analysis, the impacts of conscientiousness, agreeableness, job satisfaction, and organizational climate on organizational commitment were investigated. Path analysis is initiated by carrying out a requirements analysis test including the normality test, linearity test and regression significance, data homogeneity test, independence test between exogenous variables, and correlation test between variables. According to the findings of the study, there is a direct effect of conscientious on teacher job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.066, the direct effect of agreeableness on job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.098, the direct effect of organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.032, conscientious direct effect on teacher commitment with a path coefficient of 0.041, a direct effect agreeableness to teacher commitment with a path coefficient of 0.064, the direct effect of organizational climate on teacher commitment with a coefficient path of 0.053, conscientious indirect effect on commitment teachers through job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.021, no effect direct agreeableness to teacher commitment through job satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.022, the indirect effect of organizational climate on teacher commitment through job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.025 and there is a direct effect of job satisfaction on teacher commitment with a coefficient line of 0.081.

Abstract

UMKM Hasim Furni adalah salah satu industri kerajinan kayu di Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur furniture setengah jadi, khususnya dalam pembuatan kaki-kaki kursi, kaki-kaki lemari, kaki-kaki meja, dan hiasan lain untuk pesanan perusahaan manufaktur furniture. Proses produksi furnitur setengah jadi tidak terlepas dari tahap pengamplasan. Ketidaknyamanan posisi kerja memperlambat penyelesaian pekerjaan, yang pada akhirnya mengurangi produktivitas mesin amplas kayu. PPM ini dilakukan untuk memodifikasi mesin amplas kayu supaya lebih produktif dan nyaman digunakan. Metode penyelesaiannya meliputi; survey lapangan, analisis ergonomis menggunakan RULA, modifikasi mesin amplas kayu, pemasangan mesin amplas kayu hasil modifikasi, pembuatan SOP pengoperasian mesin amplas kayu, dan pelatihan penggunaan mesin amplas kayu. Hasil modifikasi mesin amplas kayu ini berhasil membuat posisi kerja yang nyaman sehingga produktivitas kerja dan kapasitas produksi meningkat. Analisis ergonomis menggunakan RULA dijadikan referensi untuk menentukan dimensi mesin amplas yang dirancang. Aspek ergonomi dipertimbangkan dalam perancangan fasilitas dan lingkungan kerja agar lebih efektif dan nyaman, sehingga produktivitas dapat meningkat.

Abstract

The research problem in this study is the low critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students due to the lack of varied teaching models used by educators. This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of the Problem-Based Learning model integrated with differentiated instruction on critical thinking skills in IPAS learning. This research employs a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The population consists of all fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Triharjo, totaling 54 students. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, a technique where the sample is selected from the population based on specific considerations. Data collection techniques include tests, observation sheets, and documentation. Hypothesis testing was conducted using simple linear regression, yielding F_calculated ≥ F_table (54.17 ≥ 4.26), leading to the conclusion that the Problem-Based Learning model integrated with differentiated instruction significantly affects the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students in IPAS learning at SD Negeri 1 Triharjo.
