Abstract

This study aims to determine the utilization of the digital library at SMA Negeri 1 Maros. The research focuses on how students use the digital library to support learning activities, increase reading interest, reduce dependence on teachers, and improve efficiency in searching for learning resources. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants consist of five students from different grade levels, two teachers, and one librarian. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the utilization of the digital library at SMA Negeri 1 Maros has a positive impact on improving access to learning resources, enhancing students’ reading interest, and fostering independent learning, although there are still challenges related to internet connectivity and some students’ preference for printed books.

Abstract

This study examines the Evaluation of the Driving Teacher Program (Moving the Practitioner Community) at UPT SDN 13 Binamu, Jeneponto Regency. The Driving Teacher Program is a policy from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia that aims to form teachers who are reflective, innovative, and able to build a collaborative culture in the school environment. Program evaluation is needed to find out the extent to which the implementation is effective and in accordance with the needs of the school. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Driving Teacher Program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the Principal, one Driving Teacher, and one Classroom Teacher. The results of the evaluation show that in the context aspect, the program is relevant to the needs of schools and is in line with national education policies. In the input aspect, school resources have been used quite well even though there are still limitations in facilities and external resource persons. In the Process aspect, the activities of the practitioner community run in a structured and participatory manner, but face time constraints and IT capabilities. In the Product aspect, the program has a positive impact on improving teachers' professional competence and student participation. Overall, the program is considered effective in improving the quality of learning. However, it is necessary to strengthen facilities and infrastructure, continuous assistance, and adequate facility support so that the sustainability of the program can be guaranteed

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of marketing strategies for educational services at MAS As'adiyah No. 21 Kampiri, Wajo district with a 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Person, Physical Evidence, and Process) marketing mix approach. The focus of this research is a qualitative approach and a type of descriptive research. The data collection procedures used are interviews, observations and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using the triangulation method, data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation to conclusion drawn. The data sources in this study are the Principal and Deputy Head of Curriculum. The results of the study show that (1) Marketing Strategy for MAS As'adiyah Education Services No. 21 Kampiri, namely (a) Product: the madrasah has uploaded achievements on social media (b) Price: the madrasah implements free education without registration fees and monthly tuition as the main attraction, (c) Place, the location of the madrasah is strategic and easy to reach (d) Promotion, carried out through social media, distribution of brochures,  visits to other schools, and formal cooperation with universities, (e) Person, madrasah uses teacher testimonials as a marketing strategy (f) Process, madrasah routinely holds meetings with stakeholders for program evaluation, (2) Supporting Factors & Inhibitions (a) Supporting Factors: government support and commitment of school residents, (b) Inhibiting Factors: barriers include limited infrastructure, human resources, and public perception of madrasah education

Abstract

Transformasi digital pendidikan menuntut guru untuk memiliki kompetensi digital teaching yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) pada proses pembelajaran. Namun, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam penggunaan teknologi AI untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital teaching guru melalui pelatihan Artificial Intelligence dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) melalui tahapan sosialisasi dan analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan 20 guru sekolah menengah sebagai peserta utama. Hasil observasi awal dan pre-test menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta belum memahami penggunaan platform AI seperti ChatGPT, Canva AI, dan Gamma AI dalam pembelajaran. Setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi peserta, di antaranya pemahaman AI dalam pendidikan meningkat dari 30% menjadi 90%, kemampuan penggunaan ChatGPT meningkat dari 20% menjadi 88%, pengembangan media melalui Canva AI meningkat dari 25% menjadi 90%, serta kemampuan penyusunan presentasi melalui Gamma AI meningkat dari 15% menjadi 85%. Selain itu, peserta berhasil menghasilkan berbagai produk media pembelajaran digital berupa modul ajar, presentasi interaktif, poster edukasi, infografis pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis AI. Pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan kreativitas, efisiensi kerja, dan kepercayaan diri guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran digital. Dengan demikian, pelatihan Artificial Intelligence terbukti efektif dalam mendukung transformasi digital teaching guru dan penguatan kompetensi profesional guru di era pendidikan modern.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kepemimpinan pembelajaran guru merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Namun, sebagian guru masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong pemahaman konsep secara mendalam serta mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kepemimpinan pembelajaran guru melalui penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam di Kabupaten Bone. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, sosialisasi konsep pembelajaran mendalam, pelatihan penyusunan perencanaan pembelajaran, pendampingan implementasi pembelajaran di kelas, serta refleksi terhadap praktik pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan. Peserta kegiatan terdiri atas guru dari beberapa satuan pendidikan yang terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pelatihan dan pendampingan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif terhadap hasil observasi kegiatan, partisipasi peserta, serta hasil refleksi terhadap praktik pembelajaran yang diterapkan selama program berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai konsep kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan kemampuan guru dalam merancang serta melaksanakan pembelajaran yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif peserta didik, pemahaman konsep secara mendalam, serta pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif. Selain itu, kegiatan pendampingan mendorong guru untuk lebih reflektif dalam mengevaluasi praktik pembelajaran dan melakukan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas guru sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran yang mampu menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan berpusat pada peserta didik di Kabupaten Bone. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, pembelajaran mendalam, pengembangan kompetensi guru, pelatihan guru, pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
