Masyarakat telah semakin menyadari akan pentingnya pola hidup sehat dan manfaat kesehatan yang ditawarkan oleh produk-produk alami, termasuk minuman fermentasi. Namun demikian, produk minuman fermentasi masih belum terlalu populer bagi masyarakat. Pengetahuan konsumen konsumen mengenai minuman fermentasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan perilaku konsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan konsumen dan perilaku konsumen dalam mengkonsumsi minuman fermentasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei kepada 58 responden dari hasil sampling acak sederhana. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki karakteristik berjenis kelamin perempuan yang berusia 19 tahun dengan uang saku sekitar 1 juta hingga 2 juta setiap bulannya dan pengeluaran untuk konsumsi minuman pada rentang 100 ribu hingga 300 ribu rupiah setiap bulannya. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan mengenai kekurangan dari minuman fermentasi dengan frekuensi konsumsi minuman fermentasi dan merk minuman fermentasi.

Produksi padi di Jawa Barat harus senantiasa ditingkatkan mengingat kebutuhan pangan yang semakin meningkat, namun dalam dua tahun terakhir ini produksi padi Jawa Barat mengalami penurunan. Subsistem penunjang usahatani padi diantaranya dukungan pemerintah menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan produksi padi, namun peran dan dukungan yang diberikan kepada petani oleh pemerintah belum sepenuhnya maksimal, selain itu terdapat kecenderungan bahwa beda daerah akan berbeda pula kapasitas dukungan pemerintahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan produktivitas padi dan dukungan pemerintah di beberapa daerah di sentra produksi di Jawa Barat dan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan pemerintah terhadap produktivitas padi di Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling acak klaster sedemikian sehingga didapatkan sampel berukuran 281 petani di 5 cluster kabupaten di Jawa Barat. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistika deskriptif dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kabupaten dengan rata-rata produktivitas padi tertinggi dan terendah berturut-turut adalah Karawang (6,88 ton/ha) dan Sukabumi (5,34 ton/ha). Dukungan pemerintah berupa penyuluhan, regulasi, sarana dan prasarana budidaya padi, dukungan modal usahatani dan dukungan fasilitas kelitbangan penerapannya pada petani di berbagai daerah bervariasi, ada yang sudah bisa dirasakan oleh petani dan ada yang belum. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa dukungan regulasi, sarana dan prasarana budidaya padi, dan fasilitas kelitbangan berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas padi di Jawa Barat.

Young people today often choose sugary beverages over healthier options made with fruit. A study examined the relationship between characteristics and knowledge and consumption of fermented beverages among Agribusiness students. Respondents generally had a high level of knowledge about fermented beverages, with yogurt being the most popular due to its taste. Most consumed fermented beverages once a week, with Cimory being the preferred brand. Statistical analysis revealed significant relationships between gender, residence, and pocket money with knowledge about types of fermented beverages, and between gender and residence with knowledge about their disadvantages. Additionally, significant relationships were found between gender and pocket money with types of fermented beverages consumed, frequency of illness with consumption frequency, and gender, residence, and illness with reasons for choosing specific brands.

There are many factors that influence the sustainability of rice farming, including social factors, namely cooperation and coordination between farmers. However, the level of farmer participation in cooperation and coordination can differ from one region to another. The purpose of this study was to describe the factors that influence cooperation and coordination of rice farmers and then compare them between rice farmers in Ciracap District, Sukabumi Regency and Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency. The design of this study used quantitative research with a comparative approach. The population in this study were rice farmers in Ciracap and Rancaekek Districts with a sample size of 44 rice farmers in Ciracap District and 41 rice farmers in Rancaekek. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in terms of cooperation and coordination between rice farmers in Ciracap and Rancaekek. Rice farmers in Ciracap were stronger in carrying out cooperation and coordination between their farmers than rice farmers in Rancaekek.

The current lifestyle of the younger generation tends to consume more sweet drinks compared to healthy drinks that have many good benefits for the body. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and consumption behaviour towards fermented drinks in Agribusiness Study Program students. The data analysis tool used is the chi-square test. The results showed that the average respondent had a fairly good knowledge of fermented beverages. Many respondents' consumption behaviour consumed fermented milk beverages because they tasted good with a consumption frequency of less than three times per week. Based on the results of the chi-square test showed a significant relationship (Asym. Sig < 0.1) between gender and knowledge about the types, advantages, disadvantages, and benefits of fermented beverages. Gender variables and diseases that are often experienced are also significantly related to the frequency of consumption of fermented drinks. Then, the pocket money variable has a significant relationship with the price of fermented beverages. In addition, for knowledge of types of fermented beverages with consumption behaviour in the form of frequency showed significant relationship results.

Currently, the lifestyle encourages the younger generation to consume sweet drinks compared to healthy drinks such as fermented drinks. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the level of knowledge and consumption behavior of students towards fermented drinks. This study uses a quantitative design with a survey method. The results showed that the majority of female respondents were 19 years old, lived in boarding houses and had pocket money of 1-2 million rupiah. The level of knowledge of students towards fermented beverages is quite good, with the most consumed fermented milk drinks on the grounds that they are delicious even though the frequency of consumption is still relatively rare. The results of the chi-square test showed a relationship between the gender variable and knowledge of the types and benefits of fermented beverages, as well as a relationship between the variable of residence with knowledge of the advantages of fermented beverages.

Fermented drinks made from fruits and spices are known to be beneficial for health and have high economic value. Public interest in these types of drinks has increased. However, the level of public knowledge and consumption of fermented drinks is still very low. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the characteristics of fermented drink consumers with consumer knowledge and consumption behavior. The research method used a survey method. The characteristics of fermented drink consumers are mostly female, living in boarding houses with flu as a common disease. There is a significant relationship between the gender of fermented drink consumers with knowledge about the types and benefits of fermented drinks. Then, the type of fermented drink is significantly related to the type of disease that is often suffered.

Rice farming is an important agricultural activity in meeting the main food needs of the Indonesian people. Rice farming needs to be supported by adequate sources of financing. However, in practice, many farmers still have difficulty accessing farming financing because the agro-ecosystem conditions do not support each other. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between farmers' access to farming financing and their agro-ecosystem support. This study used a quantitative research design using descriptive and inferential statistics. The sample size of the study was 281 rice farmers in West Java from cluster random sampling results. The results showed that the majority of farmers generally consider that all indicators of access to farming financing to be still not supportive. Meanwhile, for the agro-ecosystem, farmers considered that most agro-ecosystem indicators had supported their farming except for OPT attacks which according to most farmers were still difficult to control. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between farmers' access to financing and agro-ecosystem support for rice farming in West Java.

ABSTRACT. The objective of this study is to describe the participation of farmers on the land market. The research method used was a survey method and the PRA method (Participatory Rural Appraisal) were performed on 500 potato farmers in West Java were selected using two-stage stratified sampling technique. Descriptive statistics are used to describe the participation of farmers on the land market. Research results revealed that potato farmers participating in the land market through land leasing (51%), purchase of land (4%), land sales (9%) and farmers who do not actively participate in the land market as much as 36%. Meanwhile, there are exciting things, an increase in tenure of land area to farmers with land area less than 0.5 hectares.

Koperasi merupakan pilar dalam perekonomian Indonesia, Harapannya koperasi dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat terutama anggotanya. Salah satu koperasi yang ada dan masih aktif di Indonesia adalah Koperasi Produsen Kopi Margamulya (KPKM). Koperasi ini berangggotakan para produsen kopi di margamulya kabupaten bandung. Dengan daya produksi ceri kopi hingga 650 ton, Potensi koperasi ini sangatlah besar, Namun diketahui bahwa hanya 30 ton saja ceri kopi yang diproduksi menjadi kopi. Hal ini menujukan bahwa KPKM masih belum berjalan secara optimal. Pada penelitian ini penulis bertujuan untuk mendeskripiskan Tingkat partisipasi anggota terhadap KPKM dan faktor keberhasilan koperasi tersebut serta mengidentifikasikan hubungan antara partisipasi anggota koperasi dengan keberhasilan koperasinya. Penelitian ini disajikan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan digunakan Chi-Square test sebagai alat analisis datanya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggota koperasi dalam dua dimensi, sebagai pemilik dan pengguna, menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan. Partisipasi sebagai pemilik cenderung rendah, dengan sekitar > 50% anggota berpartisipasi rendah hingga sangat rendah. Lebih dari 60% partisipasi anggota koperasi sebagai pengguna menunjukkan partisipasi yang tinggi dalam memanfaatkan jasa koperasi. Keberhasilan usaha koperasi dinilai baik Meskipun sebagian besar anggota merasa koperasi telah memenuhi kebutuhan mereka, terdapat masalah dalam permodalan karena mayoritas anggota tidak meningkatkan simpanan mereka. Simpanan Hasil Usaha (SHU) juga menunjukkan mayoritas anggota tidak mengalami peningkatan dan pembagian SHU sering tidak tepat waktu. Tingkat partisipasi anggota koperasi sebagai anggota berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permodalan koperasi dan efektivitas pemenuhan kebutuhan dan unit usaha koperasi.
