Abstract

Digital Transformation and Innovation are always essential parts of continuous growth in any field and business, through which any business model can adjust and adapt to the ever-changing world. E-Commerce is also one example of it, which in the past decade has been a smart way because of the online shopping experience, but after covid-19, its importance has increased even more. That is why we believe that in order to make E-Commerce relevant in the future, it is crucial to make innovations in it to transform it according to the customer requirement. So, This Article will give guidelines and direction from the government end to Private Sector in order to change the dynamics of Online Shopping and make it adaptable according to future technological advancement and expectations through different ideas that we will be going to discuss here. We will clarify through findings here that it is vital to emphasize now, and planning for it accordingly will provide ease and an advantage over others in the future. We attempted to map out each stage of online and offline purchasing in order to detect any gaps that may currently exist. The causes of the gaps were uncovered, and eventually, ways to automate the process and incorporate it into the online shopping experience were discovered, which we will discuss in detail in paper. As a result, the key to this study is government research, which is then implemented as recommendations to the private sector to continue improving the online shopping experience.

Abstract

The issue of the relocation of Indonesia's capital city has garnered increasing coverage by the Indonesian news media. The media has a crucial position in shaping public narratives concerning policymaking. Furthermore, it is well known that news media has an influential role in shaping public narratives especially in public policy process. This study uses Narrative Policy Framework (NPF) to examine the general public and policymaking actors narrative in news media related to the issue of Indonesia’s capital city relocation. This study uses qualitative research methods with the QDAS (Qualitative Data Analysis Software) approach. The data sources used for this study is collected from five widely-known online news media in Indonesia. The findings of this study indicate that the pro-side who support the decision to relocate the capital city is more influential. Through actors who are pro towards the policy, the most significant pro narrative is found in the indicators of Equitable Development and Economy. Relocating the capital city to Kalimantan is claimed to be one of the solutions implemented by the Jokowi government to balance the development on the island of Java and outside Java. Meanwhile, the main narrative in the opposing side (cons) is that relocating the capital city is not urgent because it cannot be implemented in time and that the economic downturn due to the COVID-19 pandemic still overshadows Indonesia's economic conditions.

What are the efforts made by the KPU of Sleman Regency to enforce the integrity of the Ad Hoc election organizers. This research method uses the mix-method method (quantitative and descriptive qualitative). The findings of this study are, first, that there were no violations of the code of ethics, especially the integrity of the PPK during the implementation of the election stage. Second, the Sleman Regency KPU made several efforts to maintain the integrity of the PPK. Third, the integrity of the PPK is one of the factors that boost the public participation rate, which has increased from the 2015 election. Fourth, the PPK recruitment process has an important role in getting the PPK with integrity. The policy recommendation in this study is the need for sustainable political/voter education, and the results of this political/voter education can be used as raw materials in the PPK recruitment process.

Abstract

As a result of the high value of destructive perceptions of Indonesian government services and the high value of perceptions of corruption in Indonesia, the purpose of this study was to analyse artificial intelligence in Indonesian government governance with the last four-year edition, namely 2018-2022. The research data source reviewed 57 news stories from Indonesian online media. This research data analysis uses the Qualitative Data Software Analysis approach with the NVivo 12 Plus tool and the NCapture feature. The results of the data analysis show that artificial intelligence in Indonesia is seen from four aspects: accountability, transparency, the rule of law, and participation. The results showed that reform and bureaucratic reform from the accountability aspect had the highest percentage, namely 54.55%. Human development and culture from the aspect of participation has a percentage of 33.33%. Ministry of communication and informatics, from law supremacy, has a percentage of 53.85%, and the ministry of health, from the aspect of transparency, has a 21.74%. This study’s findings represent that artificial intelligence systems have efficient and environmentally friendly selling points. However, this research sees that the artificial intelligence system is fundamental and has not been optimised by Indonesian government agencies’ entire scope of work. Even so, it can be seen that the Indonesian government continues to strive for artificial intelligence in the scope of government work so that it is used continuously until people’s satisfaction with the performance of the government system is achieved.
