Abstract

Aplikasi pengelolaan anggaran biaya sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan dalam proses bisnis. Rancangan sistem anggaran biaya yang akan dibangun bertujuan untuk membuat suatu anggaran yang akan digunakan selama periode tertentu dan tanpa adanya perubahan pada saat periode berjalan sehingga sistem dapat menghasilkan suatu laporan yang akurat serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan evisiensi dalam menentukan dana yang dibutuhkan divisi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil rancangan dari skripsi ini adalah sistem pengelolaan anggaran biaya berupa web sehingga adanya kontrol dalam pembiayaan yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap divisi dan dapat menghindari terjadinya kelebihan ataupun kekurangan anggaran. Berdasarkan hasil rancangan dan implementasi maka rancangan anggaran biaya dapat mengatasi masalah dalam proses pembiayaan pada PT. Primer Eka Properti.

Abstract

effectiveness and efficiency in management of information systems are very important to determine the success and smoothness of the company. With the demands of transaction speed and ease of getting information. Waterfall is a method used in building this system, where the ease of use. With the application of a computerized system it is concluded that it can correct weaknesses and reduce the level of errors in making reports and To produce good reports, the transfer of data must be done carefully, because accuracy is expected to be required by the administration in data processing and also cooperation and a sense of responsibility. each personnel is expected to achieve maximum results.

Abstract

The purpose of writing, to determine the level of capability in the Bureau of Information Systems & Technology at Buddhi Dharma University. Analyzing the achievement of its capability level and assisting BSTI in implementing international standardized IT governance. The methodology used is the CoBIT 5 framework as a measure of capability level guidance. The result is that the current level of BSTI capability is 2.027 which means at level 2 (managed process), the standard is at level 3. Conclusion that BSTI has been managed and implemented correctly, although the achievement of the level of capability is still in the middle position due to the lack of competition that forced Buddhi Dharma University to do business development.

Abstract

The study focus on to determine factors of the quality management on the higher education and analysis the effect of important factors of quality management. Factors of quality management in this study which covering of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, leadership, and organization. Sample study using students from several private universities in Lampung Province. Analysis method using integrating analysis by Analytical Hirarchy Method (AHP) and Multiple Regression Linear (MLR). Correlation test using the product moment stated quality management of higher education have a strong relationship to human resources, has a moderate relationship with infrastructures, and a weak relationship to the leadership and organizing. The result by multiple regression linear method reveal that significant effect on human resources, facilities and infrastructure, leadership and organizational on Quality Management in higher education. While, AHP method suggestion the result that the most important in Quality Management of Higher Education is a human resources owned by a higher education. This evidence contribute to the decision makers in universities which is priority and have to improve the quality of higher education management

Abstract

Cost management budget applications are needed by the Company in the business process. The design of the budget system to be built aims to create a budget that will be used for a certain period and without any changes in the current period so that the system can produce an accurate report and improve the effectiveness and efficiency in determining the funds required division. Data collection method used is by doing observation, interview and literature study. The design result of this writing is a budget management system in the form of web cost so that the control in the financing required by each division and can avoid the occurrence of excess or lack of budget. Based on the results of the design and implementation of the budget draft can solve the problem in the process of financing at PT Primer Eka Property.

Abstract

Smart cities are currently becoming the trend of large cities in the world and large cities in Indonesia. As the center of human civilization, cities cannot do without the problems of excess capacity and comfort. More and more people are migrating from the countryside to the cities, which brings new problems to the cities. Cities need to change to survive in the future. Strong indicators are needed to support cities, whether in terms of natural environment, society, communities, infrastructure, and education. In this article, we discuss a systematic literature review of research related to smart cities. The systematic literature review is divided into three stages, introduction stage, demographic analysis stage and result analysis. The results reveal important indicators of smart cities based on the conclusions of previous research
